The modern day culture hero: From cynicism to infernality
In the paper the reasons of address of the information space's modern religious mythology to infernal cultural heroes through the principle of inversion of moral standards are considered. It is associated with the cynicism phenomenon because cynicism characterizes manipulation by means of reasoning on moral subjects. The purpose of this paper is the analysis of ethical appeal of infernal cultural heroes forming new ethical principles and norms for younger generation. In the paper the review of issues connected with myth-making, with forms of public consciousness in the modern culture is presented. Conclusions about emphasis shift in mass consciousness to positive infernality of the modern cultural hero are drawn. © 2015, Canadian Center of Science and Education. All rights reserved
On the relationship between the phases of 27-day total ozone and solar activity indices in different latitudinal zones
The dynamics of 27 day total ozone variations during and 11 year solar activity cycle at high and low latitudes was analyzed. The calculations were made using a specially worked out program permitting, besides the determination of the amplitudes and phases, the observation of the coherence of phases in any time interval. To characterize solar activity, solar radio-flux at 10.7 cm was used. The results of the calculation of total ozone phases difference and those of the index F(sub 10.7), as well as the amplitudes of the 27 day variations of these parameters are presented
Six-loop expansion study of three-dimensional -vector model with cubic anisotropy
The six-loop expansions of the renormalization-group functions of
-vector model with cubic anisotropy are calculated within the minimal
subtraction (MS) scheme in dimensions. The
expansions for the cubic fixed point coordinates, critical exponents
corresponding to the cubic universality class and marginal order parameter
dimensionality separating different regimes of critical behavior are
presented. Since the expansions are divergent numerical estimates
of the quantities of interest are obtained employing proper resummation
techniques. The numbers found are compared with their counterparts obtained
earlier within various field-theoretical approaches and by lattice
calculations. In particular, our analysis of strengthens the existing
arguments in favor of stability of the cubic fixed point in the physical case
A Relation Between the Flow Density and Flame Length in the Work Space of the Bath Smelting Furnace
The article provides mathematical modelling results of radiation flow formation in the work space of the smelting (glassmaking, open-hearth) furnace with different heating patterns and flow distribution over the surface of the bath and enclosing structures. A significant influence of the flame length upon technical and economic parameters of furnace operation was found out.
