　産学連携知的財産管理室が2016年に発足して６年が経過し，業務は多岐にわたり活動が拡大してきた。それに伴い徐々に実用化案件や共同研究案件も増加しつつある。この１年間の特筆すべき点として，RNA 創薬に関する研究成果を基に川崎医科大学発のバイオベンチャー第１号が立ち上がり2022年３月から支援することとなった。また，肺癌治療におけるバイオマーカー測定の案件が実用化し技術導出された。その一方で発明届の数は減少しており，研究支援と同様に知的財産創出のリテラシーの向上も必要である。今後も業務の効率化・適正化を進め，他学との交流を推進し，シーズとニーズのマッチングの機会をできるだけ多く確保するように努力していきたい。　Six years have passed since the Industry-Academia Collaboration and Intellectual Property Management Section was established in 2016 and its works have expanded in a wide variety of areas. Along with this, the number of practically realized cases and collaboration researches is gradually increasing. The notable point in the past year is the launch of the first university bio- venture in Kawasaki Medical school based on the study results on RNA-based drug discovery, which has been supported from March 2022. In addition, the project of biomarker measurement in lung cancer treatment has been practically realized and the technology has been licensed-out. In contrast, the number of the invention notifications has been decreased year by year, and it is necessary to improve the literacy of intellectual property creation as well as research support. From now on, we will continue to improve the efficiency and optimization of our work, to promote exchanges with other universities, and to make efforts to secure as many opportunities as possible for matching seeds and needs

<症例>十二指腸原発の悪性リンパ腫と早期胃癌を合併した一例

We report here a 65-year old man with primary duodenal malignant lymphoma combined with gastric lymphoma and early gastric cancer. Malignant lymphoma in the bulbus of the duodenum was suspected of by endoscopic biopsy during follow up of duodenal ulcer. Preoperative examination revealed an extension of malignant lymphoma from the bulbus to the stomach in combination with early gastric cancer. We perfomed a pancreaticoduodenectomy because the tumor invaded to the second portion of the duodenum. The postoperative course was uneventful and he received adjuvant chemotherapy following surgery. To our knowledge, this case is the first report of primary duodenal malignant lymphoma combined with gastric lymphoma and early gastric cancer.消化管原発の悪性リンパ腫のうち十二指腸原発悪性リンパ腫は, 比較的稀である. 早期胃癌を併発した症例は更に少なく, 本邦では文献上二例目である. 今回, 我々は更に胃リンパ腫も合併した非常に稀な症例を経験したのでここに報告する. 症例は65歳の男性. 主訴は上腹部痛. 現病歴は, 三年前に十二指腸潰瘍 stage A1 と診断されその後内視鏡にて経過観察していたが, 今回十二指腸球部に異常を認め, 更に生検にて悪性リンパ腫が疑われたので当科を紹介された. 術前検査にて病巣は, 十二指腸球部を中心に胃粘膜下に浸潤しており, さらに早期胃癌の合併が疑われ開腹, 弊膵十二指腸切除術にて上記が確認された. 今回術前の生検で胃悪性リンパ腫は偽陰性であったが, EUS では悪性リンパ腫に典型的な所見を呈した部位が有り, 病巣の診断に EUS が有効であった. また予後については治癒切除し得たが, Contreary の分類では CLASS III に相当するため術後に化学療法(VEMP療法)を施行した

　産学連携知的財産管理室の2020年度半ばから2021年度半ばにかけての活動を報告するとともに考 察を加える。2021年度にはメンバーが入れ替わり教員２名，職員２名が新メンバーとなった。知的 財産管理については，特許出願と特許登録はともに数を伸ばしているものの，発足当時の件数増加 への注力から，ここ数年では実用化の可能性が高い案件に厳選する方向にある。産学連携活動の支 援も継続して推進している。研究シーズの学外イベントへの出展，学内イベントの企画運営も鋭意 遂行しており，学外組織との連携も滞りなく進めている。しかしながら，昨今のコロナ禍でイベン トや会議のほとんどがオンライン開催となっている。産学連携および知的財産管理の活動は大学の 使命として挙げられる社会貢献および研究活動の推進に大きく寄与することから，社会情勢をにら みながら，今後も継続して取り組んで行きたい。　The activity of Industry-Academia Collaboration and Intellectual Property Management Section of Kawasaki Medical School in the fiscal year 2020 through the middle of the fiscal year 2021 is reported in this article. In this management section, two new members of educational staff and two new members of administrative staff were replaced in the beginning of the fiscal year 2021.The number of the patent application and the patent registration increased in these fiscal years, however, the patent applications have been highly selected nowadays to be turned into actual utilization with high possibility, with compared to the applications in the period around the establishment of this section. We enthusiastically keep to carry out the participation to exhibitions and the management of in-house events as well as to support the industry-academia collaborations. However, most of the events and meetings have been on-going to be held online because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to continue eagerly the activity of industry-academia collaborations and intellectual property managements in the consideration of the social situations, since our activity would offer a significant contribution towards the promotion of the corporate social responsibility and the research activities, both of which are the Medical School’s missions
