Formation of non-state pension system in the Russian Federation on an example of the activities of non-state pension fund "Sberbank"

The article is devoted to a problem, which is important relevant for the Russian Federation.it is studying the factors of formation of non-state system in provision of pensions. In this article, the authors have described the russian specifics of formation in the system of non-state pension provision in the Russian Federation. As the main methods, the system and structural and analytical analysis are chosen. Data and materials of the non-state pension fund of Sberbank became material of a research. The main documents regulating formations and functioning of the non-state pension funds are submitted. It is shown that one of the most perspective is activity of the non-state pension fund of Sberbank. The sources of formation of revenues of the non-state pension fund of Sberbank are described. Both individual and corporate programs of the non-state pension fund of Sberbank are submitted. The conducted research allows making conclusions that despite the undertaken reforms of provision of pensions by the citizens.peer-reviewe

Employee well-being in the hotel industry : in the case of the hotel market in St. Petersburg, Russia

The thesis is dedicated to the positive and negative well-being of hotel employees. A study was conducted using a quantitative research method. The method for data gathering was a survey. The findings of the study show that positive emotions, engagement, relationships with co-workers, and company support are the primary factors in hotel employees' positive well-being. The three criteria for well-being in a hotel were also highlighted by the re-spondents: comfort and a human attitude toward business; respect for private time; and adequate assessment of opportunities. According to the research data, the human resources and guest services departments had the highest levels of stress. It appears to be due to the highest age and positional diversity in these departments. However, compared to older hotel employees, younger staff members reported lower employee satisfaction and a greater intention to quit their jobs. Having a better relationship with management and the chance to do more were the most frequently expressed desires for an increase in well-being

Large-Scale Structure of Chromatin: A Fractal Globule or a Logarithmic Fractal?

Two physical models are considered to describe the large-scale structure of chromatin in the nucleus of a biological cell in the interphase state: a fractal globule model and a logarithmic fractal model. Based on the classification of fractal objects developed by the small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) method, it is shown that the fractal globule model does not satisfy the experimental data on small-angle neutron scattering by the nuclei of biological cells. Conversely, the logarithmic fractal model well describes the experimental data on SANS and, hence, provides a good approximation to describe the large-scale structure of chromatin. The logarithmic fractal model predicts that the nuclear space is exactly half-filled with chromatin, and the second half consists of interchromatin voids filled with nucleoplasma in which various nuclear processes occur. Thus, two opposing trends are balanced in the structural organization of chromatin: an increase in the surface area of chromatin in the cell nucleus (accessibility to external agents) and a decrease in the volume occupied by chromatin (compactness of the nucleus)
