The Hilbert's Nullstellensatz over skew Poincaré-Birkhoff-Witt extensions

In this work we study several versions of the Hilbert's Nullstellensatz. We begin with a commutative review of its geometric interpretation following the study of affine and projective case. Later, we consider its algebraic interpretation. Next, we present several treatments to the non-commutative interpretation. Therefore, we begin with Ore extensions, their properties and obstructions with classical methods. We consider a relationship between the Hilbert's Nullstellensatz and the notion of generic flatness. Subsequently we use the filtration-graduation technique over almost normalizing extensions (also called almost commutative algebras) with the aim of state a theorem that helps us to guarantee conditions such that the Hilbert's Nullstellensatz holds. Finally, we study skew Poincaré-Birkhoff-Witt extensions together with some of their homological and ring-theoretical properties in order to extend Hilbert's Nullstellensatz to such extensions.Resumen: En este trabajo estudiaremos algunas versiones del teorema de ceros de Hilbert (Nullstellensatz). Empezaremos con una revisión conmutativa de la interpretación geo-\linebreak métrica con el estudio del caso afín y proyectivo. Luego, consideramos su versión algebraica. Después, presentaremos varios desarrollos en el caso no conmutativo. De esta forma, empezamos con las extensiones de Ore, sus propiedades y obstrucciones con los métodos clásicos. Consideraremos una relación entre el teorema de ceros de Hilbert y la noción de plenitud genérica. Posteriormente usaremos la técnica de filtración graduación sobre las extensiones casi normalizadoras (tambien llamadas algebras casi conmutativas) con el objetivo de establecer un teorema que nos ayude a garantizar condiciones para que el teorema de ceros de Hilbert se cumpla. Por último, estudiaremos las extensiones de Poincaré-Birkhoff-With torcidas junto con algunas de sus propiedades homológicas y de teoría de anillos para poder extender el teorema de ceros de Hilbert sobre estas extensiones.Maestrí

La actividad innovadora de la empresa y el impacto que ejercen sobre ella los cambios del entorno: un estudio empírico

Este artículo examina la relación entre algunas variables del entorno y el comportamiento innovador de la empresa. Con esta finalidad hemos planteado un modelo que se ha sometido a contrastación empírica en empresas que pertenecen al sector de las Rocas Ornamentales o Piedra Natural en la región de Extremadura. Los resultados de nuestro análisis muestran que la turbulencia del mercado y el crecimiento del mercado son claros predictores del constructo comportamiento innovador, pero se rechaza la existencia de una influencia positiva de la variable turbulencia tecnológica en dicho constructoThis article examines the relation between both sorne variables of the background and the innovating behavior of the organization. La repercusión de un entorno cambiante en la empresa

Hoy día la actividad innovadora constituye el núcleo del espíritu empresarial, de tal forma que el concepto de innovación afecta a todas las empresas y organizaciones. En este trabajo el propósito de los autores es estudiar si un mayor comportamiento innovador por parte de la empresa favorece los resultados obtenidos por ella. Con esta finalidad se plantea un modelo en el que se contempla qué variables llevan a que ese comportamiento innovador aumente. La investigación se ha desarrollado sobre las empresas que pertenecen al sector de las Rocas Ornamentales o Piedra Natural en la región de Extremadura. Bibliometric analysis of the influence of corruption and regulation in entrepreneurship activity

[SPA] La dificultad de iniciar un negocio, con relación a los trámites administrativos, ha despertado el interés de los investigadores de diferentes ámbitos científicos. Pero además, añadido al problema de la burocracia administrativa, nos encontramos que la actividad emprendedora se ve influenciada por instituciones informales como la corrupción, que se hacen visibles en el proceso emprendedor. El presente trabajo de investigación analiza la evolución de la bibliografía científica con relación a la influencia de la corrupción y la regulación en la actividad emprendedora en función del crecimiento económico, bajo el enfoque de la Teoría Económica Institucional. A través del análisis de los trabajos publicados, el porcentaje de los mismos en el campo de investigación y el índice de citación de los mismos, nuestras primeras conclusiones nos llevan a pensar que en los últimos años existe un especial interés en la influencia de la corrupción y la regulación en la actividad emprendedora. [ENG] The difficulty of starting a business, in relation to red tape, has awaken interest of researchers from different scientific fields. But, added to the problem of red tape, we find that entrepreneurial activity is influenced by informal institutions such as corruption, which become visible in the entrepreneurial process. This research analyzes the scientific evolution in relation to the influence of corruption and regulation in the entrepreneurial activity according to the economic growth, under the approach of the Institutional Economic Theory. Through the analysis of the published works, the percentage of the same in the field of research and the citation index of the same, our first conclusions lead us to think that in recent years there is a special interest in the influence of corruption and regulation on entrepreneurship

Market Orientation and Hotel Industry: Developing a Measurement Model

This study seeks to fill a gap in market orientation literature about the hotel industry and deals with the construction of a market orientation scale tailored based on a sample obtained from the hotel industry in a multicultural context. The proposed model has three dimensions: intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination and coordinated response to the client, competition and market structure domains. Research results indicate that the scale has good psychometric indicators. Content validity was assessed by questioning a group of marketing experts across Western Europe. Factores asociados al cese de las empresas en su fase inicial

Los factores internos de la empresa y el entorno en la que se ubica asociados al cese de las empresas en sus primeros meses de vida, y el proceso que lleva al mismo, son cuestiones importantes pero poco analizadas en los estudios sobre creación de empresas. Son diversas las investigaciones que afirman que las empresas pequeñas, jóvenes y de determinadas zonas, están más abocadas al cese, y que el tamaño, la edad y el área geográfica en la que se ubique, influyen negativa o positivamente en la probabilidad de cese del negocio. Pero resulta complicado realizar un análisis empírico sobre los factores asociados a ello por la dificultad de delimitar el concepto de cese empresarial y el coste de realizar estudios empíricos comparativos con continuidad en el tiempo. Es por ello, que este estudio aporta una evidencia empírica a la literatura existente sobre los factores internos y del entorno asociados al tamaño, la edad y la ubicación de las empresas de nueva creación, que influyen en el cese de la actividad económica en su fase inicial en España.The internal factors of the company and the environment in the one that is located associated with the cessation of the companies in his first months of life, and the process that takes the same one, there are questions important but little analyzed in the studies on entrepreneurship. But it turns out to be complicated to realize an empirical analysis on the factors associated with it by the difficulty of delimiting the concept of managerial cessation and the cost of realizing empirical comparative studies with continuity in the time. It is for it, that this study contributes an empirical evidence to the existing literature on the internal factors and of the environment associated with the size, the age and the place of the entrepreneurship, which influence the cessation of the economic activity his initial phase in Spain
