    ANALISIS PENGALOKASIAN DANA PROGRAM KARTU SEMARANG SEHAT TAHUN 2015

    Pemerintah Kota Semarang menerbitkan program Kartu Semarang Sehat (KSS) berdasarkan perwal Kota Semarang No. 28 Tahun 2009. KSS merupakan pergantian nama jaminan kesehatan sosial milik pemerintah kota yang dulu bernama Jamkesmaskot. Dari tahun ke tahun jumlah alokasi dana untuk jaminan kesehatan sosial Kota Semarang terus meningkat, akan tetapi bagaimanakah sistem atau mekanisme pengalokasian dana tersebut agar dapat mencapai tujuan dari sistem kesehatan, antara lain financial protection, equity dan juga sustainibilty dari program jaminan kesehatan sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui mekanisme pengalokasian dana program KSS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Informan utama adalah Staf Pembiayaan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang dengan triangulasi anggota DPRD Kota Semarang, anggota LSM Pattiro, staf keuangan RS Tugurejo dan staf keuangan RS Roemani Muhammadiyah. Hasil penelitian yaitu jumlah pendapatan untuk alokasi dana telah mencukupi untuk program KSS. Sedangkan mekanisme penarikan iuran menggunakan sistem cost sharing di pelayanan kesehatan dimana financial protection bagi warga miskin belum dapat terlaksana karena adanya biaya out of pocket, dan untuk mekanisme purchasing menggunakan metode fee for service dengan tarif yang digunakan adalah tarif RSUD Kota Semarang yang masih berbeda jauh dibandingkan tarif RS swasta yang bekerja sama dengan program KSS.     In solving the general solution of adifferential equation UNRIKA students common mistakesmade by students. This research is a quantitativedescriptive study conducted on 44 semester V students inthe 2018/2019 school year who took courses in differentialequations. The instrument used in the form of essay testwas 2 questions that were valid and reliable (r = 0.758).From the results of the analysis, mistakes made in theform of procedural errors, process errors and studentunderstanding errors. The more frequent error is aprocess error, especially in algebraic processes indetermining the general solution of a problem ofdifferential equations. To that end, as educators, it shouldoften be reminded to be careful in doing calculations,often repeat more varied material and provide contextualmodules so that the concept of the material can beunderstood by students properly and correctly

    The Effectiveness on the Use of Constructivism-Based Vector Analysis Module for 4th Semester Students in Department of Mathematics Education UNRIKA in Academic Year Of 2016/2017

    Based on the observations on the students in department of Mathematics Education UNRIKA, especially in Vector Analysis course, it is found that the students find it difficult to understand the material. This study aimed at knowing the effectiveness on the use of constructivism-based vector analysis module. The research design was using one shoot case study. The research population was 41 students with saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was using essay test consisting of five questions that hadtested its validity and reliablity. The hypothesis testing was using one sample T-test assisted with SPSS Statistics 20.0 in the significant level of 5%. Based on the analysis results, it was obtained sig (0.007) < α (0.05), so it can be concluded that the use of constructive-based vector analysis module to wards the learning outcomes for 4th semester students in department of Mathematics Education UNRIKA in academic year of 2016/2017 can be categorized as moderate

    The Development of Probing Prompting-Based Module on Calculus 2 Course for Mathematics Education Study Program

    This study aimed at developing the teaching materials in the form of probing prompting-based module on Calculus2 as well as revealing its quality. This research usedthe procedural development model of Instructional Development Institute (IDI) consisting of three stages, namely define, development and evaluation. The development procedure design involved front-end analysis, prototype, and assessment phase. The product assessment was trough descriptive design. Two validators performed the product assessment, they werethe lecturers of mathematics education forCalculus 2course andthe learning media lecturers. The research object was the quality of teaching materials based on the established criteria. The data were the preparation and development process ofthe teaching materials as well as the quality of developed materials. The research instrument was a validation sheet in the form of checklist about the quality of the teaching materials. The product quality data were descriptive and convertedinto scores of 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the criteria of “very bad”, “bad”, “good”, and “very good”. The developed material was in the form of calculus 2module coveringfour subjects. The result of the material validator assessment wasin the percentage of 83.33% that can be catagorized as “good” and from the media validator was 94.44% with “very good” category. It means that the developed material has met the established quality standards and it is feasible for the learning process

    Pengaruh model problem based learning (PBL) berbantuan media interaktif terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa kelas V pada materi siklus air

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBL berbantuan media interaktif terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa kelas V pada materi siklus air di SD Gajahmungkur 04 Semarang. Penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi siklus air masih rendah, kelas V dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 27 anak hanya terdapat 10 orang yang mencapai ketuntasan minimal (KKM) atau hanya 37%, sedangkan sisanya 63% belum mencapai KKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas V yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes guna mengukur penguasaan konsep siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan n-gain test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media interaktif berpengaruh positif terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa kelas V SD Gajahmungkur 04 pada materi siklus air. Hasil Sig sebesar 0.00 < 0.05, menunjukkan H0 ditolak sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa dari hasil pretest ke posttest. Rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0.74 dan berada pada kategori tinggi. Kesimpulannya, model PBL berbantuan media interaktif berpengaruh positif terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa.     Decoding the Cultural Significance of Pengaosan Tafsir Al-Ibriz in Kedawung, Mojo, Kediri: An Analysis of Social Meanings

    This study investigates the impact of the tradition of Pengaosan Tafsir al-Ibriz on the socio-religious changes of the Kedawung community. The tradition is seen as a means of promoting social integration in the community, particularly in addressing multi-sectoral problems related to religious observance, cultural reception with religion, and economic cooperation. The research employs a qualitative approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques, and is guided by the social construction phenomenology approach by Peter L. Berger and the structural functionalism theory by Talcott Parsons. The results show that the tradition of Pengaosan Tafsir al-Ibriz has become a participatory religious tradition that alternates between the residents' houses and has helped to awaken social and transcendental piety, creating a conducive environment and psychological calm. Furthermore, the tradition has strengthened the social integration of the residents by promoting empathy and affection, thereby boosting the economy through cooperation. This study highlights the significance of religious traditions in promoting social integration in communities facing multi-sectoral problems, and provides valuable insights for other communities seeking to promote social integration through religious traditions

    Pada tulisan ini penulis berusaha untuk memahami bagaimana pemikiran tokoh dalam bidang psikologi perpustakaan. Adapun pemikiran tokoh yang dikaji dalam hal ini adalah pemikiran dari Nina Ariyani Martini yang akan dibandingkan dengan pemikiran Toha Nursalam yang sama-sama menulis buku tentang psikologi perpustakaan. Nina Ariyani Martini dan Toha Nursalam merupakan tokoh yang mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan psikologi sehingga penulis ingin melihat letak persamaan dan perbedaan dari tulisannya mengenai psikologi perpustakaan. Aspek yang akan dilihat dalam tulisan ini yaitu penulis akan melihat persamaan dan perbedaan pemikiran dari segi pengertian psikologi, teori kepribadian dalam kegiatan perpustakaan, penerapan teori motivasi dalam kegiatan perpustakaan dan penerapan psikologi untuk layanan perpustakaan.ABSTRACTIn this paper the author tries to understand how the thinking of the character in the field of library psychology. The thinking of the character studied in this case is the thought of Nina Ariyani Martini who will be compared with the thought of Toha Nursalam who both wrote a book about the psychology of the library.     Pada tulisan ini penulis berusaha untuk melihat bagaimana dampak media sosial terhadap komunikasi interpersonal pustakawan yang berada di Perpustakaan UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Kehadiran media sosial telah mampu mengubah pola komunikasi pustakawan. Di Perpustakaan UIN Sunan Kalijaga rata-rata pustakawan menggunakan media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial mempunyai dampak negatif terhadap komunikasi interpersonal pustakawan di Perpustakaan UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Pustakawan dalam kesehariannya saat ini lebih cenderung untuk melakukan komunikasi di media sosial daripada melakukan komunikasi interpersonal secara langsung. Padahal komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan secara tatap muka (langsung) mempunyai dampak yang besar terhadap kemajuan ataupun pengembangan perpustakaan. Dengan komunikasi interpersonal pustakawan lebih merasa dihargai, sehingga akan tumbuh ide-ide kreatif guna pengembangan perpustakaan. Kehadiran media sosial bukan hanya berdampak pada komunikasi interpersonal tetapi juga berdampak pada hubungan interpersonal pustakawan. Media sosial telah mengubah sikap dan gaya hidup pustakawan, pustakawan yang pada mulanya bersikap ramah akan mengalami perubahan menjadi cuek dengan keadaan disekitarnya karena perhatiannya telah dialihkan pada media sosial

    Penerapan Model Think Talk Write Berbantuan Media Blok Pecahan Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Materi Pecahan Pada Kelas Iv Sd 1 Hadipolo

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika materi pecahan pada kelas IV SD 1 Hadipolo. Hasil belajar merupakan hasil perubahan perilaku siswa yang terjadi karena proses belajar matematika dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Hasil belajar matematika pada penelitian ini berupa kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Think Talk Write adalah model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa berfikir setelah membaca, berbicara dan menulis. Hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi pecahan untuk siswa kelas IV SD 1 Hadipolo. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan di kelas IV SD 1 Hadipolo dengan subjek penelitian 18 siswa. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Variabel bebas adalah Think Talk Write. Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar matematika. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil peningkatan ketuntasan nilai hasil belajar Matematika siswa pada materi pecahan yang cukup signifikan antara siklus 1 (71,89%) menjadi (85,11%) siklus 2, didukung dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa ranah afektif pada siklus I 73,89% (baik) menjadi 86,04% (sangat baik) siklus II dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa ranah psikomotor pada siklus I 63,89% (cukup) menjadi 85% (baik) siklus II serta peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengajar siklus I 60,5% (cukup) menjadi 90,4% (sangat baik) siklus II. Hal itu membuktikan bahwa penggunaan model Think Talk Write berbantuan media blok pecahan dapat meningkatakn hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran matematika materi pecahan di kelas IV SD 1 Hadipolo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan pada kelas IV SD 1 Hadipolo dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran matematika materi pecahan kelas IV SD 1 Hadipolo. Untuk itu disarankan dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write, guru harus memperjelas perkataan dan ucapan agar mudah dipahami siswa saat memberikan pertanyaan dan diharapkan lebih bisa menarik perhatian sisw

    DAMPAK HEGEMONIK ORGANISASI DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA PUSTAKAWAN (STUDI KASUS PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA)

    This study is a hegemonic impact analysis study in improving the performance of librarians in Muhammadiyah Library Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the hegemonic process that happened in Muhammadiyah University Library, the improvement of performance that happened, and the hegemonic impact to improve the performance of librarian using hegemonic theory of Antonio Gramsci. This type of research is qualitative by using descriptive approach. Researchers conducted the selection of informants by using the technique of sampling and snowball. Technique of collecting data that is done obervasi, interview, and documentation. The analysis is used through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. While the test data validity is done triangulation of source, technique and time. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The hegemonic process in the Library of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta conducted by the head of the Library through his moral and intellectual leadership. Social dominance that has been formed in the Library environment also became the capital of the Library chief to perform hegemonic practices. 2. The process of cultural hegemony carried out through various activities also brought changes to the performance of librarians. Changes in performance of UMY librarians who experienced an increase in good relationships between librarians, improve the ability of librarians in the field of authorship, and improve the discipline of librarians in the work. 3. Hegemony also has an impact on improving the performance of librarians. The hegemonic impacts in the performance of librarians can be seen in the work quality of librarians, self-development, writing skills, discipline, and confidence of librarians. Based on the research that has been done there are several suggestions that can be proposed that is 1). We recommend that all librarians scattered in the faculties in carrying out the activities of tadarus and kultum in the same place are not separated, 2). Preferably, the leadership does not discriminate between the ability of the male and female librarians, 3). This research is still relatively new, so it needs more studies to be able to develop the study of library science and information through the use of social critical theorie
