    Stress Conditions in Students Completing Thesis

    This study aimed to describe the condition of stress student in completing the thesis viewed from a physiological reaction, psychological, cognitive and behavioral. This study was a descriptive study with a sample of 93 people using simple random sampling. The instrument used in this study is the Student Stress Measurement Scale Completed Thesis (SPSMMS). The study findings revealed that 1) most of the students in completing the thesis stressed in general at a moderate level with a percentage of 35.5%, 2) most of the students in completing the thesis under stress with physiological reactions at a moderate level with a percentage of 40%, 3) most of the students in complete the thesis experiencing psychological stress reactions at a moderate level with a percentage of 38%, 4) most of the students in completing the thesis stressed with cognitive reaction at a moderate level of 35.5%, 5) most students in completing the thesis stressed by the reaction behavior at moderate levels 38.7%. The study recommends necessary counseling services in order to reduce student stress conditions in completing the thesis

    Efektivitas Layanan Informasi Dengan Menggunakan Metode Blended Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar

    This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of layanan informasi using blended learning methods to improve students\u27 motivation. The study used a quasi-experimental design types of non equivalent control group. Sampling using purposive sampling with sample 22 in the experimental group and 23 control group. The instrument uses Pengukuran Motivasi Belajar Scale (SPMB). The study findings revealed that 1) the level of student motivation experimental group in the pretest middle category while, at posttest at the high category, 2) the level of student motivation control group at pretest and posttest same which are in the moderate category, 3) there is a difference significant student motivation experimental group before and after treatment of information services using blended learning methods, 4) there is a significant difference in students\u27 motivation experimental group treated with the information service blended learning method with the control group. Based on these results it can be concluded that the service information using blended learning methods effectively improve students\u27 motivation

    Self-help online psychoeducation to overcome anxiety during covid-19 outbreak.

    This study aims to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness and relaxation techniques with self-help methods through web tutorials to overcome anxiety during the Covid-19 outbreak. Random control trial experiment performed by invite 418 Balinese Community (Age 15 years and above) to preliminary screening on anxiety sub-scale of 21-DASS. A total of 129 participants who met the random assignment criteria were then grouped into three groups, namely experimental group 1 who will take self-help mindfulness exercises, experimental group 2 who will participate in self-help relaxation exercises, and waiting-list control group. The results of study shows that web-based self-help mindfulness and relaxation tutorials are effective for reducing anxiety levels. The comparison of the two also shows that mindfulness techniques are more effective than relaxation techniques. The results of this study have theoretical and practical implications in efforts to overcome anxiety disorders experienced during the Covid-19 outbreak.

    Smartphone usage by old adults: the simple evidence based on behavioural Issue

    Smart phones and people are two things something not separate that from one another. Children, adolescents and adults use smart phones. Their intensity with their smart phones varies. Smart phones provide a variety of features, not just to receive and make long-distance calls, activities such as self and edit it for hours, watching movies, surfing the Internet, games, social media and others can also be done. Various data show that the cumulative time of this activity results in a high level of smart phone usage, both in children, adolescence and adulthood. So, what about old adult? This study aims to measure the level of old adult interaction with smart phones against 59 respondents. Measurements using a monophobia questionnaire (NMP-Q). It analysed data using Rasch Model and Network Psychometry. The results show that the old adult interaction rate of the smart phone is at high, medium, and low levels
