    ANALISIS BIAYA MANFAAT PEMBANGUNAN FLYOVER PADA PERLINTASAN SEBIDANG SULTAN AGUNG

    Bandar Lampung city is experiencing traffic congestion problems, one of them is as a result of the delay that is caused by a level crossing. One of the Streets in Bandar Lampung that has traffic congestion problem because of level crossings is Sultan Agung Street. Based on an interview with the Bandar Lampung Transportation Agency, there was a plan to build a flyover at the level crossing on Sultan Agung Street. However, the planned flyover is predicted to give negative impacts on the surrounding area. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the costs benefits of a flyover construction to overcome traffic congestion at the level crossing on Sultan Agung Street. To determine the costs benefits, the reseachers conducted Net Present Value (NPV) and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) analysis with the variables of flyover construction costs, decreased income of traders around the area, and time value savings, and vehicle operating costs. Based on the analyses, the reseachers concluded that the benefits obtained from the construction of the flyover are greater than the costs so that the construction of a flyover at the level crossing on Sultan Agung Street is considered feasible from an economic point of view

    Pesawaran Regency is known to have advantages in the tourism sector. This can be seen from the number of tourists who continue to increase, especially on national holidays. The Provincial Government is collaborating with the Trans Lampung Bus by opening routes to tourist destinations, namely from Tanjung Karang Station - Ketapang Harbor. However, in practice, there is a tendency for tourists to use private transportation modes compared to public transportation modes that have been provided. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to increase tourist interest in using the Trans Lampung Bus public transportation route from Tanjung Karang Station to Ketapang Port as tourist transportation. There are three targets to achieve the research objectives, namely: 1. Knowing what factors influence the choice of mode; 2. Knowing the opportunities for using private and public transportation modes; 3. Make recommendations for optimizing public transportation mode. The analytical method used in this study is binary logistic regression and sensitivity. Based on the sensitivity analysis, it is known that the comfort factor has a higher sensitivity than the bus trip rit factor. Therefore, the comfort factor will be optimized first

    Congestion in urban areas is vulnerable because of the impact of the growth of activities and an increasingly specialized and complex economy. For this reason, it is necessary to formulate a good urban transportation policy to accommodate increased urban transportation needs. Google Traffic is a feature found on Google Maps to see the level of congestion in an area. Google Traffic can detect an area with red, yellow or green indications through the principle of Real Time Data using data from the Global Positioning System (GPS). This study wanted to see how the use of the Google Traffic Feature as input to urban transportation policies by looking at existing urban transportation policies, analyzing the movement system model on Google Traffic, and analyzing the development of Google Traffic model policies, which would be useful for the development of Urban Transportation Policies, especially Bandar Lampung City as a case study

    The city functions as a service system for diverse community needs implemented through the provision of housing, trade and services, recreational areas and transportation networks. Activities between these activities cause movement, the magnitude of the movement value is influenced by the size and scale of activity (intensity) on each type of land use. The economic condition of the city depends on the ease of the people in their activities and the smooth distribution of production goods. Bandar Lampung as the economic center of Lampung Province has problems that affect movement such as land use patterns, low road accessibility. In anticipation of this movement must be in good condition that is effective and easy to do, because movement is influenced by land use intensity. Therefore, it is necessary to know the magnitude of the influence of the intensity of land use in the movement in the city of Bandar Lampung by using the Movement Model can be known the size of the influence of Land Intensity on the movement in the city of Bandar Lampung. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of the origin destination matrix and multiple linear regression analysis. the results of the analysis show that land use related and influencing the movement of the city of Bandar Lampung are activities on land use trade and services as well as education affect movement. The resulting movement model is as follows: y = 62,3 + 2,275 + 1,348

    Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kawasan pendidikan tinggi di Kota Bandar Lampung terhadap lalu lintas di Jalan Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam. Pengaruh yang dimaksud adalah kontribusi perguruan tinggi terhadap lalu lintas dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemacetan di Jalan Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis tingkat pelayanan jalan dan analisis deskriptif. Faktor-faktor kemacetan diambil dari studi terdahulu yaitu angkutan berhenti sembarangan, volume kendaraan yang besar, persimpangan, dan simpangan prioritas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kontribusi pergerakan perguruan tinggi sebesar 9,81%, lalu lintas Jalan Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam bernilai E, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemacetan adalah volume kendaraan yang besar dan simpangan prioritas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan, kontribusi kawasan pendidikan tinggi tidak berperan besar, dan yang menyebabkan kemacetan di Jalan Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam adalah volume kendaraan yang besar dan simpangan prioritas

To increase public interest in using public transportation, especially BRT, this is the background of this research. The aim is to identify public perceptions in the use of information technology in public transportation, especially the Bandar Lampung Bus Rapid Trans (BRT). The approach method used is a quantitative approach method with descriptive analysis and data obtained from primary and secondary data.     The city of Bandar Lampung, which is the capital of Lampung Province, which is currently not included in the 100 smart city movement in Indonesia, has tried to keep up with and make Bandar Lampung a smart city. Marked by the vision of the City of Bandar Lampung, namely "Bandar Lampung is healthy, intelligent, faithful, cultured, superior and competitive based on the people's economy" (RPJMD Bandar Lampung City, 2016-2021). The increasing number of residents in Bandar Lampung City causes basic infrastructure services to be improved in order to meet the needs of the community. The concept of smart infrastructure that has been implemented in various countries has been able to help fulfill and maximize city infrastructure services to be effective and efficient. Research on smart infrastructure in Bandar Lampung City is still new and relatively early, so it is very important to know the position of smart infrastructure development in Bandar Lampung City. This development can be identified by examining the stages of the city's smart infrastructure (Royal Academy of Engineering, 2017 in Ogie et al, 2019). The purpose of this study is to examine the development of smart infrastructure in urban infrastructure aspects in Bandar Lampung City. This research was conducted using a qualitative deductive approach, while the research data were analyzed using content analysis techniques and qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research is that the urban infrastructure of Bandar Lampung City is at an early stage towards the concept of smart infrastructure, which is still between the traditional stage and the semi-intelligent stage

    The majority of Indonesia's population lives in rural areas so that agriculture is the main sector in the economy and the survival of rural communities where it is known that the national income generated from the agricultural sector is more than 50%. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural activities, the application of technology, especially digital-based ones, is very necessary because it has a significant impact on improving the economy of farming communities in particular, one of which is the digitalization of agriculture.Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it is known that the application of agricultural digitization in terms of the use of applications used as online marketing media in Adiluwih and Gadingrejo sub-districts is still relatively low. The low use of this application is due to several factors that influence the use of agricultural applications, including farmer readiness factors, age factors, gender factors, education factors, extension factors, and income factors. Furthermore, this agricultural digitization has an impact on the economic level of the farming community, although it is still relatively low, this digitalization can increase farmers' income by 8.5%. This increase in income is obtained from the marketing of agricultural products through online media which is part of the digitalization tools in agriculture. This is an opportunity so that the application of digitalization and information technology in agriculture can be developed optimally in order to increase the economic growth of rural communities

    Pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera (JTTS) telah tercantum dalam Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) yang telah diundangkan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 48 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 32 Tahun 2011 Tentang Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) 2011-2025. Pembangunan JTTS juga telah menjadi bagian dari Asian Highway Network. Dengan adanya JTTS, konektivitas antar wilayah tentunya akan semakin mudah dan perpindahan barang akan lebih cepat serta berdampak terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu wilayah. Perpindahan barang yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah komoditas unggulan di setiap wilayah Provinsi Lampung-Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dampak ekonomi JTTS Bakauheni-Kayu Agung dalam pengembangan wilayah Lampung-Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah adanya pembangunan JTTS perpindahan komoditas lebih cepat karena efisiensi waktu, namun terdapat perpindahan yang apabila menggunakan JTTS tidak memberikan efisiensi waktu

    Transisi Energi Terbarukan di Indonesia: Dinamika Kendaraan Listrik dengan Pendekatan Self-organization di Kota Jakarta

    Abstrak Transisi energi terbarukan merupakan salah satu perubahan yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan. Salah satu aktivitas yang banyak menyumbang emisi CO2 adalah aktivitas transportasi. Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari lima negara bersama Cina, Jepang, Korea, dan India menjadi penyumbang CO2 terbanyak kepada global terutama dalam transportasi. Hadirnya transisi kendaraan listrik menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi polusi serta energi terbarukan. Self-organization merupakan pendekatan perencanaan transformatif untuk melihat kompleksitas transisi. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, analisis kebijakan, dan analisis feedback loop, artikel ini ingin menunjukkan bagaimana proses transisi kendaraan listrik ini di DKI Jakarta, sebagai wilayah perkotaan terbesar dan terpadat di Indonesia. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan perubahan kendaraan listrik, dukungan pemerintah, serta feedback positif dan negatif dari masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi self-organization transformasi kendaraan listrik dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak dalam proses perubahan sistem transportasi di Indonesia. One activity that contributes a lot to CO2 emissions is transportation activities. Indonesia is one of the five countries along with China, Japan, Korea, and India to be the largest contributor of CO2 to the world, especially in transportation. The presence of the transition to electric vehicles is one solution to reduce pollution and renewable energy. Self-organization is a transformative planning approach to see the complexity of the transition. By using descriptive analysis methods, policy analysis, and feedback loop analysis, this article wants to show how the transition process for electric vehicles is in DKI Jakarta, as the largest and most densely populated urban area in Indonesia. The results show that there is an increase in changes to electric vehicles, government support, as well as positive and negative feedback from the community. This study recommends a self-organization strategy for transforming electric vehicles by involving various parties in the process of changing the transportation system in Indonesia.
