Çalışmaya örneklem kriterlerine uyan 164 primipar anne alınmıştır. Veri toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 2 anket formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Pearson Ki-kare, McNemar testi kullanılmıştır. Coffee has always been part of various cultures, including Filipino culture. Coffee became a commodity in the 1800s during its first wave. Later on, coffee was appreciated more while consumers tend to want more quality coffee. With the improvement in the quality of coffee, its price also rose. This is the second wave of coffee culture which happened in the 1970s when Starbucks and other commercial coffee shops started growing. Years after, another culture developed whereby people became more interested in the origin of the coffee, how it was processed and brewed. Traceability of coffee, the skills of the barista, and fair-trade coffee became of high importance during the third wave of the coffee culture. With the Filipinos being a coffee-drinking nation, they also became a fad of third wave coffee culture, especially the millennials. This phenomenon became an opportunity for many coffee lovers and entrepreneurs to supply the demand for quality coffee, specifically specialty coffee. 1740 Coffee Genesis is among the specialty coffee shops that belong to the third wave of coffee culture, while focusing on specialty local coffee, and helping local coffee farmers through selling their coffee and looking for potential customers for them to help them sustain their livelihood. Although many of the coffee shop goers would purchase locally and ethically-sourced coffee like that of 1740 Coffee Genesis’, there is a challenge for 1740 Coffee Genesis to reach more of their target market due to minimal marketing efforts. Hence, this integrated marketing communications campaign is created to help the brand increase its brand awareness, and to increase its overall sales. The marketing strategy proposals were based on the Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action (AIDA) Model as well as in the Inbound Marketing Model (Attract, Engage, and Delight) that will guide the target market on each step of the consumer journey. Given this, multiple media platforms that are relevant to the target market will be used for this campaign

Patients were divided into 3 groups as daily, weekly and monthly follow-up groups. Patients were called by telephone with the help of patient follow-up program. Monthly Medication Possession Ratio (MPR) was calculated. Qualeffo-41 quality of life data were assessed at baseline, at the 3rd and 6th months. Results: From the baseline within 6 months, MPR levels were significantly increased in all groups (p<0.05). Monthly follow-up group was found the most compatible group compared to others. Significant changes in quality of life were observed (p<0.05). Conclusions: Dose intervals, especially long dose interval regimens and patient drug reminder programs are highly effective on compliance and quality of life would be better as the compliance increases. The GSM system has become the most popular system for mobile communication in the world. Criminals commonly use GSM phones, and it is therefore a need for forensic investigators to understand which evidence can be obtained from the GSM system. This paper briefly explains the basics of the GSM system. Evidence items that can be obtained from the Mobile Equipment, the SIM and the core network are explored. Tools to extract such evidence from the components of the system exist, but there is a need to develop more sound forensic procedures and tools for extracting such evidence. The paper concludes with a short presentation on the future UMTS system, which largely builds on the design of GSM. With GSM, systems for mobile communication reached a global scale. In the western world, it seems everyone has their own mobile phone, and GSM has taken more and more of the market. GSM allows users to roam seamlessly between networks, and separate the user identity from the phone equipment. In addition the GSM system provides the functional basi

WOS: 000406053400006PubMed: 28073191Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate whether there is a relationship between erectile dysfunction (ED), thought to be a vascular disease, and AB0 blood group. Material and Method: The study included 350 people abiding by the study criteria who applied to our clinic from April 2012-April 2015. The patients were divided into two groups including those with ED (Group 1) and those without (Group 2). Age, blood group, IIEF-5 score and presence of additional diseases were recorded. Erectile functions were analyzed according to blood group. Results: There was no difference between the mean age of 111 patients with ED and that of 239 patients without ED included in the study (p = 0.284). There was no difference between patients in the two groups in terms of smoking, alcohol use, hypertension and diabetes (p > 0.05). Among patients in the ED group, the mean IIEF-5 score according to blood group was 19.8 +/- 5.04 in the 0 blood group, 16.5 +/- 5.2 in the A blood group, 17.2 +/- 5.3 in the B blood group and 13.3 +/- 3.02 in the AB blood group. The IIEF-5 scores of individuals in the 0 blood group were significantly high compared to individuals in other blood groups (p = 0.004). Logistic regression analysis found that compared to the 0 blood group, the erectile dysfunction risk was 3.9 times greater for the A blood group, 3.5 times greater for the B blood group and 4.7 times greater for the AB blood group (p = 0.001) (Table 3). Conclusion: The risk of erectile dysfunction was significantly increased for individuals in the A, B and AB blood groups compared to individuals in the 0 blood group
