    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis komputer pada pembelajaran seni musik dalam bentuk buku digital sebagai apresiasi siswa terhadap perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Pada penelitian ini, penelitian membahas pengembangan media pembelajaran yang berguna untuk materi bahan ajar dengan kemasan yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Media pembelajaran ini dibuat dan didesain agar siswa lebih aktif sehingga terjadi interaksi antara siswa, guru dan proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian research and develoment (R&D). Ada 6 langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu potensi dan masalah, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi produk, uji coba produk dan revisi produk. Penelitian ini, menggunakan dua instrumen: (1) angket, (2) tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan sofware adobe flash CS3, yang menghasilkan media buku digital terdiri isi materi, audio, dan gambar. Materi yang dibahas dalam media pembelajaran adalah jenis alat musik untuk SMP kelas VIII. (2) Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan sudah baik ini dibuktikan dari penilaian responden terhadap buku digital dengan nilai persentase sebesar 84,86%. Adanya audio dan gambar di dalam buku digital ini dapat menambah ketertarikan siswa terhadap buku digital dan membantu siswa agar memahami lebih tepat alat musik yang mereka belum pernah ketahui sebelumnya. Dari hasil nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 52,16 dan nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 79,16 membuktikan bahwa media yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa dalam pembelajaran seni musik.     Crowding under diverse distance criteria for niche formation in multimodal optimization

    Niche formation allows evolutionary algorithms to be used when the location and maintenance of multiple solutions appertaining to diverse areas of the phenotypic space is required. Consequently the application field can be extended to multiobjective optimization, simulation of complex systems and multimodal function optimization. In this later case a conventional evolutionary algorithm tends to group the final population around the fittest individual. Thus, other areas of interest in the search process are lost. Niching methods permits the maintenance of solutions located around these areas of interest. This contribution briefly describe problems preventing niche formation in conventional genetic algorithms, a crowding method for niche formation and analysis of results when optimizing two multimodal functions.Facultad de Informátic

    Exécution décentralisée de workflow par composition moléculaire

    National audienceAvec le développement de l'Internet des services, composer des services distribués faiblement couplés dynamiquement est devenu le nouveau challenge du calcul à large échelle. Alors que la composition de services est devenue un élément clef des plates-formes orientées service, les systèmes de composition de services suivent pour la plupart une approche centralisée, entraînant des problèmes à la fois techniques (goulot d'étranglement, tolérance aux pannes) mais aussi sociétaux ou environnementaux (protection de la vie privée, consommation d'énergie : : : ). Conjointement, des langages de description de workflow, tels BPEL, ne peuvent s'exécuter que dans des environnements statiques et centralisés. Il devient important de promouvoir des systèmes de composition de services permettant la coordination de ces services de façon décentralisée et autonome. Récemment, s'inspirer des processus naturels s'est avéré une piste prometteuse pour la coordination de services autonomes. Dans cet article, nous nous appuyons sur une analogie inspirée par la nature basée sur la composition moléculaire. Selon cette analogie, les services sont des molécules qui flottent dans une solution chimique. La coordination de ces services est effectuée par un ensemble de réactions entre ces molécules exprimant l'exécution décentralisée d'un workflow. Nous montrons comment combiner des règles de réactions (les règles étant elles-même des molécules) pour traiter une large variété de schéma de workflow. Dans cette voie, nous proposons une extension de la notion de calcul chimique pour l'exécution décentralisée et dynamique de workflow

    This paper discusses the concept of Value Chain and proposes the use of this philosophy to analyze the Ariane program. The objective of analyzing this concept is to clearly identify the competitive advantages of this European vehicle over its competitors. This paper also provides a description of the method followed to formulate a value chain analysis. Furthermore, it links the Ariane program, to the concepts of value chain analysis and competitive advantage. WhatÕs more, the explanation of the methodology presents the possibility of its application in other fields. This document presents a brief report of the entire Ariane program, emphasizing the description of the Ariane-4 (A-4) rockets, the launch campaign and the performance of the A-4 vehicles. Finally, Arianespace’s (A-Space) short-term plans for the 21st century are presented and conclusions are established

    Development of a highly sensitive noncompetitive electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of atrazine by phage anti-immunocomplex assay

    The development of immunosensors for the detection of small molecules is of great interest because of their simplicity, high sensitivity and extended analytical range. Due to their size, small compounds cannot be simultaneously recognized by two antibodies impeding their detection by noncompetitive two-site immunoassays, which are superior to competitive ones in terms of sensitivity, kinetics, and working range. In this work, we combine the advantages of magneto-electrochemical immunosensors with the improved sensitivity and direct proportional signal of noncompetitive immunoassays to develop a new Phage Anti-Immunocomplex Electrochemical Immunosensor (PhAIEI) for the detection of the herbicide atrazine. The noncompetitive assay is based on the use of recombinant M13 phage particles bearing a peptide that specifically recognizes the immunocomplex of atrazine with an anti-atrazine monoclonal antibody. The PhAIEI performed with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.2 pg mL−1, which is 200-fold better than the LOD obtained using the same antibody in an optimized conventional competitive ELISA, with a large increase in working range. The developed PhAIEI was successfully used to assay undiluted river water samples with no pretreatment and excellent recoveries. Apart from the first demonstration of the benefits of integrating phage anti-immunocomplex particles into electrochemical immunosensors, the extremely low and environmentally relevant detection limits of atrazine attained with the PhAIEIS may have direct applicability to fast and sensitive detection of this herbicide in the environment.Fil: González Techera, Andrés.     De Oesterheld o las Trampas Identitarias del Nacionalismo

    La narrativa de “450 años de guerra contra el imperialismo”, del guionista argentino Héctor Germán Oesterheld, a primera vista se destaca por su ademán progresista, bastante conspicuo en el contexto ideologizante de la época. Sin embargo, una examen más atento delata cómo el proyecto de Oesterheld, en particular, dista de ser revelador. Las imágenes funcionan, pero el orden escrito sugiere otros matices. Em este sentido, esta historieta de Oesterheld y Durañona ilustra bien el poder del arraigo de la noción de nación —al igual que el del prejuicio letrado—. Sus esfuerzos por disputarle la potestad identitaria al Estado jamás logran rebasar los límites de ciertas ideas. Em materia de imaginación identitaria, pese a su gran diferencia em escala, los imperios, las naciones y las regiones se redimen com argumentaciones análogas: fabricando ideas inspiradoras de pasiones ciegas y arribistas, aunadas a la celebración de los símbolos patrios. Esta obra es prueba fidedigna del carácter engañoso de semejantes tretas de la identidad.
