ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PERAN KEPALA DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG - UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 ( STUDI DI DESA SOBONTORO KECAMATAN BOYOLANGU KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG )

The village head has an important role in his position as a leader who is close to the community. So, it is important for the village community to participate in realizing and evaluating the performance of the village head. This research itself aims to analyze the role of village heads in carrying out their duties in accordance with the provisions contained in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. This research was conducted with a focus on Sobontoro Village. The research method used is yuridical empirical using library study data collection techniques, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively to describe the role of the village head in managing Sobontoro Village. The results of this research reveal that the village head has a very important role in managing Sobontoro Village in accordance with Law Number 6 of 2014. His role includes managing the village budget, making development decisions, coordinating with related agencies, and empowering the community. Based on the explanation of the research results along with the factors inhibiting the Village Head in carrying out his role in carrying out his duties. Carrying out actualization and evaluation that leads to financial and income renewal. The problems faced are related to human resources, especially in the internal government of Sobontoro Village. The head provides training involving related parties/agencies according to the type and needs of each member of the internal village government so that the work process from all lines can be carried out. adequate and meets good targets in the running of the village government system

Advanced Monitoring of Wind Turbine

This chapter presents a general framework for the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG). We apply and analyze the behavior of three estimation techniques, which are the unscented Kalman filter (UKF), the high gain observer (HGO) and the moving horizon estimation (MHE). These estimations are used for parameters estimation of the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) driven by wind turbine. A comparison of those techniques has been made under different aspects notably, computation time and estimation accuracy in two modes of operation of the DFIG, the healthy mode and the faulty mode. The performance of the MHE has been clearly superior to other estimators during our experiments. These estimation tools can be used for monitoring purposes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang sedang terjadi di Perusahaan serta menyusun strategi pengembangan bisnis bagi Perusahaan. Analisis lingkungan internal akan menganalisa tiap aspek di dalam lingkungan internal bisnis yaitu pemasaran, keuangan, produksi, dan sumber daya manusia. Sedangkan analisis lingkungan ekternal menggunakan analisa PEST yang berfokus pada faktor politik, ekonomi, sosial, dan teknologi, dan Porter's Five Forces Analysis. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weakness), peluang (opportunity), dan ancaman (threat). Dari analisis SWOT akan dibentuk matriks SWOT yang nantinya dapat merumuskan beberapa alternatif strategi bagi Perusahaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara kepada beberapa informan Perusahaan dan juga data sekunder yang berupa studi dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa strategi bersaing yang paling tepat bagi Perusahaan adalah strategi fokus, yaitu memfokuskan Perusahaan pada segmen pasar yang lebih sempit serta menjaga efisiensi dan efektivitas produksi
