    PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI DAN NUMERASI BERBASIS AKTIVITAS POLA HIDUP SEHAT

    Abstrak: Kemampuan literasi dan numerasi adalah kemampuan esensial yang harus dikuasai siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Pemerataan pendidikan perlu dinikmati oleh semua pihak termasuk siswa di kalangan pedesaan yang terjangkau jauh dari teknologi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa dengan mengintegrasikan kegiatan pola hidup sehat dalam pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara luring terbatas. Sebelum pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini, diadakan sosialisasi kepada pihak sekolah terutama guru dan kepala sekolah mengenai aktivitas pembelajaran yang akan dilakukan. Hal ini dikarenakan pembelajaran dilakukan secara outdoor. Kegiatan ini melibatkan guru, siswa, tim pengabdi dan mahasiswa untuk mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pembelajaran didesain secara luring terbatas dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan secara ketat. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memantau perkembangan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa setiap hari. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya semangat  belajar siswa untuk kegiatan literasi dan numerasi. Siswa yang semula hanya bisa membaca kata dengan pola KVKV (konsonan vocal) kemudian dapat membaca KVKKVK (Konsonan-Vokal-Konsonan). Sehingga kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa meningkat yang ditandai dengan siswa yang semula hanya dapat membaca kata dengan pola KVKV dapat membaca dengan pola yang lebih kompleks. Pada kegiatan ini setelah melakukan pembelajaran siswa dilatih untuk dapat menggosok gigi dengan benar dan memperhatikan kebersihan di lingkungan sekitar dengan memungut sampah yang ada di sekitar mereka. Abstract:  Literacy and numeracy skills are essential abilities that students must master at the elementary school level. Equitable distribution of education needs to be enjoyed by all parties including students in rural circles who are affordable away from technology. The purpose of this service is to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills by integrating healthy lifestyle activities in learning. The method of implementing this activity is by implementing limited offline learning. Prior to the implementation of this learning, socialization was held to the school, especially teachers and principals regarding the learning activities to be carried out. This is because learning is carried out outdoors. This activity involves teachers, students, service teams and students to support the smooth implementation of activities. Learning is designed offline to be limited by observing strict health protocols. Evaluation is carried out by monitoring the development of students' literacy and numeracy skills on a daily basis. The result that has been achieved in this activity is an increase in students' enthusiasm for learning for literacy and numeracy activities. Students who were originally only able to read words with the KVKV pattern (vocal consonants) can then read KVKKVK (Consonants-Vowels-Consonants). So that students' literacy and numeracy skills increase, which is characterized by students who were originally only able to read words with the KVKV pattern, they can read with a more complex pattern. In this activity after learning, students are trained to be able to brush their teeth properly and pay attention to cleanliness in the surrounding environment by picking up garbage around them.              

    SUCCESSIVE ELECTION OF REGIONAL HEADS: A COMPARISON STUDY OF THE STATE CONSTITUTIONS OF MAJAPAHIT, INDONESIA, AND THE UNITED STATES

    A constitution is a written regulation and a state convention (state administration) that determines the composition and position of state bodies, regulates relations between the bodies, and regulates the relationships between these bodies and the citizens. The enactment of a constitution as a binding fundamental law is based on the highest power or the principle of sovereignty adopted by a certain country. If the country adheres to the notion of popular sovereignty, then the source of the legitimacy of the constitution is the people. If monarchical sovereignty is applied, then the monarch will determine whether or not a constitution may be enforced. A constitution also contains regulations for the election of regional heads. Regional head elections are one of the characteristics of a state that applies democratic principles. This study aims to analyze the election of regional heads by comparing the constitutions of Majapahit, Indonesia, and the United States of America. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely by reviewing the norms of Constitution, laws and other sources of legal material, including journals. The results of this research are that regional heads in Majapahit were directly elected by the Prabu (King). It was a District/majority representative system since the regional heads were directly elected by the king, an Organic and Non-Democratic electoral system. Whereas in Indonesia, regional heads (Governors, Regents and Mayors) are democratically elected, elected directly by the people or by the Provincial, Regential and Municipal House of Representatives (district representation system based on the majority and balance). However, in the reform era, the legislators interpreted the democratic system as direct election by the people. The electoral system is mechanical, organic and democratic. In the United States, the Head of State is directly elected by the people but at the discretion of the legislature, hence the representative system is a balanced representation system.     E-Government Training to Increase Community Participation

    Village E-Government is the implementation of village government through the use of the internet and computers, which is very important as a means of community participation and accountability of the village government for the administration of Government. The method used was to conduct training on Sukopuro village officials who were responsible for website management. The training included an introduction to making emails, making Google forms, and introducing how to accommodate community input from the Google form to the Sukopuro Village Government website. The results of this activity were very positive and received a good response from the Village because it increased knowledge and ability to organize the web and make Google Forms as a means of accommodating community participation in village development in the context of implementing the Sukopuro Village Government E-Government. The understanding of Sukopuro Village village officials about E-Government increased from 20% to 80%. The community has the opportunity to increase their participation in village development and the determination of Village government public policies through Google forms and websites in the Village

    Perilaku  seks diluar nikah yang dilakukan mahasiswa, maka banyak mahasiswa yang mengandung dan memiliki anak. Sehingga kehidupan mereka sebagai seorang mahasiswa tidak dapat melanjutkan perkuliahan karena harus kembali ke daerahnya karena tidak ada yang merawat dan menafkahi anaknya. Ada juga yang mereka harus cuti karena mengandung dan melahirkan serta sampai ada yang mengalami kehamilan beresiko karena kurangnya informasi tentang kehamilan dan akibat dari perencanaan pengguguran janin di kandungan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah  mahasiswa dapat mempunyai ilmu dan pengetahuan tentang dampak dan bahaya yang terjadi akibat seks bebas bagi kesehatan, psikologis dan kehidupan mereka kedepan. Metode yang digunakan memberikan sosialisasi  dan pendampingan kepada mahasiswa agar terhindar dari perilaku seks bebas dan hamil di luar nikah. Hasilnya adalah perlunya pendidikan seks di perguruan tinggi serta mengoptimalkan bimbingan konseling  sebagai wadah perkembangan psikologis mahasiswa
