    Teknologi Informasi terus berkembang pesat seiring dengan kemampuan komputer memberi solusi bagi permasalahan diberbagi bidang tidak terkecuali bidang kesehatan. Salah satu contoh perkembangan teknologi informasi yaitu adanya sistem informasi yang membuat proses pengolahan data penjualan obat pada apotek menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Pada apotek Ar-roz Farma 4 Kedondong, penulis memperhatikan proses pengolahan data penjualan obat publikasi informasi masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga sering mengalami masalah pada ketepatan perhitungan, transaksi lambat dan terhambatnya akses informasi. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut salah satunya dengan membangun sistem informasi apotek berbasis web. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pelayanan transaksi penjualan dan kemudahan akses informasi yang tentunya akan membuat konsumen merasa sangat puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan

    The purpose of making the library application was to simplify the data seaching process and make the librarian easier such as borrow and return books and to know the late of returning books at the library. Model of Visual Basic (VB) was used in the development of this system. There were some necessary data in making the application such as members,books, borrowers, returning, rack book, and category book. From the data it was expected could be the basis to present the important informasion quicly and accurately. Because the system in saving and manage the data were changed from manual become computerized it was expedted to make the librarian prosess more effective.

    The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pringsewu Regency is an office that handles population fields such as making e-KTP, Family Cards (KK), Child Identity Cards (KIA), and Birth Certificates. In carrying out its duties as a public servant, this service does not yet have a system that can be used online so that people whose homes are far from the office experience problems in receiving these services, not to mention the requirements for making population administration sometimes not yet known by the public. This limitation makes researchers want to create a system that can be used by the community without having to come directly to the Disdukcapil office. The existence of this system is expected to help Disdukcapil employees in providing their services without being constrained by distance and time. The population data m-government (mobile government) system can be used as a source of information for both Pringsewu residents and residents outside Pringsewu regarding the terms and conditions in making population administration by simply accessing information / services by mobile.Keywords: system, m-government, population data, Department of Population and Civil Registration

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, salah satunya adalah faktor kinerja lingkungan. Kinerja lingkungan yang baik akan menyebabkan perusahaan banyak mengungkapkan kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan perusahaan. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) juga mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, dimana perusahaan yang telah melaksanakan CSR akan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan konsumsi makanan yang terdaftar dalam BEI pada tahun 2012-2018.     AN INVESTIGATION ON THE EFFECT OF AUDIT COMMITTEE ON FINANCIAL REPORTING QUALITY IN PRE AND POST IFRS ADOPTION: EVIDENCE FROM MALAYSIAN COMPANIES

    Purpose of study: This study sought to investigate the effect of the audit committee on Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ), explicitly focuses on the period pre- and post-mandatory IFRS adoption in Malaysia. The Financial Reporting Quality in this study proxied by earnings management. Malaysian. Methodology: The sample study has covered 81 listed companies on Bursa Malaysia, with 567 observations, which examined the time of 2009 to 2015. The relationship was analyzed by statistical multiple regression linear methods and also examined the significance of differences between pre and post IFRS adoption by paired sample t-test. Result: The main finding reveals that the relationship between the audit committee and financial reporting quality after IFRS adoption in Malaysia has more significant. However, empirical evidence showed that the post period of mandatory IFRS evidently no significant difference level of earnings management practice. This result indicates that the IFRS adoption cannot reduce managerial discretion yet and the possibility for EM manipulation for Malaysian companies. Implication/Application: This finding has critical implications for regulators and policymakers, that the consequences of IFRS adoption do not increase the quality of financial reporting when EM practices still continue in the different forms. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study gives empirical evidence that there are differences in relationship level between audit quality and earnings management in the period before and after IFRS mandatory adoption in Malaysia companies

    Menghadapi era ”new normal” COVID-19 tidak dapat disamakan dengan saat menjalani kehidupan normal. Seluruh tatanan kehidupan telah berubah dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan dan meminimalisir kontak fisik. Kegiatan ekonomi, pendidikan, religi, dan pariwisata berangsur menggeliat dengan pola baru. Sektor pariwisata sebagai salah satu penopang pendapatan daerah harus mampu berinovasi agar tetap dapat memberikan layanan prima dan memperoleh kepercayaan dari pelanggan. Taman wisata Talang Indah sebagai salah satu ikon wisata taman di Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung melakukan inovasi dalam membantu pemerintah meminimalisir penyebaran COVID-19, yakni dengan memberlakukan sistem e-ticket bagi para pengunjung. Alat pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML) menggunakan use case diagram, diagram activity, sequence diagram dan class diagram. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan extreme programming, yang memiliki keunggulan pengembangan sistem yang lebih cepat dan proses pengembangan lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan.Dengan sistem ini pengunjung dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan ticket dari wisata secara mudah selain itu proses pembuatan laporan data pengunjung dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dalam segi waktu maupun efesiensi bagi wisata tersebut.Kata kunci : e-ticket, new normal, wisata, Talang Indah E-TICKET: EFFECTIVE APPLICATIONS IN DEALING WITHNEW NORMAL COVID-19FOR TALANG INDAH PRINGSEWU DISTRICT’sVISITORSFacing the “new normal” era COVID-19 cannot be compared to living a normal life. The tourism sector as one of the pillars of regional income must be able to innovate so that it can still provide excellent service and gain the trust of customers.Talang Indah tourism park as one of the park tourism icons in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung has made an innovation in helping the government to minimize the spread of COVID-19, namely by implementing an e-ticket system for visitors. The system development tool used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The system development method used is extreme programming, which has the advantage of a faster system development and the development process is more responsive to customer needs. With this system visitors can easily get tickets from tours easily besides that the process of making visitor data reports can be done quickly and accurately so as to increase profits in terms of time and efficiency for these tours.Keywords : e-ticket, new normal, tourism, Talang Inda

    Regional income is one of the important factors in the implementation of government wheels and become one of the important benchmarks in the implementation of regional autonomy. This study aims to test empirically the relationship between regional revenue and financial performance on Economic Growth and Economic Welfare in the Regency/City Lampung Province. The data used are data of regencies/cities in Lampung Province 2014-2016. By using Panel method with fixed method, the result was significant influence between regional income and financial performance to growth economic and welfare society. Empirical evidence indicates that although all regional income variables are influential, the regional restitution has no significant effect on the Welfare of the Community in Lampung Province

    Financial Management Information System within Government Institution and Supply Chain Strategy: Implementation Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

    The provision of comprehensive financial information by the government institution is needed by the wider community to boost the effectiveness of the information to the society and government, and decision-making. This system produces information that is able to encourage the realization of a clean, transparent, and able government to respond to changing demands effectively. Therefore, the success of the information system if the users are successful in the model of acceptance of the systems and information technology and it would be improving their performance. This research aims to examine the acceptance of regional financial information systems in government using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and evidence of its influence on the performance. The study found 556 respondents who are civil servants in Lampung Province. The finding using SEM analysis shows that all constructs have an effect in conformity with the concept of TAM in a government institution. This study reveals that all variables which include the model of TAM theory have a positive impact on the user's performance. It also improves the effectiveness of the information system within the government institution, especially the implementation of the financial management information system
