Examining the authority and authority of judges in terms of independence, science and ijtihad in jurisprudence and law

One of the reasons that makes the position of the judiciary valuable is the issue of the implementation of Islamic justice, which we can only achieve by having fair judges with the condition of judicial independence; And this issue is one of the important goals of this research and is of special importance in the current era; And it doubles the need for our attention and research. According to the subject of the research, the method of collecting materials is documentary and library method in such a way that first the desired sources are studied and where necessary, research is done on the material. The research method is descriptive-analytical. First, the required resources are selected from electronic libraries, articles and dissertations, and after studying and separating the required material, based on the inductive method, analytical and necessary filing of the required resources is completed and compiled. This research tries to answer the question: what is the jurisprudential and legal study of the independence, science and ijtihad of judges? And what are the legal jurisprudential bases of judges' independence? What we have reached about the nature of the judge's knowledge in this study is that the expressions in Articles 211 and 212 of the Islamic Penal Code of 1392 indicate that from the legislative point of view, what is the basis for producing knowledge for the judge is evidence and the UAE typically The science is the result of judicial research. Also, the results of the research showed that the expressions in Articles 211 and 212 of the Islamic Penal Code of 1392 indicate that from the legislator's point of view, what is the basis for producing knowledge for the judge is evidence and the UAE is typically knowledgeable as a result of judicial investigation. In the current laws and procedures of the judiciary, the mujtahid of a judge is not considered a necessary condition for holding the position of judge

Atrial fibrillation detection method based on converting ECG to signal using both symptoms of AF

Atrial Fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmias that is associated with other kinds of cardiac cases including heart disease, risk of stroke and mortality [1]. The AF case has an irregular heartbeat and an asynchronous rate of the rhythm of the heart compared to the rate of the rhythm of heart of a healthy person. The objective of the research is to highlight AF as an important disease in today’s mortality cases and proposed an algorithm to detect AF by using all signs of it by converting Electrocardiogram (ECG) to signals. This paper proposed a statistical method of detecting AF which the techniques included analysis of consecutive RR intervals and detecting the existence or abnormal P wave. To verify the proposed method, the algorithm is tested over 100 pre-recorded ECGs of patients with healthy and AF conditions

Potential Role of Herbal Medicine in Alleviating Pain and Inflammation in Osteoarthritis: a Review

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a rheumatological disorder accompanied with imbalance between anabolic and catabolic mediators which leads to the destruction of homeostasis of articular cartilage. Currently, Steroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are commonly used in the management of OA. Besides the various side effects of these drugs, they can just alleviate symptoms of OA. Hence, to achieve safe and efficacious drugs, the research tendency toward exploration of novel sources has been grown up. Various previous researches have focused on the use of medicinal plants in the treatment of OA. This review focuses on the most efficacious medicinal plants and drugs considering related laboratory and clinical evidences. More investigations are needed to develop therapeutic agents with disease-modifying properties to treat OA

"FROM THE I TO THE WE": DESIRE AND BECOMING IN CARSON MCCULLERS’ THE MEMBER OF THE WEDDING

Carson McCullers’ The Member of the Wedding depicts the anxieties and issues of a tomboy approaching her adulthood and her difficulty making proper connection with her peers. Due to her seemingly peculiar behavior and ambivalence regarding issues of gender, Frankie is mostly left out from peer gatherings, which leaves her with more tensions. However, through her abnormal demeanor in terms of identity and gender, we see that she is dealing with high levels of desire. Drawing on the philosophical concepts of Gilles Deleuze regarding subjectivity, gender, and desire, this article argues that through her positive desire, Frankie becomes a nomad who sets foot on new horizons of experience, and her hopes for the upcoming wedding is an example of such longing for experience. It is also argued that while she is highly under the influence of affects, instead of striving for becoming a member of the wedding, Frankie yearns for novel encounters in order to become the wedding itself, and finally become reconciled to the world in its entirety

A study to determine important barriers in using managerial accounting

Managerial accounting plays an important role for making prompt and efficient decisions to reduce troubles in the market. However, there are many circumstances where management team cannot make appropriate, fast and reliable managerial decisions. In this paper, we present a survey in cement industry and look to find out important factors as major barriers of managerial accounting implementation. The proposed model of this paper designs and distributes questionnaire among management teams who work for cement industry in Iran. The results of the survey indicate that lack of familiarity of managers with managerial accounting techniques, existence of unprofessional people in financial and accounting affairs and lack of having globally acceptable standards are major barriers in this industry for implementation of managerial accounting skills. However, our survey does not find any relationship between market turbulence and efficiency and implementation of managerial accounting skills

The Toxicity of Synthetic and Biogenic Selenium Nanoparticles on Human Brain Glioblastoma Cell Line: An in vitro Comparison

Background: Brain tumors can be serious and life-threatening when they are treated effectively. Many therapeutic approaches, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery have been used to treat brain tumors. In this regard, selenium supplements have been reported effective.Methods: Selenium Nanoparticles (SeNPs) were produced in two forms of synthetic and biogenic to evaluate their cytotoxicity on brain glioblastoma cell lines. A-172 cell line was cultured in DMEM medium. The cytotoxicity of the synthetic and biogenic SeNP was assessed by MTT assay. Results: There was a significant difference between the group treated with biogenic and synthetic SeNP compared with non-treated cells after 24, 48, and 72 h. Both biogenic and synthetic SeNP increased Bax gene and decreased Bcl-2 gene expression. Conclusion: It seems that biogenic SeNP was more lethal than its synthetic form. Therefore, it should be considered that the method of NP construction may be an important parameter for its bioactivity
