Efektivitas Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) dalam Pembelajaran IPA terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V MIS Guppi Borong Pa’la’la Kecamatan Pattallassang Kabupaten Gowa

Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum menerapkan metode TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) sebesar 47 dan setelah menerapkan metode TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) sebesar 77. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial diperoleh nilai t hitung = 30,995 dan t 2,086 dengan α = 0,05, dengan demikian (t hitung = 30,995 ˃ t tabel tabel = 2,086 α = 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualy) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V MIS Guppi Borong Pa’la’la Kecamatan Pattallassang Kabupaten Gowa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat daya tahan jantung paru pada lansia BKMT Kecamatan Rappocini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel adalah pengurus BKMT Kecamatan rappocini. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik porposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Analisis Deskriptif, Uji T Berpasangan dan Uji Normalitas dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan uji normalitas data menunjukkan bahwa Data kelompok pre test nilai Asymp = 0.11 (p>0,05), maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa data tersebut mengikuti sebaran normal atau berdistribusi normal. Data kelompok post test nilai Asymp = 0.23 (p>0,05), maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa data mengikuti sebaran normal atau berdistribusi normal. Hasil dari penlitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terlihat ada pengaruh terapi ling tien kung terhadap daya tahan jantung paru pada lansia BKMT Kecamatan Rappocini. Dengan nilai P=0.00. The Role of Corporations in the Protection of Human Rights During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Introduction to The Problem: The essential role of corporations in the economic growth of a country is often accompanied by violations of human rights. In handling COVID-19, there is a tendency to clash between the need to fulfill the right to health and economic recovery, which results in the marginalization of human rights. Corporations still have to take responsibility for respecting human rights because a number of human rights aspects from the perspective of workers are vulnerable to being violated. Purpose/Objective Study: This study addresses the question of what corporations' roles are in protecting and respecting human rights during the pandemic, as well as what steps corporations take to fulfill their human rights responsibilities.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses normative legal research methods by collecting primary data to support secondary data. Data was obtained through legislation, library materials, and comparisons of previous research.Findings: Corporations, like the state, bear the same responsibility for respecting and protecting human rights through a series of measurable steps. PENGGUNAAN LINGKUNGAN SEKITAR SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN WRINGINREJO II MOJOKERTO

Abstrak: Kurangnya kreatifitas guru dalam penggunaan sumber belajar. Guru hanya menggunakan buku dan media gambar. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilakukan sebuah penelitian dengan menggunkan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar. Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan  penggunaan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar, hasil belajar siswa dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pada pembelajaran dengan menggunakan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data berupa pelaksanaan pembelajaran, data hasil belajar siswa dan data catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis kuanlitatif untuk pelakasanaan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar, deskrptif analisis kuantitatif untuk pelakasanaan pembelajaran dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran keterlaksanaan siklus I dan II memperoleh persentase 100% dan ketercapaian mengalami peningkatan sebesar pada pertemuan 1 siklus I memperoleh skor 2,46 menjadi 3,31 pada siklus II, sedangkan pada pertemuan II pada siklus I memperoleh skor 2,7 menjadi 3,6 pada siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 52,38 %, yaitu pada siklus I memperoleh persenatse sebesar 33,33 % dan pada siklus II memperoleh persentase 85,71%. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pada siklus I  setelah melakukan refleksi dan pada siklus II kendala-kendala tersebut dapat diatasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada siswa kelas IV SDN Wringinrejo II Mojokerto dapat meningkatkan kualitas pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN NON PERFORMING FINANCING TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSET BANK UMUM SYARIAH

ABSTACK The purpose of this study is to see the effect of Good CorporateGovernance, Non Performing Financing on Return On Assets in IslamicCommercial Banks during 2010-2019. The population in this study consisted of 14Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out usingpurposive sampling technique by determining the criteria for banks that havepublished annual reports and reports on the implementation of GCGconsecutively for the period 2010-2019, so a sample of 8 BUS was obtained. Dataanalysis in the study used panel data through the Fixed Effect Model (FEM)method with the application shown 10. The results of this study indicate that thereis a negative influence between the GCG and NPF variables on ROA, the volumeof financing as a moderating variable also has an influence on ROA. Aftermoderating the GCG and NPF variables, the results showed that the GCGvariable had a positive effect and NPF had a negative effect on ROA. This meansthat VP has an influence on GCG which implies a change in the effect of GCG onROA. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakandata panel melalui metode Fixed effect model (FEM) dengan aplikasi eviews 10.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif antara variabelGCG dan NPF terhadap ROA, volume pembiayaan sebagai variabel moderasijuga memiliki pengaruh terhadap ROA. Setelah dilakukan moderasi terhadapvariabel GCG dan NPF, hasilnya menunjukkan variabel GCG berpengaruhpositif dan NPF berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA. EXPLORING TIKTOK APP IN LEARNING SPEAKING USING ROLE-PLAY ACTIVITIES FOR ESL LEARNERS IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

This study discusses the use of the TikTok apps as a form of Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (TELL) media in the speaking class of a secondary school in Indonesia.&nbsp; One of the speaking activities that must be mastered by students is role-play. However, learning speaking skills is always difficult for ESL and EFL students because they have less opportunity to practice speaking. From this condition, this study has a research problem: How does the TikTok App affect students' speaking ability? The objective of this study is to reveal how the implementation of TikTok as a learning medium, the benefits and obstacles experienced by students. A qualitative research design was used in this study. The instruments are interviews, observations, and open questionnaires to obtain more in-depth and objective data triangulation. The observation data were analyzed to answer questions regarding the TikTok implementation. The questionnaires and the interview data was then classified, coded, and analyzed. Both were then compared and interpreted to reveal the benefits and obstacles experienced by students. Thus, TikTok was found to be implemented in synchronous and asynchronous class. Students responses to the benefits related to the speaking aspect were also revealed. However, students were experienced obstacles, both technological and non-technical. This study is necessary to gain teacher insight about the TELL, especially the implementation of the TikTok app in secondary school speaking classes, so they can use it properly
