    Implementasi Public Private Partnership dalam Pengembangan Pariwisata di Kabupaten Toraja Utara

    The concept of Public Private Partnership (PPP) provides efficiency and Effectiveness in providing public services to the community, as well as helping the government sector deal with limited budget and resources in developing the tourism sector. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) in tourism development in North Toraja Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation study. Data processing techniques and data analysis were carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The informants in this study were: (a) the Culture and Tourism Office of North Toraja Regency; (b) Owner / Manager of Ke'te Kesu 'and Lempe Negeri Diatas Awan Tourism Object; (c) Visitors / Community. The results showed: (1) Equity shows the existence of a win-win solution in the distribution of cooperation which has an impact on receiving fees and tourism services; (2) The Effectiveness of this MoU (cooperation agreement) is seen to be effective in receiving revenue (retribution) and providing services to visitors or tourists; (3) The efficiency in this public-private collaboration shows that the use of resources in the development of tourist objects is proven to be more efficient with the involvement of the private sector; (4) Exportability shows the government gets a high risk of demand to meet the needs of tourist objects and compensation to communities affected by the construction of tourist attraction facilities and infrastructure.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN Ngagel I/394 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SDN Ngagel I/394 Surabaya yang berjumlah 28 dengan jumlah sampel 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan angket, serta dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi Uji normalitas data dan Uji linieritas regresi. Uji hipotesis meliputiuji korelasi product moment. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN Ngagel I/394 Surabaya dengan klasifikasi kebiasaan belajar sebesar 64,2% dan klasifikasi hasil belajar 71,4% dengan dengan nilai kolerasi sebesar 0,684 dan sig. sebesar 0,000 >0,0

    The conception profile is the distribution of students based on the conditions: Mastering the concept, Not mastering the concept, and experiencing misconceptions. While the profile of the science conception is a description of the students' conceptions of science learning in terms of science concepts. The purpose of this study was to determine the science conception profile of fifth grade students at SDN Penjaringan Sari II. Data collection techniques using observation, filling out tests and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed and then refined by grouping the degree of understanding of the concept and then calculating the percentage based on the decision making of the Three Tier Test. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of students in the category of not understanding the concept is higher than the category of understanding concepts and misconceptions. The low level of understanding of concepts possessed by students may be caused by 2 factors, namely students who do not understand the concept or students who experience misconceptions.     Misconceptions are misunderstandings in connecting a concept with other concepts between existing concepts and conceptions that have been understood by the teacher so that the wrong concept is formed and the different conceptions are passed on to students. In order to avoid conceptual errors, it is very important to understand the profile of the conception that occurs in the teacher first. The purpose of this research is to describe elementary school teachers' conception of science on certain science concepts. This study describes the sources of teacher misconceptions that are the cause of teacher misconceptions. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. This research includes exploratory research. In this study using a quantitative approach. The research target was 24 people. The data collection technique is through the Three Tier Test and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Three Tier Test decision making rubric with percentage calculations then distributed into the conception profile table. Based on the result of research that has been done shows that the teachers’ conception of Yapita Surabaya Elementary School students had misconceptions about certain science concepts by 12.04% of the 20 concept items answered while teachers who understood the concepts were only 5.41% and conceptions that did not understand by 2.54%. Sources of conceptual errors in teachers that are the cause of misconceptions are the teacher’s interaction experience from the surrounding environment, the initial conception does not master the concept, and the textbook media used is not relevant to the concept.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penanaman pohon gaharu, damar dan meranti pada lahan perkebunan karet terhadap sifat biologi tanah di Kecamatan Bohorok Kabupaten Langkat serta untuk melihat pengaruh tanaman sela yang terbaik pada lahan perkebunan karet tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan di Lahan Perkebunan Karet di Desa Batu Jonjong dan Desa Timbang Lawan pada bulan Februari 2016 sampai Juni 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analisis deskriptif dengan teknik sampling berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Perlakuan tanaman yang digunakan yaitu : kontrol yaitu karet tanpa tanaman sela (K0), karet dengan tanaman sela gaharu (K1), karet dengan tanaman sela damar (K2) dan karet dengan tanaman sela meranti (K3). Parameter yang diukur yaitu C – Organik, N – Total, C/N, total mikroba, respirasi tanah, makrofauna tanah dan cacing tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman gaharu, damar dan meranti memberikan pengaruh terhadap perbaikan sifat biologi tanah pada lahan perkebunan karet serta tanaman sela yang terbaik memberikan pengaruh terhadap perbaikan sifat biologi tanah adalah karet dengan tanaman sela damar (K2).   The objectives of the research ware to study the effect of Gaharu, Damar, and Meranti wood planting on rubber plantation site over soil biological properties in District Bohorok Langkat as well as to see the effect of the best tree for land space in rubber plantation. Research conducted at Land of Rubber Plantation in the village of Batu Jonjong and Timbang Lawang in February 2016 until June 2016. This research used survey descriptive method by purposive sampling method. Sampling chosen for: control as rubber without intercrops (K0), rubber trees intercrops with Gaharu (K1), rubber trees intercrops with Damar (K2) and rubber trees intercrops with Meranti (K3). The measured parameters ware organic C, total N, C/N, microbes total, soil respiration, soil macrofauna and earthworms. The results showed that planting gaharu, damar and meranti gave effect improvement of biological properties in rubber plantation and the best tree for land space in rubber plantation was rubber with Damar trees (K2)

This study aims to determine the constraints and barriers to the school's role in shaping the polite character of SD Adinda Surabaya students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method that aims to define and explain how the role of the school in shaping the character of student manners. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. From the results of the data obtained then analyzed, that the school's role in shaping the polite character of SD Adinda Surabaya students, the school as a facilitator by providing character values and understanding to students through habituation activities programs for students, as well as being a role model in polite character .     This study aims to describe the implementation of the habituation stage of the school literacy movement, the inhibiting factors, supporting factors, the positive impact of the habituation stage of the school literacy movement in increasing students' reading interest in grade 4A SDN Kalisian VII Surabaya. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or data verification. The results of the research at SDN Kaliasin VII Surabaya, namely the implementation of the habituation stage of the school literacy movement is carried out every day before learning begins. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of literacy activities at the habituation stage include: (1) Limitations on updating reading books, (2) students are not yet fluent in reading, (3) There is no reading area in the school environment. The supporting factors for the implementation of literacy activities at the habituation stage are there is a literacy team, the role of the teacher or homeroom teacher, there is a display board as a place for student appreciation, the library and classrooms are equipped with technology and a class reading corner as well as a library of various sources of reading books. The positive impacts of implementing literacy activities at the habituation stage include: (1) making students dare to appear in front of the class, (2) increasing visits to the library and using the library as a place to do school work, (3) student achievement in participating in competitions based on literacy and outside literacy

    Pengaruh Kebiasaan Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa di Sekolah Dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Hubungan Motivasi Belajar dan Kebiasaan Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Pelajar pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Kelas IV SDN Ngagel 1/394 Surabaya. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Mempunnyai subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV SDN Ngagel 1/394 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Pada uji regresi sederhana terdapat: a) Konstanta sebesar 40,326, artinya jika kebiasaan belajar X1 dan motivasi belajar X2 nilainya adalah 0, maka hasil belajar Y nilainya adalah 40,326. b) Koefisien regresi variabel kebiasaan belajar (X1) sebesar-0,030, artinya jika kebiasaan belajar mengalami kenaikan1%,maka hasil belajar akan mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,030 dengan asumsi variabel independen lain nilainya tetap. Koefisien bernilai negatif artinya terjadi hubungan negatif antara kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar, semakin naik kebiasaan belajar, maka semakin turun hasil belajar. c) Koefisien regresi variabel motivasi belajar X2 sebesar 0,120

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksploratif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru-guru SD Negeri Ngagel I/394 Surabaya yang berjumlah 17 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan angket, serta dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi Uji normalitas data dan Uji linieritas regresi. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan persentase 58,8% tergolong sedang (2) Hasil kinerja guru dengan persentase 52,9% tergolong sedang (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan Kinerja Guru dengan nilai kolerasi sebesar 5,806>2,145. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SD Negeri Ngagel 1/394 surabay
