    Analysis of Crystal Structure and Texture on Al-5052 Rod Processed by ECAP and Post-ECAP Annealing at 100-300 oC

    Equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) treatment is a method to improve the mechanical properties of bulk metals without adding or extracting their alloy elements. The ECAP process can improve severe plastic deformation that will increase mechanical properties such as hardness and modulus of elasticity. The disadvantage of ECAP product is non-uniform mechanical properties. To solve this problem, the post-ECAP annealing process can be applied to form more uniform mechanical properties. This phenomena should also be caused by the change of crystal structure and texture during this process. However, the study of the change of crystal structure and texture during ECAP and followed by annealing process was seldom done. This study aims to try to determine the characteristics of crystal structure and texture of ECAPed and post-ECAP-annealed materials with annealing temperature variation of 0, 100, 200, and 300 oC. Four Al-5052 alloy rods were used as material samples. The results of this study show that the annealing process can homogenize the crystal structure of ECAPed Al-5052 rod. On the other hand, the texture characteristics of ECAPed Al-5052 rod become more random as an implication of increasing annealing temperature

    LATTICE STRAIN ANALYSIS OF TITANIUM ROD PROCESSED BY EQUAL-CHANNEL ANGULAR PRESSING (ECAP) WITH Bc ROUTE USING X-RAY DIFFRACTION LINE BROADENING ANALYSIS

    Equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) was one of severe plastic deformation method in order to increase the mechanical properties of solid metal without changing its dimension and without adding any alloy elements. The change of mechanical properties on ECAPed metals was caused by the change of lattice strain, so that the lattice strain investigation was recommended for evaluating ECAPed metals. In this study, pure titanium rod was treated by ECAP with Bc route and two passes. Before ECAPed, this titanium rod consisted of two lattice strains i.e. 0.001014 and 0.005241. After ECAPed, a lattice strain of 0.005241 reduces to 0.003205 and 0.003555 after first pass and reduces again to 0.002576 and 0.002647 after two passes. Meanwhile, a lattice strain of 0.001014 was annihilated after ECAP treatment. These results show that ECAP treatment can reduce and eliminate lattice strains on titanium rod. This study also shows that the reduction of lattice strains implicates to the increasing of its hardness value

    Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membentuk karakter anak melalui habituasi dongeng pada pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar berjumlah 10 orang, yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta simpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mendongeng merupakan cara efektif yang dapat dilakukan guru untuk menumbuhkan karakter siswa. Dengan mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan dongeng siswa menjadi tertarik untuk belajar. Karakter tokoh serta alur cerita dalam dongeng memberikan pesan moral yang dapat ditiru peserta didik. Adapun karakter yang dapat ditanamkan dalam dongeng adalah sopan    santun,    kedisiplinan,    nilai-nilai moral, spiritual, agama, tanggung jawab, cinta tanah air, pantang menyerah

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the CBSA approach and differentiation learning in Indonesian language learning. This research was conducted by analyzing the literature on studies that took the CBSA approach and differentiation learning in Indonesian language learning. The data obtained in this study are secondary data. Secondary data is a variety of information that has been there before and deliberately collected by researchers that is used to complement the needs of research data. This study uses qualitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the literature analysis on the CBSA approach and differentiated learning, it can be concluded that: 1) the CBSA approach, especially in Indonesian subjects, can improve learning outcomes, reading skills, and literacy skills of elementary school students. This indicates that the CBSA approach has been widely studied and deserves to be developed in other studies according to their respective variables, 2) differentiated learning in Indonesian language learning makes a positive contribution to learning outcomes, students' literacy skills and even becomes a reflection material for teachers in schools. basic, 3) there are some similarities in the CBSA approach and differentiated learning in the independent learning curriculum so that the connection is that the CBSA approach can be integrated in differentiated learning, especially in Indonesian subject

    PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA MELALUI PENDEKTAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

    This research aims to analyze the improvement of speaking skills through the CTL approach. The type of research is qualitative research. The data collection method used is library research with emphasis on secondary data sources. The data collection technique was through the results of reviews of articles from the last five years indexed by Google Schoolar and the research took place in elementary schools using the keywords CTL, elementary school students, and speaking skills. The research results show that there are four articles with the type of experimental and classroom action research in the last five years that discuss improving speaking skills using the CTL model. The conclusion is that there is an increase in elementary school students' speaking skills with the CTL approach

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu ke epektifan pendekatan tematik dan terpadu dalam pembelajaran bahasa di sekolah dasar. Dalam proses komunikasi selalu melibatkan tiga komponen pokok, yaitu komponen pengirim pesan (guru), komponen penerima pesan (peserta didik), dan komponen pesan itu sendiri yang biasanya berupa materi pelajaran. Proses pembelajaran tidak akan berjalan dengan baik apabila tidak adanya timbal balik atau komunikasi edukatif antara guru dan peserta didik. Pendekatan pembelajaran khususnya pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesa di tingkat sekolah dasar harus mengupayakan bagimana guru harus bisa memilih pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi siswa. Karena kita ketahui bahwa siswa pada pase ABC sangat memerlukan perhatian khusus dimana pase-pase tersebut anak-anak mudah jenuh, malas, kurang disiplin dan lebih banyak maen-maennya sehingga perlu sekali guru menguasai banyak model dan pendekatan dalam pembelajaran dalam memotivasi peserta didik dalam belajar. Salah satu pendekatan yang bisa dipakai dalam pembelajaran bahasa adalah menggunakan pendekatan tematik dan terpadu. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka yang merupakan seluruh bahan bacaan yang mungkin pernah dibaca dan dianalisis, baik yang sudah dipublikasikan maupun sebagai koleksi pribadi. Kajian pustaka sering dikaitkan dengan kerangka teori atau landasan teori, yaitu teori-teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis objek penelitian, analisisnya menggunakan deskriptif menggunakan literatur yang sesuai dengan masalah yang diangkat. Dalam analisis tersebut menujukkan bahwa pendekatan tematik dan terpadu sangat epektif dalam pembelajaran bahasa di sekolah dasar.Kata kunci : Pendekatan Tematik dan Terpadu dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesi

    Paired Story Telling Cerita Bergambar Teknologi Pangan Kuliner Lokal Bali Meningkatkan Berbicara

    Students lack the ability to properly express their opinions and use media, a class action research was conducted to improve students' speaking skills using the Paired Story Telling model supported by media images.The subjects of this review were 20 understudies from class III SDN 7 Sangsit Bali, and the data were investigated utilising subjective and quantitative distinct methods. The results of this study are pre-cycle students' speaking skills scores of 63.55 on average, 64 on the median, 62 on the mode, and 20% classical mastery; the students' speaking skills are not very good.The mean was 71.5, the median was 70, the mode was 63, and classical mastery was 65% in the first cycle.Speaking skills improved in cycle II, with mean 90, median 92, mode 92, and 90 percent classical completeness falling into the category of very good.     Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) Terhadap Keterampilan Menyimak Pada Siswa Kelas II Sekolah Dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra eksperimen dengan jenis desain one group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN 2 Janapria sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat Pretest yang tuntas secara individual dari 20 siswa hanya 4 murid atau 20% yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Secara klasikal rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 59,9% berada pada kategori rendah. Sedangkan posttest dimana dari 20 siswa terdapat 14 siswa atau 70% telah memenuhi KKM dan secara klasikal nilai rata-rata sebesar 76,3% kategori tinggi. Perolehehan dari hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan rumus uji t dengan jumlah t hitung 10,08 yang lebih besar daripada t tabel = 2,093. Berdasarkan data disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas II SDN Janapria Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

    The failure of austenitic stainless steel during the industrial aplications is place sensitization due to heat treatment. The investigation of that failure has been investigated by researchers in particular for stainless steel 2XX and 3XX types, while there isno or little investigation for stainless steel J4 type.Furthermore, the investigation of the presence of sensitization on stainlees steel was conducted by referring to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) A262-02a, which the caracterization of metal surface morphologies dan chrom content used optical microscope andscanning electron microskop, and Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, respectively. The results elucidate that sensitization is produced in temperature range from700oC up to 900oC .There isgrain boundaries attack onsurface morphologies after sensitization test in the temperature range from700oC up to 900oC ,whichis unlikely to happenat temperature of 600oC. The possibility of chromium difusion to grain boundaries took place from the decrease of chromium content adjancent with grain boundaries and the increase of chromium content in grain boundaries, whichimplies the formation of intermetallic compound of carbide
