The main purpose of this research is to see or position the region in East Java, especially micro-enterprises by segmenting their products. There are five effective areas in East Java which are well-known centers of micro-enterprises, i.e Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Malang, Gresik and Lumajang with their local wisdom products. There are 160 micro business actors in the five regions of East Java. Where their products have the opportunity to be developed into mainstay products in the province of East Java. Based on the results of the Categorical test, an overview of the test results is obtained, i.e: for micro-enterprises in Malang and Gresik they have the same character (dimension 1, i.e: innovation, product attractiveness, product originality, raw materials and environmentally friendly) both management and products so that because they have similarities , the two regions deserve to develop a joint business in a sales network. As for dimension 2 (selling value, market value, quality and market opportunity) micro-enterprises in Pasuruan, Malang and Gresik can form a group together in the sales network in facing market opportunities and increasing sales. Whereas micro-enterprises in Lumajang city (are in a neutral segment (not dimension 1 and not dimension 2), micro-enterprises in Lumajang district may compete with four other cities in fighting for market opportunities, both locally and globally because in the Categorical test the position of micro-enterprises Lumajang is categorized as having a special character and is different from the other four cities, i.e Malang, Gresik, Mojokerto and Pasuruan, so that only micro-enterprises in Lumajang district may not participate in the sales network

Based on the Bali Economic Quarterly Development document for the second quarter of 2021 by BPS, from the beginning of 2020 until now, the Covid-19 pandemic has continued to infect Indonesia. Even the number of new cases affected by this disease is increasing. Based on data from the Covid-19 Handling Task Force, as of June 30, 2021, the number of daily new confirmed cases reached around 21,000. Not only attacking the health sector, but this pandemic has also shattered the joints of the economy. Various government efforts carried out in 2021 have been able to withstand the economic contraction year on year. In the second quarter of 2021, Indonesia's economic growth year on year was recorded at 7.07 percent and was the first positive growth since the second quarter of 2020. In particular, the tourism sector became the sector that experienced the highest growth in the second quarter of 2021. The transportation and accommodation provision business fields, which are the business fields most closely related to the tourism sector, are the two categories that experienced the highest growth, namely by 25.10 percent and 21.58 percent. Among all provinces in Indonesia, Bali can be said to be one of the provinces most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Bali's dependence on foreign tourist visits has caused Bali to still slump in the economy. Since March 2020, the arrival of foreign tourists to Bali has continued to decline. The decline even reached almost 100 percent when compared to the same months the previous year

Polyurethane-polypropylene oxide block copolymers containing fragments of an adduct capable of self-healing by the Diels-Alder reaction mechanism have been synthesized and studied for the first time. All obtained polyurethane copolymers were characterized by IR spectroscopy. The temperature transitions and thermal stability of copolymer melts were determined by using the methods of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The self-healing effect was confirmed using a thermal cycling procedure on pre-damaged samples of modified polyurethanes and surface morphology studies. The perspective of the work begun on the creation of self-healing protective polyurethane coatings are shown

Robust bifunctional aluminium-salen catalysts for the preparation of cyclic carbonates from carbon dioxide and epoxides

    Get PDF
Abstract Two new one-component aluminium-based catalysts for the reaction between epoxides and carbon dioxide have been prepared. The catalysts are composed of aluminium-salen chloride complexes with trialkylammonium groups directly attached to the aromatic rings of the salen ligand. With terminal epoxides, the catalysts induced the formation of cyclic carbonates under mild reaction conditions (25-35 °C; 1-10 bar carbon dioxide pressure). However, with cyclohexene oxide under the same reaction conditions, the same catalysts induced the formation of polycarbonate. The catalysts could be recovered from the reaction mixture and reused. 161

Uterine leiomyoma in the pediatric population: literature review

    Get PDF
Uterine fibroids are the most common benign neoplastic tumor of the uterus, occurring in adolescents with a frequency of less than 1%. According to literature data, 87.5% of young patients, as a rule, have a variety of symptoms, the most frequent of which is abnormal uterine bleeding, anemizing the patient, abdominal pain, abdominal enlargement in volume. Diagnosis in adolescent girls may be difficult, due to the rarity, as well as the presence of some limitations in the echographic examination performed, as a rule, by transabdominal access. Methods of treating leiomyomas in women are well known and are widely described in clinical guidelines ranging from surgical to medicinal, however, they are not standardized for the pediatric population. Currently, no more than 25 clinical observations have been described in the literature, which indicates the importance of accumulating clinical data in order to develop an optimal clinical approach aimed at preserving reproductive function in such patients
