This research was conducted at Naibonat Village East Kupang Subdistrict Kupang District on February-March 2020. This research aims : (1). To know  agribusiness system of white mustard farming at Naibonat Village of East Kupang Subdistrict. (2). To know white mustard farming income at Naibonat Village of East Kupang Subdistrict. (3). To know the advisability of white mustard farming Naibonat Village of East Kupang Subdistrict. The determination of research location was done as purposive. Respondent was decided asmany as 42 person which choosen as simple random. Data which used in this research were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through result of questionaire filling. Secondary data as data were already processed and serviced by related institutions. Data which collected were analized to answer research aims namely qualitative analysis used to answer first aim. Revenue and income analysis were used to answerthe second aim, to answer the third aim using R/C ratio analysis. Result of research indicated that the application of white mustard farming agribusiness system was good conducte. Upper course Subsystem 50,19% as good categories. Farming Subsystem 65% as good categories. Lower course subsystem 62,19% as good categories. Marketing subsistem 54,44% as good categories and supporting institution 49,05% as meddle categories. Total revenue which obtained by white mustard farmer per season planting as big as Rp 1.321.570.000 with average as big as Rp 31.465.952, total income which obtained by white mustard farmer per season planting as big as Rp 1.108.124.350 with average as big as Rp 26.383.913. white mustard farming at Naibonat Village was advisability to beconducted. Thiscasewas indicated by the value of R/C ratio as big as 6,19 its meaning that every purchase as big as Rp.1 will create revenue as big as Rp 6,19

The purpose of this thesis entitled “ Photogaphy Essay on Amarasi Traditional Woven Fabric Patterns from East Nusa Tenggara”, is to learn about Amarasi woven fabric, and to maximize the using of phytography essay as a means to introduce woven fabric patterns of Amarasi.The method of the research is descriptive by qualitative research paradigm. Data collecting is done by field observation, interviewing experts and using the research subject itself. The result of the research shows that there are some patterns that should be known by people are King and Garuda Bird Patterns. Coloring process of the threads is using natural colors, such as leaves or tree roots. In the writer’s point of view, Amarasi patterns are very interesting; through photography, the writer as a photographer presents this in an essay. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that Amarasi woven pattern can be an identity that symbolizes Indonesia. The local government does not give enough attention to woven fabric, it makes weaver groups are difficult to grow. As a result they find it difficult to show their existence and potentials in the community. Hygiene Sanitation and Detection Of Rhodamin B in Sauce and Formalin in Meatball at Meatball Tavern, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara

Background: Food safety and sanitation is an essential part of the food industry. While it is important to be able to deliver food quickly and profitably, the importance of food safety and sanitation cannot be underestimated. Fast food retailers such as meatball tavern are common in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Therefore it is worth studying the food safety and sanitation among the existing fast food retailers. This study aimed to examine hygiene sanitation and detection of rhodamin B in sauce and formalin in meatball at meatball tavern, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Subjects and Method: This was a cross-sectional study conducted at meatball taverns, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. A total of 16 meatball taverns were selected for this study by total sampling. The dependent variables were hygiene sanitation, rhodamin B content in sauce, and formalin content in meatball. The independent variables were selection of foodstuff, food storage, processing place, equipment, food handlers, food transport, and food provision. The data were collected by observation and laboratory examination. The data were described accordingly. Results: Hygiene and sanitation in food selection and food storage were good (70-100%). Hygiene and sanitation in food handling and processing were fair (50-78%). Hygiene and sanitation of processing places were variable from poor to moderate (36-72%). Hygiene and sanitation of equipment were good (70-100%). Food stewardship was very good (87-100%). Rhodamin B content was absent in sauce. Formalin content was absent in meatball. Conclusion: Hygiene and sanitation levels in various aspect of food preparation and handling at meatball taverns were variable ranging from poor to very good level. Penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation terhadap aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa materi sistem ekskresi pada manusia

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan prestasi belajar IPA di SMPN 1 Amanuban Barat kelas VIII. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia kelas VIII SMPN 1 Amanuban Barat. Subyek penelitian adalah 18 siswa kelas VIIIA, terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan. Desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretest posttest design. Berdasarkan hasil pretest, siswa memiliki aktivitas dan prestasi belajar yang belum mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan yaitu 70, setelah penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation, aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa meningkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa 88,5 dan nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa 82. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran group investigation dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa VIIIA SMPN 1 Amanuban Barat. Kata kunci: Amanuban Barat; group investigation; model pembelajaran ABSTRACTThe use of group investigation for students learning activities and achievements in learning human excretory system for grade eight students.The background of this study is the low activity and achievement of students in Science at grade VIII SMPN 1 Amanuban Barat. The aim of this study is to identify the improvement of students activity and learning achievement by applying group investigation learning model in human exretion system. The subject of this study were students of grade VIIIA which are 18 students with 8 boys and 10 girls. The design used was one group pretest-posttest. Based on pretest observation, the students learning achievement were low and after applying group investigation learning model, the learning achievement was improved. The result of the study showed that the students average learning activity was 88,5 and learning achievement grade was 82.
