Bagi siswa dunianya adalah sekolah, dan tugas-tugas yang utama adalah tugas sekolah. Tugas sekolah dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas yang menjenuhkan dapat menyebabkan siswa membolos sekolah. Perilaku membolos sekolah dapat ditandai dengan frekuensi membolos sekolah. Perilaku membolos sekolah pada dasarnya merupakan hasil sikap dan pandangan siswa terhadap dirinya yang dapat mempengaruhi siswa adalah konsep diri. Siswa yang menilai dirinya negatif akan menyakini atau memandang dirinya lemah dan tidak berkompeten sehingga siswa cenderung untuk membolos sekolah

Exploring the trend of Czech FDIs and their effect to institutional environment

The authors would like to thank for useful comments and suggestions professors and participants of the 7th edition of the Conference IFRS Global Rules and Local Use - Beyond the Numbers in Prague 2019 and participants at conference ICABE 2019 in Thessaloniki Greece.Purpose: The goal of this paper is to explore the trend of FDIs in the Czech Republic and its changes in recent years using the gravity model. Apart from traditional variables used in FDI models we also introduce IFRS in national accounting rules. Design/Methodology/Approach: We use open-source data from the World Bank and FDI data from the Czech national bank, to analyse a panel data of bilateral FDI for 19 EU countries over the period 2008–2017 by PPML specification. Findings: We have observed significant effect of positive impact on broader introduction of IFRS in 2010 in terms of country imports and exports. We observed lower significance of IFRS dummy in the gravity model, where dependent variable is the sum of FDI inflow and FDI outflow it is not significant in the models which dependent variables are FDI inward and FDI outward for FDIs. Practical Implications: In general, FDIs increased productivity in the Czech Republic, especially in 1990s. We assess the effect and possible contribution of traditional variables like size, GDP, border and distance to Czech FDIs. Originality/Value: We find that the positive effect of IFRS exists at 10 percent significance for FDIs. Nevertheless we claim that this effect is mixed with other institutional issues, namely institutional isomorphism. Further tests will be needed after the forthcoming change of the Czech accounting act, which is approaching after 2020.peer-reviewe

Theobjectives of this research was to determine whether the Brand Trust has an influence on theAffective Commitment and Affective Commitment to Brand Advocacy on public health services.The design of this research applies primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directlyto the 200 users of health services in a community health center in Jakarta. Data analysis used inthis research was Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this research conclude thatthere is a positive influence on Brand Trust Affective commitment. This research is motivated by the poor ability on student mathematical communication. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the method of discussion aided microsoft office excel in an effort to improve communication skills of mathematics in students. The population in this study is the student level II in one of the private universities in Garut district, with a sample of students of class IIB and IIC. Instruments in this study are in the form of mathematical communication ability tests that were tested in the pretest and posttest. Data analysis was conducted on the results of a pretest that begins with normality test, then the homogeneity test and t-test. whereas the posttest results, data analysis begins with normality test later Mann Whitney test. Broadly speaking, the results of this study show that improvement of communication capabilities mathematical students who receive assisted learning with discussion method microsoft office excel better than students who received the usual lecture learning

Efektivitas Pembelajaran Snowball Throwing terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Mahasiwa

- Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya kemampuan penalaran matematis dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan pembelajaran model snowball throwing terhadap peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra-eksperimental dengan satu kelompok sampel yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang memperoleh pembelajaran snowball throwing. Adapun desain penelitian berbentuk one group pretest-posttest design, dimana subjek diberikan tes awal (pretest) untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal, kemudian diberi perlakuan selama jangka waktu tertentu, dan diberi tes akhir (posttest) untuk mengetahui pencapaian akhir setelah diberi perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa tingkat I di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di kabupaten Garut, dengan sampel yaitu mahasiswa kelas IB. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa tes uraian kemampuan penalaran matematis yang diujikan dalam bentuk pretest dan posttest. Pengolahan data dilakukan terhadap hasil gain ternormalisasi yang diawali dengan uji normlaitas dan diakhiri dengan uji-t satu sampel. Dari hasil penelitian secara garis besar diketahui bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran model snowball throwing sangat efektif meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis mahasiswa (po ≥ 70%

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Guru dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru

This study was conducted to determine the effect of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on teacher performance. The object of research is one of the elementary schools in Bandung. Data were colledted from population in this study as 34 teachers. Which quantitative research methods and techniques Path Analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The survey results revealed that the simultaneous effect of school leadership, teacher competence and compensation on the performance of teachers by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study

This research is based on the issues of mathematical communication skills students lack. As an alternative to that problem, conducted research with the implementation of the strategy think talk write in the study. This research examines the achievements of mathematical communication skills students acquire learning strategies think talk write with conventional learning. This research was quasi experimental study by using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are all the students one of MTs in Garut. The research sample is taken for two grade levels VII, one class as the control class and one other class as a experiment class. The instruments used in the study of mathematical communication ability tests. The data analysis done with test descriptive statistics and inferensial. The results showed that the achievement of mathematical communication skills students acquire learning strategies think talk write better than students who get conventional instruction

Perbandingan Kemampuan Pemahaman Matematis Siswa antara yang Menggunakan Pembelajaran Inside-outside-circle dengan Konvensional

Understanding is a fundamental aspect as well as a basic ability to achieve other higher mathematical abilities. Every lesson should include the essentials of understanding. To improve the ability of mathematical understanding must be facilitated by the learning provided by the teacher, one of them is the Inside-Outside-Circle learning. This study aims to examine the comparison of students' mathematical comprehension skills between those using the conventional Inside-Outside-Circle learning. The population used in this study is the students of class IX in one of the private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in Garut district. While the sample is the students of class IX B and IX C at the school. The instrument used in this study is a description of the tested test at the time of pretest and posttest. Data test results are then subjected to several statistical tests namely normality test, homogeneity test, and last t-test. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that students' mathematical understanding ability using Inside-Outside-Circle learning is better than conventional.
