L'influence de l'anglais sur le français canadien

Iako naslov naše disertacije spominje utjecaj engleskog na kanadski francuski, naša se istraživanja prvenstveno usredotočuju na posuđenice iz engleskog jezika kao i njegov utjecaj na francuski u Québecu. Nastojat ćemo ispitati različite sociolingvističke uloge kao i sam stav Kvebečana s obzirom na učestalost i vrste posuđenica iz engleskog jezika kroz povijest, objašnjavajući što je to prije svega jezično posuđivanje koje ćemo predstaviti kroz tri glavne kategorije: leksičku, sintaksnu i fonetsku, te kako posuđenice jednako tako mogu i obogatiti leksik. Uzimajući u obzir sociolingvističku situaciju u Québecu, nastojat ćemo objasniti jezične stavove prema posuđenicama iz engleskog jezika, budući da je sama sociolingvistička situacija između Québeca i Francuske, kad je riječ o posuđenicama iz engleskog jezika, sama po sebi vrlo različita, najviše i zato jer se sam razvoj francuskog jezika u Québecu odvijao u jednoj izoliranoj situaciji u odnosu na matičnu zemlju, Francusku. Svjesni smo da svaki proces integracije nove posuđenice može biti složen i raznolik, pa čak i kada se posuđena riječ može reproducirati u jezik u njezinom izvornom obliku, promatramo određenu prilagodbu bilo u pravopisu ili fonetici. Budući da je pitanje jezika postalo glavnom okupacijom vlade Québeca, razmotrit ćemo i preporuke Kvebečkog ureda za francuski jezik (l’Office québécois de la langue française) kad je riječ o anglicizmima.Bien que le titre de notre mémoire mentionne l’influence de l’anglais sur le français canadien, notre recherche s’intéresse d’abord aux emprunts à l’anglais ainsi que à l’influence de cette langue sur le québécois. Nous allons essayer d’examiner les rôles sociolinguistiques de l’emprunt et l’attitude des Québécois en ce qui concerne la fréquence et les types d’emprunts à l’anglais à travers l’histoire, tout en expliquant ce que c’est d’abord l’emprunt linguistique dont nous allons présenter les trois grandes catégories : l’emprunt lexical, l’emprunt syntaxique et l’emprunt phonétique et comment les emprunts peuvent-ils aussi enrichir le lexique. En prenant en considération la situation sociolinguistique au Québec, nous allons expliquer les attitudes langagières vis-à-vis de l’emprunt à l’anglais puisque la situation sociolinguistique respective entre le Québec et la France à l’égard de l’emprunt à l’anglais est bien différente car au Québec le maintien de la langue française s’est réalisé dans une situation d’isolement envers à la mère patrie, la France. Nous nous sommes rendu compte que chaque processus d’intégration d’un nouvel emprunt peut être complexe et varié et même quand le mot emprunté peut être reproduit tel qu’il est dans la langue source, on observe une certaine adaptation soit graphique soit phonétique. Puisque la question de la langue est devenue l’occupation principale du gouvernement du Québec, nous allons aussi estimer les recommandations faites par l’Office québécois de la langue française en ce qui concerne les anglicismes

Distribution of Eurasian minnows ( Phoxinus

The Eurasian minnows of the genus Phoxinus are small cyprinid species, widely distributed across Europe and Asia. Currently, there are at least 15 species in Phoxinus, with preliminary data suggesting more to be described. Despite the discernible increase in research integrating molecular phylogenetic approaches with traditional taxonomy and systematics, inter- and intraspecific relationships in the genus Phoxinus are still poorly known. The aims of this research were to: (i) compile data on the distribution of Phoxinus species in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina from the sampling conducted by authors from 2006 to 2016 and from literature sources, and (ii) provide a detailed insight on distribution ranges of genetic clades and species of Phoxinus in the western Balkans. Additional 118 localities in Croatia and 8 locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina were added to already known 160 localities from the literature data. Molecular analyses of mitochondrial DNA indicate: (i) the presence of Phoxinus marsilii in Croatia (Drava drainage, the Papuk Mountain), around 260 km south of its known distribution range in Hungary, and (ii) an exceptional genetic variability of P. lumaireul in the Western Balkans

RESTRUKTURIRANJE TRGOVAČKOG DRUŠTVA OD STRATEŠKOG I POSEBNOG INTERESA ZA REPUBLIKU HRVATSKU PO MODELU CENTARA ODGOVORNOSTI

U ovom specijalističkom poslijediplomskom radu istražuju se mogućnosti restrukturiranja dioničkog društva Narodne novine d.d. koje je od posebnog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. Kako bi se napravio prijedlog novog organizacijskog modela do kojeg bi se došlo restrukturiranjem, u radu je naglasak stavljen na teorijsku elaboraciju organizacijskih promjena koje je nužno provesti u funkciji uspješnog restrukturiranja. U radu je pojašnjena definicija organizacije i organizacijskih promjena, pojmovno je određeno restrukturiranje i njegovi uzroci, a predstavljen je i teoretski pregled organizacijskih struktura. Nadalje, opisana je važnost centara odgovornosti kao mogućeg modela upravljanja organizacijom. Kao zadnje poglavlje u teoretskoj elaboraciji organizacijskih promjena opisani su modeli upravljanja složenim organizacijama te odnos centralizacije i decentralizacije. U drugom dijelu ovog specijalističkog rada istaknuta je važnost društava od strateškog i posebnog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. Izvršena je analiza uspješnosti 5 odabranih društava od strateškog i posebnog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. Zaključno je istaknuta nužnost restrukturiranja trgovačkih društava od strateškog i posebnog interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku. U trećem dijelu ovog rada korištenjem metode studije slučaja, analizira se mogućnost restrukturiranja Narodnih novina d.d. Provedena je organizacijska analiza tog trgovačkog društva kao i analiza uspješnosti poslovanja od 2014. do 2017. nakon čega je definirana nova organizacijska struktura po modelu centara odgovornosti. Na temelju provedene analize, koristeći se metodom studije slučaja, predložen je novi model organizacije Narodnih novina d.d. koji bi trebao stvoriti pretpostavke za dugoročnu održivost poslovanja tog poduzeća. Reorganizacija društva Narodne novine d.d. ima za cilj promjenu u organizacijskoj strukturi društva Sa svrhom unapređenja poslovanja, povećanja ekonomsko-financijske učinkovitosti poslovanja, osiguranja održivog razvoja i realizaciju ciljeva iz Srednjoročnog plana poslovanja za vremensko razdoblje 2018.-2021. godine. Da bi se postigli ovi postavljeni ciljevi nužne su ključne promjene: uvođenje funkcije razvoja, osnaživanje funkcije marketinga, uvođenje funkcije upravljanja robnim kategorijama, racionalizacija veleprodajne mreže, optimalizacija maloprodajne mreže, unapređenje modela logistike, te unapređenje poslovanja u tiskarskoj i nakladničkoj djelatnosti.This specialist postgraduate thesis examines the possibilities of restructuring the joint stock company Narodne novine Ltd. which is the company of particular interest to the Republic of Croatia. In order to make a proposal for a new organizational model derived by restructuring, the paper focuses on the theoretical elaboration of organizational changes that must be carried out for the successful restructuring. In this paper, the definitions of organization and organizational changes are clarified, the restructuring and its causes are defined, and a theoretical overview of organizational structures is presented. Furthermore, the importance of accountability centers is described as a possible organization management model. The last chapter in theoretical elaboration of organizational changes describes the models of managing complex organizations and the relationship between centralization and decentralization. In the second part of this specialist work, the importance of companies of strategic and special interest to the Republic of Croatia was emphasized. The analysis of the success of 5 selected companies of strategic and special interest to the Republic of Croatia was carried out. Finally, the necessity for restructuring companies from strategic and special interest to the Republic of Croatia was stressed. In the third part of this paper, using the case study methodology, the possibility of restructuring the Narodne novine Ltd. was studied. An organizational analysis of this company was carried out as well as an analysis of business performance from 2014 to 2017, after which a new organizational structure was defined according to the responsibility centers model. Based on the conducted analysis and using the case study methodology, a new organizational model of the Narodne novine Ltd. is presented which should create the preconditions for long-term viability of the business. Reorganization of the company Narodne novine Ltd. aims to change the organizational structure of the company with the intent to improve the business, to increase economic-financial efficiency of operations, to ensure sustainable development and to achieve the goals of the Medium Term Business Plan for the period of 4 years (2018-2021). In order to accomplish these goals, key changes are needed: introducing the function of development, strengthening the marketing function, introducing the function of the product categories management, rationalizing the wholesale network, optimizing the retail network, improving the logistics model, and improving business operations in printing and publishing activities
