MATHEMATICAL COMMUNICATION ABILITY OF CLASS V SD STUDENTS ON FLAT BUILDING MATERIALS VIEWED FROM GENDER

This study aims to describe the mathematical communication abilities of fifth grade students on the material of flat shapes in terms of the gender of students at SDN 84 Singkawang. The research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study was the fifth grade students at SDN 84 Singkawang consisting of VA and VB classes, which consisted of 44 students. The data collection technique used was the test technique and the data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis with percentages. The results showed that mathematical communication skills in terms of gender where the mathematical communication skills of fifth grade male students in solving problems, subjects with high abilities were able to fulfill all indicators of students' mathematical communication abilities. Subjects with moderate ability are less able to explain ideas, everyday situations and mathematical relationships in writing with pictures. While the mathematical communication abilities of fifth grade female students in solving questions on subjects with high abilities were able to fulfill all indicators of students' mathematical communication abilities. Subjects with moderate ability are less able to explain ideas, everyday situations and mathematical relationships in writing with pictures. Meanwhile, subjects with low abilities are less able to explain ideas, everyday situations and mathematical relations in writing with pictures and communicate the conclusions of answers to problems according to the results of the questions. Thus it can be concluded that students' mathematical communication abilities in terms of gender in this study averaged 74% in the moderate category

GAMBARAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA SISWI PENGURUS UKS DI SMK NEGERI 1 TEMPEL SLEMAN TAHUN 2019

Latar Belakang: Masa remaja adalah masa transisi dari anak menuju dewasa. Salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada masa remaja khususnya remaja putri yaitu anemia. Masa remaja adalah waktu yang tepat untuk melakukan intervensi dalam mengatasi anemia agar tidak menimbulkan masalah yang berkepanjangan. SMK Negeri 1 Tempel telah menjalankan program yang diberikan Dinas Kesehatan untuk mengatasi masalah anemia pada remaja. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran kejadian anemia pada siswi pengurus UKS di SMK Negeri 1 Tempel Sleman tahun 2019 Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2019-Mei 2020. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi yang menjadi Pengurus UKS di SMK Negeri 1 Tempel yang berjumlah 33 siswi dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Data analisis univariat dalam bentuk presentase. Hasil Penelitian: Tingkat kejadian anemia pada siswi pengurus UKS di SMKN 1 Tempel adalah siswi yang tidak anemia 30 siswi (90,90%), anemia ringan 1 siswi (3,03%), anemia sedang 2 siswi (6,07%) dan tidak ada siswi yang mengalami anemia berat. Kesimpulan: Kejadian anemia pada siswi yang menjadi Pengurus UKS di SMK Negeri 1 Tempel adalah hampir keseluruhan responden tidak mengalami anemia. Kata Kunci: Anemia, remaja, sisw

Formulasi dan Evaluasi Sediaan Pelembab Bibir (Lip Balm) Menggunakan Ekstrak Kulit Nanas (Ananas Comomus L. Merr).

Pineapple peel waste is not utilized properly, but which of ingredients such as vitamin C and flavonoid. It can be used as cosmetic ingredients such as lip balm preparations. The purpose of this study was to find out the good pineapple peel extract lip balm. The pineapple peel extract was formulated in the form of lip balm using various concentrations of pineapple peel extract 1, 2, and 3% evaluating the good physical properties of the lip balm preparation. The evaluation of lip balm were evaluated in formulation of organoleptic, melting point, homogenity, pH, spread ability and iritasion. Results showed that the testing each achieved good. The homogeneity test shows that each preparation is homogeneous. The pH of F1, F2, and F3 were fulfilled in at a range 4,5-6,5. The spread ability of F1, F2 and F3 were 5.34, 6.2 and 5.74, respectively. The melting point of each preparation melts well. Lip balm obtaind  not cause irritation to the skin. The best formula were F2 at concentration of 2% because it had a texture that is not too hard, had a good pH and had good spread ability.  Limbah kulit nanas tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, namun mengandung bahan seperti vitamin C dan flavonoid. Dapat digunakan sebagai bahan kosmetik seperti sediaan lip balm. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lip balm ekstrak kulit nanas yang baik. Ekstrak kulit nanas diformulasikan dalam bentuk lip balm dengan menggunakan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak kulit nanas 1, 2, dan 3% dengan menilai baik sifat fisik sediaan lip balm. Evaluasi lip balm meliputi organoleptik formulasi, titik leleh, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar dan iritasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing mencapai hasil yang baik. Uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa setiap sediaan homogen. PH F1, F2, dan F3 terpenuhi pada kisaran 4,5-6,5. Daya sebar F1, F2 dan F3 masing-masing sebesar 5,34, 6,2 dan 5,74. Uji titik leleh setiap sediaan meleleh dengan baik. Lip balm yang diperoleh tidak menimbulkan iritasi pada kulit. Formula terbaik adalah F2 pada konsentrasi 2% karena mempunyai tekstur yang tidak terlalu keras, mempunyai pH yang baik dan mempunyai daya sebar yang baik

Perancangan Sistem Pemesanan Buku Paket Sekolah Berbasis Web Menggunakan Framework Laravel (Studi Kasus: Ud. Imuth Berkah Kota Tangerang Selatan)

UD. IMUTH BERKAH adalah salah satu toko buku yang menjual berbagai macam buku paket SMA yang berada di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Semenjak adanya pandemic Covid-19 di 2 tahun terakhir, pemilik toko UD. IMUTH BERKAH tidak lagi menjual dan melakukan transaksi secara offline atau datang ke sekolahan, melainkan menggunakan pemesanan online yang masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, sehingga kurang efektif  karena membutuhkan banyak link pemesanan yang membuat data rentan hilang, tertukar, dan belum terdapatnya sistem database untuk menampung data pesanan. Oleh sebab itu,  akan dirancang sistem pemesanan buku paket sekolah berbasis web agar mempermudah tranksaksi pemesanan dan perekapan data. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan yaitu analisa, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Dengan adanya sistem pemesanan ini, pemilik toko cukup menggunakan satu link pemesanan dan sistem ini juga bisa membantu admin toko dalam mengelola data pesanan yang masuk agar lebih tertata rapi. Persepsi dan Minat Generasi Muda Terhadap Profesi Pengrajin Suji: Sebuah Analisis Korelasi

The young generation as the successor to the sustainable development of suji plants will be examined for their perceptions and interests as a solution to the phenomenon of regeneration in agriculture. This research aims to analyze the perceptions and interests of the younger generation towards the suji craftsman profession and the relationship between the perceptions of the younger generation towards suji craftsmen with an interest in developing the suji craftsmanship profession. The research methods used were surveys, interviews, and field observations. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling method to 100 young generation respondents (15-25 years) in Sudajaya Girang Village. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative, cross-tabulation, descriptive statistics, and Spearman's rank correlation. The young generation's perception of the suji craftsman profession is positive with a score of 2,76 out of 4 (good category). The interest of the younger generation in the development of the suji craftsman profession is positive with a score of 2,7 out of 4 (interesting category) because the suji craftsman profession is considered to have a lot of potential to be developed in the future. The relationship between perception and interest in the profession of suji craftsmen has a positive relationship at strong intervals

A Study on The Healthy Rental-Housing for College Students According to World Health Organization: Evidence from Surabaya City in Indonesia

Introduction:Many college students live far from their parents to study to get a better higher education, so they occupy a rental-housing. However,many rental-housings do not meet the health standards according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Therefore, this study aiming at evaluating the rental-housing quality used by college students in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.Methods:This type of research is an observational study conducted with a descriptive observational design. The sample in this study was 52 college students who originated from outside Surabaya and currently living in the rental-housing in Mulyorejo, Surabaya, Indonesia.Results:The results present observational data from 52 student respondents who live in boarding houses including the overview of boarding houses condition, ventilation and air circulation condition, trash management, clean water and wastewater management, and toilet condition.Conclusion: Under the circumstance, this study was conducted to assess healthy rental-housing quality for college students, using the WHO's evaluation indicators. While some college students could afford to stay in proper and healthy rental-housing, some of them still suffer from lousy ventilation, the absence of clean water, and terrible trash management

IMPLEMENTASI PENILAIAN AUTENTIK BERBASIS HOTS DI KELAS VD SD NEGERI 13/1 RENGAS CONDONG MUARA BULIAN

This study was designed to describe the authentic implementation of HOTS based on SD Negeri 13/1 Rengas Condong, Muara Bulian. This study uses qualitative types of phenomenology. Phenomenology is a type of research that discusses, describes, explains related to the phenomena that occur. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and the informants in this study were VD class teacher SDN 13 / I Rengas Condong. Data collection is taken by observation, interview, and collection techniques. Data analysis techniques were performed using qualitative models from Miles and Hubberman (reduction, display, data verification). The results showed that the classroom teacher had implemented authentic. While the authentic resent that the teacher has done are: 1). Attitude assessment is only done by observation techniques, while peer assessment and self-assessment techniques are not carried out on the grounds that the teacher manages the class and difficulties with the assessment criteria based on the rubric on the attitude assessment instruments in the book; 2). Further Attention. The questions given by the teacher to students are not in accordance with HOTS, this is because the teacher is only fixated on existing books and does not develop questions based on HOTS; 3). Related to the expertise and projects that have been carried out in practicum activities and student group work. Based on these results, it is undeniable that the HOTS-based authentic practice conducted by the VD grade teacher SDN 13/1 Rengas Condong, Muara Bulian has been going quite well. Suggestions that can be given, while asking teachers who follow the guidelines Get authentic according to the revised 2013 curriculum, and the teacher who asks can develop questions based on HOTS
