ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEB USING PHP AND MYSQL IN SMA N 1 TAYU

This research aims to produce software Academic Student Information System Using Web-Based PHP and MySQL in SMA N 1 Tayu and test the feasibility. The information system has been tested to be able to process general academic data such as data administrator, administration, principal, homeroom, teachers, and students. In this study also determined the level of proprietary software that was created to test the feasibility of information systems in SMA N 1 Tayu. This type of research is the Research and Development. The study measures the : potential problems, requirements analysis, design, implementation, validation specialists, product revision, user testing, revision of the product, mass publications. Respondents trial there were 28 students of class XII and 2 teachers IPA2 subjects SMA N 1 Tayu. Method of data collection with the literature and questionnaires. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive analysis techniques such as quantitative scores and percentages on a predetermined grading scale. The results showed that the system is able to process information in general academic data such as data administrator, administration, principal, homeroom, teachers, and students. Feasibility level assessment software by experts indicate that the information system is very feasible. Based on the assessment of students and teachers, the feasibility of information systems is very decent. Percentage viability by software engineering experts and users in order to obtain a percentage of 91.5% and 86.358%. Tinjauan Kuat Tekan Dan Kuat Lentur Dinding Panel Dengan Menggunakan Perkuatan Diagonal Tulangan Baja

ABSTRACTION Along with the rapid development of the current development , the use of brick as a building wall can be replaced with a wall panel usage . Wall panel is one of the technological developments in the field of precast concrete ( precast) . Precast wall ( precast) is not a structural element , which has sought to use a relatively light weight so it does not place an increased burden for the structure of the building . In this study aims to determine how much the compressive strength and flexural strength reinforcement diagonal wall panels without steel reinforcement and wall panels with a diagonal reinforcement steel reinforcement. Reinforcing steel is a material that has a high tensile strength. In this study attempted reinforcing steel reinforcement is applied as a diagonal with water factor cement (fas) of 0.45. the sample used is a concrete cylinder with a height of 15 cm and a diameter of 30 cm sebanyk 5 pieces, wall panels with a length of 100 cm, width of 50 cm and a height of 7 cm 16 units. From the results of research conducted at the Laboratory of Building Materials, Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, obtained an average density of concrete cylinders of 1,709 gr / cm3, so it can be classified as lightweight concrete, with an average compressive strength of 5.83 MPa, whereas the compressive strength testing panel wall without diagonal reinforcement steel reinforcement of 2,094 MPa, while the average value of the compressive strength of a wall panel with a diagonal reinforcement of 2,472 MPa steel reinforcement, of the research results using the value of the diagonal reinforcement steel the higher the compressive strength. In the flexural strength testing panel wall without diagonal reinforcement steel reinforcement amounting to 2.755 MPa, while the average value of flexural strength reinforcement wall panel with a diagonal of 7.214 MPa steel reinforcement, of the results of these studiesby using steel reinforcement diagonal then the higher the compressive strength. DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATIC TORQUE BOND TEST

Proper bonding between adjacent pavement layers is very important to ensure good pavement performance. Manual torque bond test is known to be one of the tests to determine mechanical properties of bond between adjacent pavement layers. However, the test has several drawbacks that may affect the accuracy of results. This paper is focused on the development a mechanically controlled automatic torque bond test in order to eradicate the drawbacks associated with the manual torque bond test. A trial test and calibration of the newlydeveloped apparatus was performed to ensure the accuracy of results. The nominal loading rate of the manual torque bond test performed at 600Nm/min was found to be lower than the target loading rate, leading to a lower measured shear strength compared to that of the automatic torque test. It was also found that the appearance of lateral shear would not significantly affect the shear strength.Keywords: bond test, torque, shear, loading rate

KAJIAN KESESUAIAN LAHAN PERUMAHAN BERDASARKAN KARAKTERISTIK FISIK DASAR DI KOTA FAKFAK

The rising city led to increased activities and land needs, while the land despite being one of the natural resources of the most valuable but has limited both the availability and capacitibility. Housing and facilities requires the most land area than any other designation. The physical condition greatly affects the basis of land suitability as environmental land use hydrology, geomorphology, geology, soil and atmosphere (Catanese ed., 1992:338). Fakfak City which is a region hilly with a slope towards the north or from sea to land, residential land use occupies the slope above 10%, where that is a constraint on housing development and facilities. Housing development on land with a slope of above 10%, requires a lot of considerations to determine suitability of the land. Was necessary to study land for housing suitability based in the city Fakfak characteristic of basis of slope, soil and rock types, climatic conditions, disaster-prone areas and the provision of infrastructure. With the known land suitability, land use, especially for housing can be done on particular areas that do not suitability of land development and prevention arrangement for the safety and comfort of residents in areas less suitable. Physical condition of land slope, soil and rock types, climatic conditions, disaster-prone areas and the provision of infrastructure greatly affect the suitability of land for housing. Analysis of the suitability of climatic conditions that are the result of the superposition of maps of temperature, pressure and humidity, wind and solar orientation. Analysis of disaster-prone areas, for earthquake and tsunami descriptively determined position on the map of the city Fakfak epicenter distribution and tsunami-prone coast, while the areas prone to landslides and floods are the result of superposition map of rainfall, slope, soil type and vegetation. Analysis of infrastructure provision is performed to determine the level of ease of manufacturing infrastructure superposition obtained from the slope maps, soil and rock types and rainfall. Next is to determine the land suitability class housing from the superposition of maps suitability to climatic conditions, disaster-prone areas, provision of infrastructure, the slope and the type of soil and rock. In general, the suitability of land for housing in the city Fakfak is in accordance with the expansion of 76.38% while the rest included in the class is not appropriate, but in this class including the village with a high density relatives such as village Gwerpe and Lusypkeri compared with other regions. Setting the form of technical assistance in housing construction and the arrangement needs to be done especially in the both ward. Reading the Historical Phenomenon of Australian Bushrangers

Outlaws in their various images have been important parts of history. In Australia, the longest lasting image of outlaws is the bushranger. Despite its popularity, there is a range of depictions of bushrangers and these are not necessarily similar. Interpretation of the bushrangers in colonial time differs from contemporary imagining. This papers aims at unfolding the various interpretations of the bushrangers in different periods in many types of artifact. Information was collected and interpreted by library research. The artifact analysis will be seen through a postmodernism theory by Michel Foucault and Roland Barthes. Since the phenomenon of bushranger stemmed from the colonial period, this study will commence from the period up to contemporary period. It can be concluded that a study of the different periods finds out that knowledge of the bushrangers does not make up a linear history, but rather a discontinuity in the historical narratives

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, INTEGRITAS, OBJEKTIVITAS DAN ETIKA PEMERIKSAAN TERHADAP KUALITAS AUDIT

Audit quality is the result obtained from the audit process in the government and private sectors, especially the inspectorate. Audits relate to the accountability carried out by each institution, both private and government. Accusations of fraud against the auditor profession in the community in conducting audit results process can determine quality audit result. quality audit is carried out to assess that the implementation of the government or the exercise of reign operational activities has been done accourdingly to applicable rules. Science purpose to specify the affect of auditor competence, integrity, objectivity and audit ethics on audit quality. The population in this study were all internal auditors at the Inspectorate of Tabanan Regency and Gianyar Regency, Bali Province and samole by using the saturated sample method or census. The sample method used, namely saturated sample or census with 62 respondents. Using data analysis techniques this multiple linear regression. Based on research result, I can see that overall competency test, integrity, objectivity and audit ethics have a positive effect on the quality of auditors' audits
