СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН ТА СТРАТЕГІЧНІ ОРІЄНТИРИ РОЗВИТКУ БАНКІВСЬКОГО СЕКТОРУ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ КРИЗИ

The article is devoted to defining strategic guidelines of the banking sector of Ukraine's economy through the determination of its problems, which are becoming a significant impact on today’s crisis stage of economic development of the country. In addition it analyzes the main indicators of banks' activity in Ukraine and trends in the banking sector of the economy. In order to determine the prospects of banking sector development, author gives the SWOT-analysis with the purpose to identify its (Ukrainian banking sector) internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats. Given the problems in the banking sector of Ukraine and the SWOT-analysis results, author also recommended some ways to improve the banking in Ukraine.Статья посвящена определению стратегических ориентиров развития банковского сектора экономики Украины через обозначение его проблем, которые приобретают значительного влияния на современном - кризисном - этапе экономического развития страны. New approaches to the analysis of efficiency of enterprise’s equity capital management

Визначено сутність управління власним капіталом підприємства та його складові. Проаналізовано структуру власного капіталу вітчизняних підприємств. Виявлено, що на сьогодні в складі власного капіталу переважають такі елементи, як статутний та додатковий капітал. Частка нерозподіленого прибутку, який є основою зростання власного капіталу, незначна. Розкрито сутність основних методів дослідження ефективності використання власного капіталу: горизонтального, вертикального, порівняльного, інтегрального методів. Наведено основні показники ефективності використання власного капіталу. Зазначено індикатори, які найбільш повно характеризують ефективність використання власного капіталу підприємством та частину залученого капіталу, яку підприємство використовує у своїй діяльності. Доведено, що саме інтегральний метод аналізу управління власним капіталом є пріоритетним. Наголошено на необхідності постійного моніторингу формування власного капіталу в частині нерозподіленого прибутку. Зазначено, що одним з найбільш перспективних напрямів збільшення власного капіталу є впровадження інновацій. Подальші дослідження стосуватимуться формування механізму ефективного управління власним капіталом.Under the circumstances of financial crisis and the deficit of current assets availability of financial resources is one of the determining factors in the development of enterprises, and the effectiveness of the company is directly dependent on how quickly the funds invested in assets are converted into real money. That is why equity capital management is very important. The article aims to systematize modern methods of evaluating the effectiveness of equity capital management of the enterprise. The essence of capital equity management of the enterprise and its components were determined. The structure of capital equity of domestic enterprises was analysed. The research revealed that such equity capital components as Share capital and Additional capital currently dominate. Share of retained earnings, which is the basis for the growth of equity capital is insignificant. The essence of the main methods of equity capital efficiency was shown e. g. horizontal, vertical, comparative, integral methods. The basic performanceof equity capital were presented. The figures more fully characterizing the efficiency and equity capital were shown. It is proved that the integrated method of analysis of management equity is a high priority. Research highlights the necessity of continuous monitoring of the formation of the equity capital in the sphere of undistributed earnings. It is indicated that one of the most promising areas of the increase in equity capital is innovation. Further studies will cover the formation mechanism of effective equity capital management of the enterprise

Клінічний випадок хірургічного лікування секвестрації легені

Секвестрація легені (СЛ) є досить рідкою вадою розвитку, зумовленою комбінованим порушенням розвитку всіх структур, що утворюють легеню, при якому ділянка легеневої тканини частково або повністю відділяється на ранніх стадіях ембріогенезу та розвивається незалежно від основної легені, являючи повністю ектоповану тканину, або розміщується всередині функціонуючої легені. СЛ має ізольовану бронхіальну систему та одну або декілька аномальних артерій, що відходять від грудного та черевного відділу аорти або її гілок (внутрішньої грудної та міжреберної). Венозний відтік здіснюється при внутрішньолегеневій секвестрації в легеневу вену або в систему vv. Azygos et Hemiazygos, а при позалегеневій – у систему верхної або нижньої порожнистих вен. Сполучення між бронхами і секвестрованою ділянкою в більшості випадків відсутнє. 

Structural phase transitions and their influence on Cu+ mobility in superionic ferroelastic Cu6PS5I single crystals

The structural origin of Cu+ ions conductivity in Cu6PS5I single crystals is described in terms of structural phase transitions studied by X-ray diffraction, polarizing microscope and calorimetric measurements. Below the phase transition at Tc=(144-169) K Cu6PS5I belongs to monoclinic, ferroelastic phase, space group Cc. Above Tc crystal changes the symmetry to cubic superstructure, space group F-43c (a=19.528); finally at 274K disordering of the Cu+ ions increases the symmetry to F-43m, (a=9.794). The phase transition at 274K coincides well with a strong anomaly in electrical conductivity observed in the Arrhenius plot. Diffusion paths for Cu+ ions are evidenced by means of the atomic displacement factors and split model. Influence of the copper stechiometry on the Tc is also discussed.Comment: conference pape

Тумесцентна анестезія як різновид місцевої анестезії в акушерстві при виконанні неакушерських операцій під час вагітності

The article is an assessment of tumescent anesthesia (kind of local anesthesia) which made it possible to safely perform surgery on saphenous veins of the lower extremities and perineum during pregnancy, with the aim of preventing the progression of varicose veins of the lower extremities, labia and perineum in pregnant women in ІІ or ІІІ trimester of pregnancy. Surgical treatment was carried out for 114 pregnant women. 154 surgeries were performed. Tumescent anesthesia was used for pain relief in 90.8% of postoperative pregnant women. The effects on pregnancy, childbirth, the fetus were not found.В статье дана оценка тумесцентний анестезии (разновидности местной анестезии), которая дала возможность безопасного выполнения хирургического вмешательства на подкожных венах нижних конечностей и промежности во время беременности, с целью предотвращения прогрессирования варикозной болезни нижних конечностей, половых губ и промежности у беременных во ІІ или в ІІІ триместре беременности. Хирургическое лечение проведено 114 беременным. Выполнено 154 операционные вмешательства. Использовали для обезболивания в 90,8% прооперированных беременных тумесцентну анестезию. Влияния на течение беременности, родов, на плод не выявлено.У статті дано оцінку тумесцентній анестезії (різновиду місцевої анестезії), яка дала можливість безпечного виконання хірургічного втручання на підшкірних венах нижніх кінцівок і промежини під час вагітності, з метою запобігання прогресуванню варикозної хвороби нижніх кінцівок, статевих губ і  промежини у вагітних у ІІ або в ІІІ триместрі вагітності. Хірургічне лікування проведено 114 вагітним. Виконано 154 операційні втручання. Використали для знеболювання у 90,8 % прооперованих вагітних тумесцентну анестезію. Впливу на перебіг вагітності, пологів, на плід не  виявлено

A study of the gravitational wave form from pulsars II

We present analytical and numerical studies of the Fourier transform (FT) of the gravitational wave (GW) signal from a pulsar, taking into account the rotation and orbital motion of the Earth. We also briefly discuss the Zak-Gelfand Integral Transform. Gaudin Models and Bending Flows: a Geometrical Point of View

In this paper we discuss the bihamiltonian formulation of the (rational XXX) Gaudin models of spin-spin interaction, generalized to the case of sl(r)-valued spins. In particular, we focus on the homogeneous models. We find a pencil of Poisson brackets that recursively define a complete set of integrals of the motion, alternative to the set of integrals associated with the 'standard' Lax representation of the Gaudin model. These integrals, in the case of su(2), coincide wih the Hamiltonians of the 'bending flows' in the moduli space of polygons in Euclidean space introduced by Kapovich and Millson. We finally address the problem of separability of these flows and explicitly find separation coordinates and separation relations for the r=2 case.Comment: 27 pages, LaTeX with amsmath and amssym
