ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-EXPRESSION OF HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN UNIVERSITY
The article is devoted to studying the problem of professional self-expression of university teacher. Thesis about the existence of 6 cognitive attributes of the university teacher’s self expression was theoretically identified and empirically acknowledged as a concept: 1) representation of a particular level of people’s self-conscience including professional; 2) describing method, by which a person shows, regulates his activity during objectivation in professional work; 3) acting as the cognitive model of conducting cognitive activity of ethnos, society, individual in natural language ; 4) multiple meaning expression of particular level of individual’s experience and knowledge; 5) emotionality, personal identifying, having subjective and personal judicious and emotional personal meaning, verbal and non-verbal method of expression through reputation, behavior, reactions and etc.; 6) dependence from both teacher’s general culture and particular aspects. The system of criterion of university teacher’s self expression and their indicators was proposed.
This approach allowed showing the role of university teacher self-expression in the development of a university through identifying the influence of every university teacher professional self-expression level (external – image building, social professional, creative reformative) on the university development
The Influence of Low and Moderate Carotid Stenosis on Neurophysiologic Status of Patients Undergoing on-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
Background: Significant (>70%) extracranial stenosis of the internal carotid artery (ICA) is a known risk factor for brain damage in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). There is no clear evidence of the low and moderate ICA stenoses influence on the neurophysiologic status of patients after CABG. This work was aimed at studying the influence ICA stenoses (<50%) on the dynamics of neurophysiologic status in patients undergone CABG. Methods: We examined neurophysiologic functions and electroencephalograph in CHD patients (N = 45) aged from 45 to 70 years. All patients were divided into two groups: with ICA stenosis (n = 20) and without one (n = 25). Results: It was established that the group ICA stenosis had a negative dynamics of neurophysiologic status 6 months follow-up after CABG compared with patients without stenosis. Conclusion: Our results suggest that the presence of low and moderate ICA stenosis is one of the factors affecting the neurophysiologic status of CHD patients. It has been assumed that the patients with ≤50% ICA stenoses constitute a high-risk group for cerebral complications after on-pump CABG

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND SOCIETY THROUGH THE PRISM OF EDUCATION
The current article examines various concepts of technology, science, engineering, scientific knowledge, technical knowledge, technical knowledge, empirical knowledge and their respective implications in the social context. Both theoretical and practical knowledge are products of knowledge and are built step by step in the process of social interaction. This knowledge is a cultural heritage of societies and is under constant construction and reconstruction. Science and technology are historical products and social knowledge organized and systematized in continuous creativity. The concepts of science, technology, and society and education as a social institution are closely related, as they both recognize the interconnectedness of technology, society, and education. The STS framework is an interdisciplinary approach that emphasizes the interdependence of scientific knowledge, technological development, and societal values and norms. According to this framework, science and technology are not neutral or objective entities, but are shaped by and shape social, cultural, economic, and political factors. STS scholars argue that understanding the social context of science and technology is essential for developing ethical and effective policies and practices

Layered and hexagonal perovskites as novel classes of proton-conducting solid electrolytes. A focus review
Solid oxide electrolytes have attracted significant attention due to their possible applications in energy conversion devices, including solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) and electrolysis cells (SOECs). Although a large amount of data has been accumulated to date, the design of new representatives of ionic electrolytes is of unquenchable interest. In this paper, a review of the new classes of proton-conducting solid electrolytes is provided. The physicochemical and transport properties of layered perovskites (BaNdInO4, BaNdScO4, SrLaInO4, BaLaInO4) and hexagonal perovskites (Ba7Nb4MoO20, Ba5Er2Al2ZrO13 and Ba5In2Al2ZrO13) were analyzed and summarized. Based on the performed analysis, the most promising compositions among the considered phases were identified and the effective approaches aimed at improving their functional characteristics were provided.keywords: layered perovskite, Ruddlesden-Popper structure, hexagonal perovskite, proton conductivity, SOFCs, SOECsDOI: https://doi.org/10.15726/elmattech.2022.1.00
Development of nanocomposite materials for road construction
The level of economic development of any state can be determined today by the quality of roads. Consequently, a wide variety of projects and concepts have appeared in almost many countries recently, which radically change the idea of roads. Reliability and safety of delivery of various cargoes largely depends on the quality of construction and repair of modern road surfaces. Road works related to their various types (replacement of the canvas, marking) cannot be carried out without additional signs and fencing devices. This article discusses the possibility of replacing the polymer matrix that forms the basis of fencing devices (plastic cones, road barriers) with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) using a reflective component. As a reflective component, it is proposed to use a photoluminophore, which is capable of converting absorbed energy into light radiation, providing continuous light emission for 10 hours. The main criterion of this material is its light output in the dark
