Stimulated emission in organic films for longitudinal pulsed pumping

In this paper the generation of Rhodamine 800 (Rh 800) in ethanol and also mixtures of Pirrometen 597 and Rh 800 in transversal pumping and longitudinal types is investigated. TGF PMMA, Rh 800 solvents with copolymer PMMA IBMA films generation characteristics are obtained. Research was conducted at exaltation by the pulse laser wavelength of excitement is 532 nm, duration of an impulse is 10 ns, pumping power density is 13 MW/cm2). Films doped with the dye were created by a watering method (concentration of days = 5 × 10 - 4 moll/l). Thickness of films was measured using the optical profilometer KLA – Tencor MicroXam 100 and was obtained 5.8 microns

Theoretical and practical principles of project financing

Розглянуто теоретико-практичні засади проектного фінансування. Обґрунтовано напрямки залучення проектного фінансування до техніко-технологічного переоснащення промислових підприємств з урахуванням специфіки самого проектного використання: залучення широкого кола різних організацій, в тому числі банківських установ; повернення вкладених в проект коштів лише за рахунок прибутку від проекту, не враховуючи результати від поточної господарської діяльності. Важливими складовими проектного фінансування є посилення ролі держави через надання гарантій страхування проектних ризиків, включаючи надання гарантій банкам, які беруть участь у фінансуванні інвестиційних проектів і програм, охоплених системою державних пріоритетів, податкове стимулювання механізмів інвестування, розвиток міжбанківського співробітництва у сфері спільного фінансування інвестиційних проектів.Theoretical and practical principles of project financing are considered. Based on the study of the specifics of project financing and determining the directions of its implementation in industrial enterprises, first of all, a number of factors that constrain the use of domestic project financing in the domestic practice were identified and grouped by areas: insufficient development of domestic sources of debt financing compared to developed countries; discrepancy between income and loans within the country and debt service in foreign currency; insufficiently developed legal culture and legislative stability in the field of coordination and risk sharing, as well as the provision of guarantees and other forms of credit financing obligations; lack of sufficient specialists in project financing; lack of proper qualifications and experience in most commercial banks and borrowers, which are necessary for the proper organization of such a complex scheme as project financing; shortage of long-term resources in banks and other investment entities, which leads to the widespread use of only the methods of traditional bank short- and medium-term lending. Project financing (PF) is a complex form of providing investment projects with cash, the source of which is future income from the project itself. PF methods are universal and are used to organize the financing of projects of any scale. A distinctive feature of the PF is the ability to attract a wide range of participants, which are usually interconnected by complex and multilateral contractual relations. In this case, the organizational forms of participation may be different: corporation, partnership, subsidiary, joint venture, etc. The economic goal of the participants is to implement the project in a timely manner within the agreed budget and in accordance with the approved specification and profit. In our opinion, the term PF can be used in a broader sense as a complex form of providing investment projects with cash, the source of which is future income from the project itself. For the development of PF in Ukraine it is important to study the possibilities of adapting world experience to domestic conditions, analysis of various PF schemes used in developed countries, and the possibility of their application in Ukraine

Characterization of the functionally graded shear modulus of a half-space

In this article, a method is proposed for determining parameters of the exponentialy varying shear modulus of a functionally graded half-space. The method is based on the analytical solution of the problem of pure shear of an elastic functionally graded half-space by a strip punch. The half-space has the depth-wise exponential variation of its shear modulus, whose parameters are to be determined. The problem is reduced to an integral equation that is then solved by asymptotic methods. The analytical relations for contact stress under the punch, displacement of the free surface outside the contact area and other characteristics of the problem are studied with respect to the shear modulus parameters. The parameters of the functionally graded half-space shear modulus are determined (a) from the coincidence of theoretical and experimental values of contact stresses under the punch and from the coincidence of forces acting on the punch, or (b) from the coincidence of theoretical and experimental values of displacement of the free surface of the half-space outside the contact and coincidence of forces acting on the punch, or (c) from other conditions. The transcendental equations for determination of the shear modulus parameters in cases (a) and (b) are given. By adjusting the parameters of the shear modulus variation, the regions of "approximate-homogeneous" state in the functionally graded half-space are developed

Place of financial controlling in the financial management of industrial enterprises

У статті розглянуто проблеми, пов’язані із впровадженням та розвитком фінансового контролінгу як функції фінансового менеджменту промислових підприємств. Проаналізовано та конкретизовано проблеми фінансового менеджменту і контролінгу на українських промислових підприємствах в сучасних умовах. Визначено роль і місце фінансового контролінгу в системі фінансового менеджменту підприємства. На підставі аналізу проблем фінансового менеджменту та контролінгу доведено, що фінансовий контролінг є найбільш раціональним способом досягнення ефективної діяльності промислового підприємства. Обґрунтовано необхідність застосування та удосконалення окремих специфічних методів та інструментів фінансового контролінгу на промислових підприємствах.В статье рассмотрены проблемы, связанные с внедрением и развитием финансового контроллинга как функции финансового менеджмента промышленных предприятий. Проанализированы и конкретизированы проблемы финансового менеджмента и контроллинга на украинских промышленных предприятиях в современных условиях. Определены роль и место финансового контроллинга в системе финансового менеджмента предприятия. На основании анализа проблем финансового менеджмента и контроллинга доказано, что финансовый контроллинг является наиболее рациональным способом достижения эффективной деятельности промышленного предприятия. Обоснована необходимость применения и усовершенствования отдельных специфических методов и инструментов контроллинга на промышленных предприятиях.The article deals with the problems associated with the introduction and development of financial controlling as the financial management function of industrial enterprises. It analyzes and concretizes specific problems of financial management and controlling of Ukrainian industrial enterprises in the modern conditions. The role and place of financial controlling in the system of financial management of the company are identified. It is proved that financial controlling is the most rational way to achieve efficient operation of the industrial enterprises based on the analysis of problems of financial management and controlling. The necessity of usage and improvement of different specific methods and tools of controlling at industrial enterprises is substantiated
