Comunidades de aprendizaje : participación, calidad y transformación social

Las comunidades de aprendizaje son actualmente una alternativa de trabajo con importantes posibilidades para transformar aquellos centros con un alumnado que por cuestiones socioeconómicas se ve a menudo arrojado al círculo de la exclusión. El artículo presenta brevemente el marco teórico de referencia para describir a continuación los aspectos más remarcables del inicio de una experiencia de comunidad de aprendizaje en un centro de educación infantil y primaria de Santa Coloma de Gramenet en el que los autores y autoras han participado. Después de abordar su inicio y sus primeros pasos se plantea uno de los temas más importantes como es el reto de la sostenibilidad de estas iniciativas.Les comunitats d'aprenentatge són actualment una alternativa de treball amb importants possibilitats per transformar aquells centres amb alumnat que per qüestions socioeconòmiques es veu sovint abocat al cercle de l'exclusió. SE, M.Si, Ak, CAABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh sinkronisasiperencanaan dan penganggaran, partisipasi anggaran dan kejelasan sasarananggaran terhadap kinerja SKPD pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Utara baiksecara simultan maupun parsial.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah 63 SKPD yang terdiri dari badan, dinas, kantor, dankecamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung menggunakankuesioner yang berisi 30 (tiga puluh) pernyataan. Selanjutnya data dianalisismenggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sinkronisasi perencanaan danpenganggaran, partisipasi anggaran dan kejelasan sasaran anggaran berpengaruhsecara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja SKPD (2) sinkronisasi perencanaan danpenganggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SKPD (3) partisipasi anggaranberpengaruh terhadap kinerja SKPD dan (4) kejelasan sasaran anggaranberpengaruh terhadap kinerja SKPD.Kata kunci: Sinkronisasi Perencanaan dan Penganggaran, Partisipasi Anggaran,Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran, Kinerja SKPD

El grup de recerca Fòrum IDEA : Projectes, codi ètic i marc epistemològic

La sèrie d'articles sobre comunitats d'aprenentatge que es presenten han estat elaborats pels membres del grup de recerca Fòrum IDEA (Investigació i Desenvolupament de l'Educació de Persones Adultes), de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Aquestes persones estan vinculades directament a l'experiència de la comunitat d'aprenentatge del CEIP Tanit, de Santa Coloma de Gramenet, així com a d'altres projectes relacionats amb l'educació de persones adultes i el desenvolupament comunitari. Per tal de contextualitzar la seva lectura en un determinat marc epistemològic, prèviament s'han volgut apuntar els trets que defineixen i caracteritzen el grup de recerca. En aquest bloc introductori es presenta el grup d'investigació atenent diferents aspectes: la seva definició i composició, els projectes que està duent a terme, el codi ètic que orienta la seva acció i el marc epistemològic, teòric i metodològic que el fonamenta.The articles on learning communities which are presented have been written by members of the research group Fòrum IDEA (Research and Development of Adult Education), from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. These researchers are directly engaged with the learning community experience of the Tanit primary school, from Santa Coloma de Gramenet, and also to other projects concerning adult education and community development. Before the articles we remark the features that define and characterize the research group. The research group is presented in this introductory section as following: definition and composition of the research group, the projects that it is undertaking, the ethical code which supports its action and the epistemological, theoretical and methodological framework wich constitutes its basis.La serie de artículos sobre comunidades de aprendizaje que se presentan han sido elaborados por los miembros del grupo de investigación Fòrum IDEA (Investigación y Desarrollo de la Educación de Personas Adultas), de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Seni Budaya Melalui Pengembangan Kreativitas Siswaberbasis Lingkungan

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, process, strategy, supporting and inhibiting aspects, and evaluation to improve the quality of learning through the development of arts and culture-based creativity Methods This study used a qualitative approach with multiple types of cases, its location in the SMP 2 Ngunut and MTsN Ariyojeding Rejotangan, the data in this study are primary and secondary data, engineering data collection by observation or participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. From these results the authors concluded that: (1) Syllabus and lesson plans, which are prepared each semester by the subject teachers of art and culture. (2) Processes in the two institutions are also equally divided into two, with the delivery of content and practice, which in this case were similarly associated with the environment, in order to increase students\u27 interest and creativity. (3) Pay attention to the material compliance strategy, timing and conditions of the students at that time. (4) Supporting aspects (proper purpose, teachers are creative, active students and spirit, facilities and infrastructure adequate, and the environmental conditions that support time), and the inhibiting aspects (related to the students\u27 attitude sometimes crowded during the learning process and disturb her during the learning process). R Symmetries in the Landscape

In the landscape, states with $R$ symmetries at the classical level form a distinct branch, with a potentially interesting phenomenology. Some preliminary analyses suggested that the population of these states would be significantly suppressed. We survey orientifolds of IIB theories compactified on Calabi-Yau spaces based on vanishing polynomials in weighted projective spaces, and find that the suppression is quite substantial. On the other hand, we find that a $Z_2$ R-parity is a common feature in the landscape. We discuss whether the cosmological constant and proton decay or cosmology might select the low energy branch.
