PERAN GURU DALAM PEMANFAATAN ALAT PERMAINAN EDUKATIF DI TK GUGUS LAVENDER KECAMATAN SINGARAN PATI KOTA BENGKULU

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam pemanfaatan alat permainan edukatif di TK Gugus Lavender Singaran Pati Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 21 orang guru TK Gugus Lavender. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statstistik dengan rumus rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam pemanfaatan alat permainan edukatif berkategori baik artinya guru melakukan peranya sebagai fasilitator, mediator dan motivator TK di Gugus Lavender Kota Bengkulu. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam pemanfaatan alat permainan edukatif katagori cukup artinya guru telah menyediakan alat permainan edukatif sesuai dengan kegiatan anak seperti alat permainan boneka tangan untuk mentstimulasi perkembangan anak. Peran guru sebagai mediator dalam pemanfaatan alat permainan edukatif dalam katagori baik artinya guru menggunakan alat permainan edukatif sesuai tema pembelajaran. Peran guru sebagai motivator dalam pemanfaatan alat permainan edukatif dalam katagori baik artinya guru membangkit semangat belajar anak didik pada saat belajar alat permainan edukatif. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini disarankan bagi guru dapat meningkatkan peran fasilitator, mediator dan motivator lebih baik lagi, agar peran fasilitas, media alat permainan edukatif dan motivasi dalam alat permainan edukatif dapat berjalan dengan baik bagi guru maupun anak usia dini

Dampak Foreign Direct Investment dan Investasi Portofolio terhadap Stabilitas Makroekonomi di Indonesia : Fenomena Global Imbalances

The imbalance of global economic recovery has led to a variety of implications on the economies of emerging markets countries, including Indonesia, its massive capital inflows. Capital inflows can be a source of development financing, as well as to support the deepening of financial markets. However, when capital inflows are massive enough and can not be absorbed by the economy as a whole, it will weaken the impact of export competitiveness and potential pressures on macroeconomic stability. This study aims to analyze the impact of foreign direct investment and portfolio investment against macroeconomic fundamentals. The method used in this study is the Vector Autoregression through the use of impulse response and variance decomposition with time series data 2005.Q4 - 2011.Q4. Some of the variables used are economic growth, inflation, exchange rate, BI Rate, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and Portfolio Investment. The research results indicate that the positive impact of FDI on economic growth is smaller than the portfolio investment. To price stability, the impact of FDI is negative and the positive impact of investment portfolio. Positive impact of FDI on the exchange rate and the investment portfolio of negative influence. While monetary policy through the BI Rate of negative response to the development of FDI and portfolio investments respond positively. This shows more effect on the investment portfolio of macroeconomic instability, especially on the stability of prices and exchange rates. Its massive capital inflows cause the exchange rate appreciation trend that goes beyond the fundamental conditions and implications for the asset price bubble and increase the vulnerability of financial markets and inflation

Analisis Pengaruh Perilaku Manajer, Job Relevant Information, dan Pengetahuan Manajer terhadap Kinerja Anggaran dengan Pengawasan sebagai Pemoderasi pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku manajer. informasi yang relevan dengan pekerjaan, pengetahuan manajer tentang kinerja anggaran dengan moderator supervisi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para manajer di 15 cabang wilayah kerja PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) yaitu  398 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 199 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku manajer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran. Job Relevant Information berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Anggaran. Pengetahuan manajer berdampak pada kinerja anggaran. Perilaku manajer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran dengan pengawasan sebagai moderator. Informasi relevan pekerjaan berpengaruh pada kinerja anggaran dan dimoderatori oleh pengawasan. Pengetahuan manajer mempengaruhi kinerja anggaran yang dimoderatori oleh pengawasan. This study aims to determine the effect of manager behavior. job-relevant information, managers' knowledge of budget performance with moderator supervision. The population in this study were managers in 15 branches of the work area of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), namely 398 people. The sample in this study was 199 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the behavior of managers had a significant effect on-budget performance. Job Relevant Information has an effect on Budget Performance. Manager's knowledge has an impact on-budget performance. Komitmen organisasi memiliki banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya salah satunya adalah karakteristik organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Solok. Penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif method dengan pendekatan kausatif.  Karekteristik pekerjaan dan komitmen organisasi merupakan variabel pada penelitian ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner  Total sampling digunakan dalam teknik pengambilan sampel dan analisis regresi linier sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil pengujian menemukan karakteristik pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kajian Pemetaan Dan Optimalisasi Potensi Pajak Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Pad) Di Kabupaten Jember

In autonomy concept of area, local government has important role in arranging and managing its own area, including financial management, which is decanted in UU No 32 and 33 2004. Regulation of local government expected to be more can dig potency of source of acceptance of area in defraying all activities development of area through make-up of Local Real Earning. Source of acceptance of the LRE can be conducted through intensification and extensification tax area and retribution. In Jember regency, acceptance of area tax was not optimal result while compared to local retribution. In 2003 – 2006, percentage of local tax contribution showed 28,30%, it has lower value than local retribution which has 44,33% (APBD, 2003-2006). Therefore, it requires to be identified local tax optimalization through previous problems evaluation, so that in turn can be formulated government policies precisely. The empirical result of this study indicated that in Jember regency, type of low potential tax are hotel and restaurant, amusement, entertainment and light road. Other case, dig tax on group C has potential local earning. Society perception on influence factor of tax earning optimalization is institutional factor which appeared 55%, considering on imperfect law enforcement and administrative system. The importance of policy recommendations is local tax management which reach 62% through innovation on imposition tax system and improvement of human resource quality through training and education

Meningkatkan Kemampuan Kognitif Anak Melalui Media Magic Square

The aims of  this study were to improve student’s cognitive abilities  of Fawwaz Kids School Kindergarden at A group in doing their activities in the class by using Magic Squere as the media. Fawwaz Kids School Kindergarden has many kinds of  media  that could support sudents’ cognitive aspects development, one of them  through magic square which was able to increase students’ cognitive  such as critical thinking, recognize and present the things around them.  Based on the interviews, the teachers  told  that the student’s had not use or play this media yet. Therefore, by this media the student’s was expected to practise their ability to solve the problem,  complete the task, and  get the chance to play a new game to  improve their study. The trial used by 10 students. The opportunities and challenges of institutional arrangement for Besuki Na-Oogst tobacco cultivation business: case study in Jember Regency Indonesia

Purpose. This research aims at formulating the development strategy for institutional pattern amongst the stakeholders and the policy makers for Besuki Na-Oogst Tobacco in Jember Regency. Methodology / approach. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Qualitative Descriptive are applied to obtain and elaborate the perception of all stakeholders related to Besuki Na-Oogst Tobacco Institution in Jember Regency. Samples are collected by using in-depth interview and focus group discussion involving farmer groups, exporters, and policy makers (government). Results. The analysis indicates that the main factor which becomes the priority for developing the institution for Besuki Na-Oogst Tobacco Cultivation is access to all stakeholders, amongst farmers, exporters and policy makers. Originality / scientific novelty. The access to information and technology becomes crucial to increase productivity, the quality, and the sustainability of Besuki Na-Oogst Tobacco. Practical value / implications. The effectiveness and the sustainability of producers as well as the institutional arrangement with market players and the policy makers are the result of the Besuki Na-Oogst Tobacco stakeholders’ relation, which are bonding, bridging and linking. These are essential in the access to national and international market and also yield a positive sum game to cooperate, reach and increase profit as well as share advantages and loss
