    Evaluasi Satu Tahun Penerapan Kebijakan Moneter Berdasarkan Lnflation Targeting Di Indonesia

    Inflation Targeting Framework (ITF) tengah menjadi isu yang hangat dan bahkan telah dijadikan jargon dalam penetapan kebijakan moneter bagi beberapa negara di dunia karena keberhasilan yang telah dicetaknya dalam menekan laju inflasi. Dipelopori oleh Selandia Baru, beberapa negara maju seperti Inggris, Kanada, Swedia, Finlandia, Spanyol, Australia dan Israel mengikuti langkah negara ini untuk menerapkan IT (Inflation Targeting). Setelah itu, beberapa negara berkembang seperti Republik Ceko, Chili, Brazil, Korea, Thailand dan Filipina turut pula mengadopsi ITF agar dapat memperbaiki dan memperkuat fundamental ekonomi makro negaranya. Sebuah studi yang dilakukan oleh Corbo et. al. (2001)(1) melaporkan bahwa pada beberapa negara berkembang yang telah mengadopsi ITF, tingkat inflasi secara signifikan memperlihatkan level yang rendah serupa dengan apa yang ditunjukkan oleh tingkat inflasi pada negara maju yang telah terlebih dahulu mengadopsi ITF.     Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Holding Period Saham Biasa Pada Perusahaan Go Public Yang Tercatat Dalam Index Lq45

    The aim of this study is to know and analyze variables influencing holding period of common stock on public firm listed in LQ 45 Index, that are firms generally have good performance assessed based on both market performance and firm fundamental, then analyzing the dominance influencing variable. This study is conducted in Jakarta Stock Exchange with population of stocks listed in LQ 45 index in period of 2000 – 2001 with the total of 64 firms. The Sample Taking Method is purposive sampling with the criteria that the firms at least listed twice in LQ45 index on the study period. The Analysis method used to analyze independent variables: spread, market value, variance return, and dividend pay out ratio and dependent variable: holding period is two stage least squares multiple regression model, since there is possibility that the correlation of bid-ask spread from the current period and bid-ask spread and holding period from the previous period for every stock take place simultaneously. Results show that partially bid-ask spread variable that constitutes the different value between the highest price provided paid by buyer with the lowest price offered by seller has significance positive correlation on holding period of common stock and there is inverse correlation/significance negative between variance return variable that reflect the risk rate from stock effected by fluctuation of stock price and holding period of common stock. While, simultaneously, there is no significance correlation between dependent variable and independent variable that means bid-ask spread, market value, variance return and dividend pay out ratio can't describe variation from holding period variable

    There are many factors influencing the decision making of investors in holding their possession on security especially common stock. Monetary crisis condition has proved to be able to influence the investors' attitude in Jakarta Stock Market in investing their capital especially about the long/short of holding a security. This study is conducted based on the differentiation of conclusion/result of study from previous studies about decision to hold security in the long/short term.     Biodegradable Plastics From a Mixture of Low Density Polyethylene (Ldpe) and Cassava Starch with the Addition of Acrylic Acid

    A research of preparation biodegradable plastics, from LDPE and cassava starch mixture with the addition of acrylic acid, had been conducted. This research purpose to studied compatibility properties of the material and percent weight loss during the biodegradation test. Optimum weight loss (59,26% ) was showed after 60 days witches LDPE and starch composition ratio 6 : 4 (w/w) while tensile strength equal to 0,38 Kgf/mm2. SEM characterization showed that biodegradation has occurred by formation of hole in the biodegradable plastic surface. DTA test gave Tg = 130 °C, Tm = 230 °C and Td = 370-450 °C while FT-IR analysis showed that the biodegradable plastics have a chemistry interaction

    ANALYSIS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL SCIENCE TEACHERS' PERCEPTIONS IN NORTH LAMPUNG ON SCIENCE LITERACY BASED ON EIGHT SCIENCE LITERACY INDICATORS

    One of the main skills that are part of the basic skills of the 21st century is critical thinking skills which are part of science literacy. The teacher's ability to educate their students determines the success of learning science literacy. This study aims to identify the science literacy perceptions of elementary school science teachers in North Lampung as a reference for developing science literacy learning in College. The data collection method is carried out by distributing website-based online questionnaires. The research subjects were elementary school science teachers in North Lampung. Data analysis was performed using the Rasch model to determine the level of reliability of respondents and item items and to determine the distribution of respondents' answers. The results of this study show that the level of reliability of the respondents is very good, with a value of 0.92, and the reliability of the items is quite good, with a value of 0.79. Further analysis was carried out to see the perceptions of elementary school science teachers on science literacy. The results of the analysis revealed that the perceptions of elementary school science teachers regarding science literacy based on eight indicators obtained an average percentage of 54.6% and is in the middle category range.     Keanekaragaman Insekta pada Tanaman Cengkeh di Gampong Meunasah Beutong Kecamatan Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar

    Penelitian yang berjudul “Keanekaragaman Insekta pada Tanaman Cengkeh di Gampong Meunasah Beutong Kecamatan Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar” telah dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2015 s.d Maret 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman insekta pada tanaman cengkeh di Gampong Meunasah Beutong Kecamatan Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar, (2) Untuk mengetahui komposisi spesies insekta yang menguntungkan dan merugikan pada tanaman cengkeh di Gampong Menasah Beutong Kecamatan Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jelajah serta observasi langsung pada tanaman cengkeh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan mengunakan rumus indeks keanekaragaman oleh Shannon-Weiner (H'). Hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat keanekaragaman sebesar 5.56 dengan katagori tinggi dan komposisi spesies insekta menguntungkan sebesar 8,90% dan komposisi spesies insekta merugikan sebesar 91,10% pada kedua stasiun pengamatan pagi dan malam. Kesimpulan adalah (1) Tingkat keanekaragaman spesies insekta pada perkebunan cengkeh adalah tinggi. (2) Komposisi spesies insekta yang menguntungkan lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan komposisi spesies insekta merugikan pada perkebunan cengkeh di Gampong Meunasah Beutong Kecamatan Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Menggunakan Model Missouri Mathematics Project Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematik Peserta Didik Di Kelas VIII SMP

    This research was motivated by the low mathematical communication skills of junior high school students. This study aims to produce Interactive Learning Media using a valid, practical, and effective Missouri Mathematics Project model to facilitate mathematical communication skills. This research is a development research carried out with the Plomp development model. The Plomp development model consists of three stages, namely preliminary investigation, prototyping stage, and assessment phase. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3. Data collection instruments in the form of interviews, documentation, questionnaires and test questions. The data obtained are analyzed by quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the interactive learning media for mathematics using the Missouri Mathematics Project model developed was classified as a very valid category (86.62% for RPP and 83.93% for media) and very practical at 87% and 86.85% respectively (for RPP and small group media) 88.1% and 88.02% (for RPP and large group media). Meanwhile, based on the test results of the mathematical communication ability test questions, 83.33% of students knew the criteria for the success of the mathematical communication ability test > 80%, meaning that interactive learning media using the Missouri Mathematics Project model was very effective on methematic communication skill

    PELATIHAN ON GOING ASSESSMENT DAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILLS (HOTS) BAGI GURU SMA DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan Guru tingkatSMA se-Bandar Lampung terhadap penerapan On Going Assessment dan instrumen penilaianberbasis HOTS; (2) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru tingkat SMA se-BandarLampung dalam mengimplementasikan standar penilaian dalam Kurikulum 2013. Metode yangdigunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah diskusi, tanya jawab, workshop, dan pelatihan denganmenerapkan strategi kontekstual, yaitu mengaitkan teori dengan praktik yang disampaikan denganmetode praktik terbimbing. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 35 orang guru yangtergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Fisika SMA se-Kota Bandar Lampung.Evaluasi keberhasilan pelatihan akan dilakukan pada: (1) Awal kegiatan, yaitu pre-test, untukmengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan peserta pelatihan tentang on going assessment; (2) Akhirkegiatan, yaitu post-test, berisikan pertanyaan yang sama dengan tes awal, untuk mengetahui tingkatkeberhasilan, sehingga dapat diterapkan oleh setiap peserta. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secaradeskriptif kuantitatif. Pelatihan on going assessment dan keterampilan berbasis Higher Order ThinkingSkills sebanyak 27 peserta memperoleh hasil rata-rata 77,14% mengalami kenaikan nilai dari pre-testke post-test. Sedangkan, sebanyak 3 peserta memperoleh hasil rata-rata 8,57% mengalamipenurunan nilai pre-test ke post-test, dan sebanyak 5 peserta yang memperoleh hasil rata-rata14,28% mengalami penilaian yang tetap dari pre-test ke post-test. Berdasarkan hasil perolehantersebut pelatihan ini berhasil dikarenakan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai on goingassessment dan keterampilan berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills. Adapun sebagian kecil yangmengalami penurunan ini dikarenakan perbedaan jenis soal, yang mana pre-test berbentuk uraiandan post-test berbentuk pilihan jamak beserta uraian.Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan Guru tingkat SMA se-Bandar Lampung terhadap penerapan On Going Assessment dan instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS; (2) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru tingkat SMA se-Bandar Lampung dalam mengimplementasikan standar penilaian dalam Kurikulum 2013.     EFFECTIVENESS OF TECHNICAL EXPRESSIVE WRITING TO EXPLORE EMOTIONS CLASS VII SMP PGRI 01 WAGIR, INDONESIA

    This research is motivated from the observation that researchers did to students of class VII SMP PGRI 01 Wagir, which showed that 7 students still have a low level of emotional exploration. A low level of exploration of emotions can hinder the development of the students expressing their feelings and can lead to miscommunication when interacting with people around. Therefore, an increase in the level of students' exploration of emotion is indispensable for students of SMP PGRI 01 Wagir. The method used in this research was to design experimental method Quasi Experiment, using the pattern of pre-test and post-test group. The subjects used in this study are 7 students of class VII SMP PGRI 01 Wagir. Instrument used in this research is the exploration of the emotional scale that has been expert tested. Data were analyzed using test Wilcoxon the calculations using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the study showed that there is difference between the pre-test and post-test. This increased level of exploration of students can be seen from the total score 7 students in the pretest to the total amount is 26, while the posttest after being given treatment using the technique of expressive writing the number is 147. Based on test Wilcoxon between pretest and posttest generate significant value (2-tailed) ie 0,018 <0.05, which means that Ho was rejected. So there is a difference between before administration treatment and after administration of treatment, so that it can be concluded that the technique is expressive writing effective to explore the emotions of students of class VII SMP PGRI 01 Wagir.  Article visualizations

    Cognitive Behavior Therapy Compare to Campaign Advertisement Programs in Reducing Aggressive Driving Behavior

    This study was conducted to examine the effectiveness of three intervention programs, i.e. CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), humor appeal advertisements (positive ads), and fear appeal advertisements (negative ads) in reducing aggressive driving behavior. 196 young adults age between 18–35 years old, who are considered to be at risk in performing aggressive driving behavior had completed four self report inventories. The four inventories measures perception on traffic conditions, degree of frustration, anger emotion, and driving behavior. Analysis of mix factorial desigm shows that CBT intervention program is more effective than the advertising intervention program, particularly in reducing the degree of frustration and emotional upset. However, no significant difference between humor appeal and fear appeal advertisements in reducing the level of frustration and anger emotion. Moreover, CBT program as well as the other two advertising intervention programs is not sufficient enough to reduce driving behavior. Based on the A-BC Theory of Emotonal Arousal proposed by Ellis, this result indicates that safety driving behavior (factor C) among young drivers cannot be achieved through these intervention programs, although their belief and emotion (factor B) has been changed. This study implies that other modification behavior technique, i.e. strong penalty from the authority (police) is needed to encourage safer driving behavior of Indonesian young driver.Keywords: aggressive driving behavior, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), fear appeal advertisement, humor appeal advertisement, young adult drive
