Entertainment tax income from the internet cafes at the region of Simpang Baru, Tampan Regency has not been at maximum level because in the past 3 years of administration, only Rp. 7.354.898 that has been stored to the goverment as entertainment tax from internet cafes .The income of tax is not proportional with the amount of internet cafes that are in the refion of Simpang Baru, Tampan Regency. The main cause of this case is tax infringement by many of the internet cafes that was explained beforehand by the state goverment. The issue of this research is: how does the city administration reacts to the internet cafe phenomenon thats happening in Pekanbaru (Simpang Baru, Tampan Regency Research 2012-2014)?The type of this research is quantitative research, and using interviews, documentation reviews, observation to gather data that is used in this research. The source of data in this research is from primary and secondary datas. The results of this research is, PP No. 5 Year 2011, concerning the Entertainment Tax, is a form of goverment regulation for internet cafes in Pekanbaru City by administration. With this regulation, state goverment can optimize the state income from the entratainment tax. Optimization of the entertainment tax in Simpang baru, Tampan Regency, Pekan Baru is to discipline the tax evading internet cafes by doing pengsan. Techically, the goverment has supervised and has been doing soscialization about the regulation to the community especially internet cafe owners that are residing in Pekan baru, particulary in Simpang baru, because 2 of the biggest universities in Riau is at Simpang Baru, therefore Simpang Baru is a big potential place for internet cafes to thrive

PT. Ology Karimun Bumi Sukses are subsidiaries of the Company Karimun regency has the right to manage the General Fuel Filling Stations in Karimun. because PT. Ology Karimun Bumi Sukses Has a 51% stake, while the regional government only has 49%. In the Year 2013-2014 General Fuel Filling Stations in Karimun experienced shortages. This study aimed to describe or explain how the mechanism of distribution of fuel oil in the General Fuel Filling Station Karimun and the factors that influence on the scarcity of fuel oil (Premium) is. As well as any efforts made by the Government in addressing the scarcity happened. From the research results can be found constraints or factors inhibiting the mechanism of distribution of fuel oil as a constraint to bad weather, quotas limited mileage far enough and the behavior of traders who hoard fuel oil being filled back and forth in the Station General Fuel Filling. So also with the regional government, many of the policies issued from purchase restrictions, placing the security forces in General Fuel Filling Stations up to hold one more unit of the General Fuel Filling Stations are new

Monitoring of marine sediments as an indicator of heavy metal mercury pollution in waters has been conducted. This study used an observational design with an Environmental Risk Analysis approach with the objective of knowing the concentration of mercury (Hg) heavy metals and the risk of metal contamination in marine sediments. Sediment sampling was conducted at 10 points in 5 (five) urban villages of Makassar City. The results showed that the highest mercury concentration was in Cambayya Village at 1.871 mg / kg and the lowest mercury concentration was in Lae-Lae Island Kelurahan at 1,550 mg / kg. In general, the content of heavy metals mercury in marine sediments in coastal areas of Makassar City has exceeded the threshold of 0.13 mg / kg with the enormous environmental risk occurring in coastal areas of Makassar City due to exposure to mercury metals, ranging from 11-22 under the risk category high HQ> 10

The present study focuses on the tensile properties of Aluminum 6061 reinforced with AISI1060 Steel machining chips. Three different types of samples of aluminium 6061 reinforced with AISI 1060 steel machining chips were prepared using stir casting. The tensile test was conducted using universal test machine (UTM) for fabricated composites to study the tensile properties of aluminium 6061 reinforced with steel machining chips AISI 1060.The samples were prepared with different composition of AISI 1060 steel machining chip of 5%, 10% and 15% according to the weight fraction of parameter variable. Two casting processes were applied in this project namely stir casting and sand casting process. The stir casting was used to mix the two different metals to become a composite at temperature between 750℃ to 800℃ in a furnace while sand casting was used to fabricate the samples into ASTM-E8M standard for tensile testing. The results showed that the samples with higher reinforcement percentages of steel machining (15%) showed higher tensile stress and higher modulus value characteristic compared to other samples. The experiment proved that the reinforcement material has good mechanical properties compared to the pure material

The effects of different volumes of dynamic stretching on 20-M repeated sprint ability performance

The purpose of this within-subjects counterbalanced design study is to elucidate the effects of different volumes of dynamic stretching on Repeated Sprint Ability (RSA) performance. Thirteen male team sport athletes perfromed a repeated sprint ability test consisting of a maximal 6 x 20 meter sprint (with 30s active recovery between each sprint) following different volumes of dynamic stretching (DSS1, DSS2 and DSS3). The results showed no significant difference for all parameters between all the all dynamic stretching volumes. Results show that any of the dynamic stretching volumes may be used as a warm up prior to the repeated sprints session. However, DSS1 confers some advantage in terms of lesser times, though not statistically significant for BST, MST and TSTKeywords: fatigue; set; repetition; specific warm-up; recovery

The properties of Palm Oil (PO) and Coconut Oil (CO) offer the potential for transformers with non-toxicity, high fire and flash points and better environmental compatibility while compared with those filled with Mineral Oil (MO). This potential has led to intensive studies of electrical performance of biodegradable oil especially in evaluating the electrical performance under lightning impulse voltage in recent years. This paper presents the investigation on the impulse breakdown voltage of PO and CO in such a uniform field. The PO used in this study is Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil (RBDPO) Olein type. Two testing methods, rising-voltage and up-and-down are considered for both oils with different gap distances (2.0 mm and 3.8 mm). Testing methods including rising-voltage method and up-and-down method have no notable influence on the breakdown voltages of RBDPOs and CO compared to MO.IntroductionThe majority of transformers in the power system network are oil filled type. The main functions of the oil used in a transformer are to act as electrical insulation, cooling medium and information carrier. Up to now, the main oil insulation used in a transformer is Mineral Oil (MO) since it is proven to be successfully applied in practice for many years. Natural and synthetic esters are considered as the alternative for conventional MO due to the high fire safety and environmental friendliness. Extensive studies were conducted looking into the chemical, physical and electrical properties of natural and synthetic esters [1-3]. Another possible alternative for ester based oils are Palm Oil (PO) and Coconut Oil (CO). PO is derived from palm kernel which can be further separated to produce Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) [4-5]. Further processing of CPO can produced Refined, Bleaching and Deodorized Palm Oil (RBDPO). The most common PO considered for transformers application is RBDPO. On the other hand, CO is extracted from kernel of matured coconut palm. The CO can be further processed to produce a neutralized, bleached and deodorized CO and is currently the type of oil investigated for the transformers’ application [6]. Transformer in service shall be exposed to voltages in excess of the normal operating voltage, such as transient overvoltage due to lightning impulse or switching impulse. Therefore the increasing interests among researchers press for comprehensive investigations on electrical performance of these liquids especially under impulse voltage [7]. This paper presents breakdown strengths of biodegradable oils (RBDPOs and CO) and MO in a uniform sphere-sphere electrode under impulse voltages. The influences of voltage polarities (positive and negative) and testing methods (rising-voltage and up-and-down) on the breakdown behavior are investigated
