Automatic Image Mosaicing using Harris Corner Detector

    Get PDF
Mosaicing is a computer-vision-based approach to produce high field of view with best image quality. It is the process of generating a single, large, joined image by combining the visual options from multiple images .Image mosaics are set of overlapping images together with coordinate transformations regarding the different image coordinate systems. By applying the appropriate transformations via a warping operation and merging the overlapping regions of warped images, it is possible to build a single image covering the entire visible area of the scene. The proposed algorithm for Image Mosaicing using Harris Corner Detector and template matching for automatic control points’ selection has been discussed. The implementation section of the algorithm is discussed along with test results. The merits and demerits of the algorithms have been analyzed. We have used our own image datasets for experimenting. Plant made medicine plays main role in drug formulation and synthesis with moderate or no side effects. Simarouba glauca is exotic to India and known for its phytomedicine property belonging to the Simaroubaceae family prominent for its leaves arrangement and is called “Lakshmi taru” or “Paradise tree”. The goal of this study was to present the preliminary phytochemicals, antioxidants, and cytotoxicity mechanism of S. glauca root extracts in terms of apoptosis in cell cycle. Phytochemical, qualitative, and antioxidant assay analyses were performed with the standard protocol using HPTLC and cytotoxicity studies were analysed using a flow-cytometer. The Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of saponins, flavonoids, steroids, and triterpenoids. Furthermore, the extracts demonstrated potent antioxidant activity and could serve as a lead source of natural antioxidants. In a concentration-dependent manner, anticancer study demonstrated cytotoxicity against the A549 cell line by stopping the cells at the S-phase. The main investigation reveals the antiproliferative properties of S. glauca methanolic root extract. Identification of cytotoxic compounds and their mode of action require further in-depth research. The outcome of our investigation offers compelling evidence that S. glauca methanolic root extract can be used as an effective ethnomedicinal agent with the ability to treat human disorders

Abstract. Low energy proton capture cross sections on heavy isotopes are necessary for a better understanding of the astrophysical p-process. There are around 35 proton-rich stable isotopes between 74S e and 196Hg which are bypassed by the s- and r- processes. These are commonly referred as p-nuclei whose origin is still not completely understood. In the present study, proton capture reactions are studied on Mo isotopes at astrophysically relevant energies using nuclear modular code TALYS. Astrophysical S factor and reaction rates are also calculated inside a core-collapse supernova. The obtained results are compared with the literature data taken from EXFOR data library. In addition, the effect of different combinations of the nuclear input parameters entering the stellar reaction rate have been investigated

The 13C(α, n)16O reaction operates in the He intershell of low-mass(M < 4 M⊙) AGB stars and it is the neutron source that allows the creation of the main component of the s-process elements. The reaction rate is then required to be well known in the energy range of astrophysical interest. Therefore, the 13C(α, n)16O reaction rate has been calculated in stellar like conditions using a nuclear-model based computer code TALYS. The results have been compared with available literature data and found to be in good agreement with experimental data and, evaluated data NACRE II as well

In the various industry application research on the multivariable process in nature. Control and interaction problem are major issues in the MIMO process. In the MIMO has a problem to develop a new controller very um manageable because of the interaction and process dynamics with a change of process parameters. For a simulation of the recommended method using nonlinear System. Quadruple Tank System is highly complex nonlinear systems which utilized in minimizing interaction and try to control and make stabilized the nonlinear system. The objective of the research work to design the optimized the performance index based PSO and GA implemented in Quadruple Tank System. The proposed system testing and simulation in MATLAB recourses. In this technique gives better disturbance attenuation with the good performance index result
