The article presents Martin Heidegger’s early conception of foundational questions of logic and science. It focuses on their treatment in the Introduction to Phenomenological Research. Presenting the conception of phenomenon, perception, language/speech, noun and verb, proposition and deceit, the article shows the fundamental idea of facticity of speaking as the ground of these questions. It uses ideas of existence, fact and time to a-chieve the result. The impact on the most famous early book by Martin Heidegger is also considered

Scaling of arterial input function in DCE-MRI

Perfusní zobrazování pomocí magnetické rezonance je moderní diagnostická metoda využívaná hlavně v onkologii. Při této metodě je pacientovi podávána kontrastní látka a poté je průběžně sledován průběh její koncentrace v postižené oblasti v čase. Velice důležité při perfusní analýze je správné stanovení arteriální vstupní funkce (AIF). V poslední době je snaha tuto funkci modelovat pomocí multikanálové slepé dekonvoluce, nicméně z její podstaty pramení nutnost takto odhadnutou AIF škálovat, aby perfusní parametry odpovídaly skutečnosti z hlediska kvantitativního hodnocení. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na popis metod škálování AIF a jejich vliv na úspěšnost odhadu perfusních parametrů v různých tkáních v závislosti na použitém modelu AIF.Perfusion magnetic resonance imaging is modern diagnostic method used mainly in oncology. In this method, contrast agent is injected to the subject and then is continuously monitored the progress of its concentration in the affected area in time. Correct determination of the arterial input function (AIF) is very important for perfusion analysis. One possibility is to model AIF by multichannel blind deconvolution but the estimated AIF is necessary to be scaled. This master´s thesis is focused on description of scaling methods and their influence on perfussion parameters in dependence on used model of AIF in different tissues.

Hemodynamic model in effective brain connectivity analysis using fMRI

Modelování hemodynamické odezvy na základě změny synaptické aktivity bývá využíváno při mapování aktivních oblastí mozku nebo při analýze funkční organizace mozku pomocí funkční magnetické rezonance. Jednu z metod modelování tvoří hemodynamický model. Jeho hlavní součástí je balónový model. Hemodynamický model bývá mj. využíván při analýze aktivních oblastí pomocí obecného lineárního modelu a při analýze efektivní mozkové konektivity pomocí dynamického kauzálního modelování. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na popis funkce hemodynamického modelu, jeho parametry a vliv jednotlivých parametrů na odezvu.Modeling of hemodynamic response based on changes of synaptic activity is used for mapping active areas of the brain or functional organization of the brain using functional magnetic resonance imaging. Hemodynamic model is one of the methods for modeling hemodynamic response. Balloon model is the main part of the hemodynamic model. Hemodynamic model is used in the mapping active areas using general linear model and in the effective brain connectivity analysis using dynamic causal modelling. This bachelor´s thesis is focused on description of the hemodynamic model, its parameters and impact of every single parameter of the hemodynamic model on its response.
