This paper aims to clarify the relationship between extraversion and employees’ innovative and disclose the moderating effect of organizational innovative climate on that relationship. To this end, 300 employees were selected from various enterprises in three Chinese cities, and subjected to a questionnaire survey based on the five factor model (FFM) and 5-point Likert scale. Through statistical regressions, the author explored the effects of extraversion and organizational innovative climate have on employees’ innovative behavior. Then, the organizational innovative climate was divided into five dimensions, and the feature activation theory was implemented to reveal the moderating effect of each dimension on relationship between extraversion and employees’ innovation. Through the above analysis, it is concluded that extraversion has a positive effect on employees’ innovative behavior; the five dimensions of organizational innovative climate all exert a positive effect on employees’ innovative behavior; the resource support in organizational innovative climate has a moderating effect on the relationship between extraversion and employees’ innovation. The research findings shed new light on the improvement of organizational innovative and the construction of an innovative country

Purpose: To investigate the anticonvulsant and sedative effects of Fufang Changniu Pills (FCP) and its probable mechanism of action in mice. Methods: The water decoction of FCP was prepared and the main constituents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The anticonvulsant activities of FCP were evaluated by maximal electroshock (MES) and  pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced seizures in mice. Pentobarbital sodium-induced sleeping time and locomotor activity measurements were performed to evaluate the sedative effects of FCP in mice. Finally, PTZ-induced chronic seizures were  established, and expressions of gamma-aminobutyric acid A receptor (GABA-A) and glutamic acid decarboxylase 65 (GAD65) in the brains of the mice were assayed by western blot in order to explore the probable mechanisms of action of the drug. Results: Gallic acid, liquiritin, cinnamyl alcohol, cinnamic acid and glycyrrhizic acid were detected in FCP decoction. FCP (50, 100 and 200 mg/kg) showed significant anticonvulsant and sedative effects on epileptic mice induced by MES (p < 0.05) and PTZ (p < 0.05). Moreover, pentobarbital sodium-induced sleeping time and  locomotor activity tests showed that FCP possesses sedative effect (p < 0.05). Western blot data indicate that FCP significantly up-regulated GABA-A and GAD 65 in the brains of chronic epileptic rats (p < 0.05).Conclusion: FCP has significant anticonvulsant and sedative effects, and the  mechanism of its action may be related to the up-regulation of GABA-A and GAD 65 in mice brain. Keywords: Epilepsy, Fufang Changniu pills, Anticonvulsant, Sedative effect,  Gamma-aminobutyric acid, Glutamate dehydrogenas

Lithobius (Ezembius) ternidentatus sp. n. (Lithobiomorpha, Lithobiidae), recently discovered from Wuyuezhai Mountain, Lingshou County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China, is described. Morphologically it resembles L. (E.) multispinipes Pei, Lu, Liu, Hou, Ma & Zapparoli, 2016, but can be easily distinguished from the latter by having a different sized Tömösváry’s organ, different numbers of ocelli, obvious differences in ventral plectrotaxy of legs 14, and tarsal articulation ill-defined on legs 1–13, well-defined on legs 14–15. The main morphological characters of the known Chinese species of the subgenus Ezembius Chamberlin, 1919 based on adult specimens is presented

ObjectiveTo compare and analyze the Ortho-Bridge System (OBS) clinical efficacy assisted by 3D printing and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) of AO/OTA type 31-A3 femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 25 elderly patients diagnosed with AO/OTA type 31-A3 femoral intertrochanteric fracture was conducted from January 2020 to August 2022 at Yan’an Hospital, affiliated to Kunming Medical University. The patients were divided into 10 patients in the OBS group and 15 in the PFNA group according to different surgical methods. The OBS group reconstructed the bone models and designed the guide plate by computer before the operation, imported the data of the guide plate and bone models into a stereolithography apparatus (SLA) 3D printer, and printed them using photosensitive resin, thus obtaining the physical object, then simulating the operation and finally applying the guide plate to assist OBS to complete the operation; the PFNA group was treated by proximal femoral nail anti-rotation. The operation time, the intraoperative blood loss, Harris hip score (HHS), Oxford Hip Score (OHS), and complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time and the intraoperative blood loss in the PFNA group were less than that in the OBS group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The HHS during the 6th month using OBS was statistically higher than PFNA (P < 0.05), however, there were no significant differences in OHS during the 6th month between the OBS group and PFNA group (P > 0.05). The HHS and OHS during the 12th month in the OBS group were statistically better than in the PFNA group (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe OBS assisted by 3D printing and PFNA are effective measures for treating intertrochanteric fractures. Prior to making any decisions regarding internal fixation, it is crucial to evaluate the distinct circumstances of each patient thoroughly
