    Indonesia is a maritime country and fourth largest fish exporter in the world. Currently Indonesia exported fish worth around 35,4 billion US dollars in 2012 and continue to rise. The post -catching is the most important aspect of the process to ensure the fish quality will be meeting the standard export. Most of the post-catching process is a home industry based and fridge/freezer had been used to store the fish before sending them to the exporter for further process. Therefore, paper presents the design and development of the Solar Power Cold Storage House for the fishermen. The general purpose is to support production facilities for cheaper alternative which increasing the fishermen profitable for the mass production. The research purpose is to developed a prototype Portable Inflated Solar Power Cold Storage House as a production support facility and fishery marketing that meets aspects of strength, speed, effectiveness, convenience, so that Portable Inflated Solar Power Cold Storage House products also increase the absorption of National Fish.     The use of CFD is becoming a norm in the predicting the fluid flow in engineering especially in the mechanical engineering. However, concern has raised over the urban design area on the predicting the quality air and wind on the rise building / skyscraper. There are number of development of rise building is being built on the developing country where concern on the wind effect over pedestrian sometime is neglected. The aim and objective of this paper is demonstrating the us e of CFD over a high rise building in Indonesia and taking a case study on the new propose building at NET Tower Narotama University Surabaya, Indonesia. The CFD will be based on one direction of wind and one velocity. The CFD will be based on the finite method. The predicted result will be showed that the distribution of velocity and pressure field will be shown. The case study is intended to provide a support and guidance for the future studies on developing a propose rise building in Surabaya in particular and Indonesia in general CFD simulation for predicting the wind effect on the high rise building: NET Tower Surabaya.N/

    English should be introduced and taught to early childhood in a fun way. Early childhood education teachers are required to have the ability to teach English in a good and fun way. The purpose of this study is to explore the needs of being able to teach English well for the early childhood education teacher (ECET). The survey technique was conducted with 56 respondents from the ECE teachers. The survey was conducted via google form with 15 questions. The result showed that 55% of the respondents gave priority of developing instructional media and materials in the expected training. Meanwhile as many as 33% of expected training was emphasized on teaching technique as the first prominent. The only 12% who considered motivation training was very principle.     Analisis Pengelompokan Mengenai Perubahan Struktur Kependudukan Dalam Menghadapi Era Bonus Demografi Di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Timur

    Pembangunan perlu didasarkan pada realita kependudukan secara berkelanjutan. Bonus demografi terjadi karena jumlah penduduk usia produktif (15-64 tahun) di suatu wilayah jauh lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan penduduk usia nonproduktif (0-14 tahun dan 65 tahun keatas). Struktur penduduk di Provinsi Jawa Timur didominasi oleh penduduk usia produktif pada periode 2010-2020. Tujuan penelitian ini membandingkan tiga kondisi yang berbeda untuk mengetahui Perubahan struktur kependudukan periode 2010, 2014 dan 2020 berdasarkan proyeksi penduduk hasil SP 2010. Rasio ketergantungan terus mengalami penurunan sehingga beban tanggungan penduduk usia produktif menjadi berkurang. Variabel yang digunakan adalah kependudukan, ekonomi, kesejahteraan penduduk (pendidikan dan kesehatan) serta ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan analisis faktor sehingga didapatkan tiga faktor utama yaitu faktor pembagunan manusia, kualitas dan kuantitas penduduk serta perekonomian sektor manufaktur. Hasil pengelompokkan dengan Ward's Method berdasarkan faktor utama pada masing-masing tahun 2010 dan 2014 serta tahun 2020 (variabel kependudukan) didapatkan 3 kelompok. Variabel kependudukan cukup penting dalam Perubahan transisi demografi, dimana kelompok 1 merupakan daerah pertanian kelompok 2 daerah perdagangan dan jasa serta kelompok 3 daerah industri. Variabel pembeda antar kelompok adalah kepadatan penduduk dan jumlah pekerja jasa di tahun 2010 dan 2014, sedangkan di tahun 2020 adalah jumlah penduduk perkotaan

    Domestic cement demand is increasing in line with the increase of development of property sector and construction sector. Cement is one of the important components in making a permanent building. The function of cement in a construction is as an adhesive material that affects the strength of a building. The process of making cement is divided into two groups, namely hydraulic cement and non-hydraulic cement. Hydraulic cement consists of Portland type cement and PCC type cement, PPC cement and slag cement. The type of PCC cement (Portland Composite Cement) is produced from grinding clinker with gypsum with the addition of third raw material. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of cement quality improvement with substitution of basalt scoria stone raw material as much as 0-10% as the third raw material. The source of basalt scoria stone originated from Lampung Timur, Indonesia. The fineness test showed cement fineness was 2983-3665 cm2/gr with minimum SNI standard 2800 cm2/gr. Residue test meets the requirements of SNI standard that is equal to 16,07% -18,55%. The compressive strength test was performed at ages 3, 7 and 28 days and obtained the result that the optimum compressive strength produced was 235, 314, 394 kg/cm2. Basalt rock usage as substitution material in cement production can decrease environmental pollution caused by clinker production. Based on the cost estimation analysis, the use of basalt stone can decrease the production cost which impact on the increase of profitN/

    Material waste is a term from the amount of waste material percentage and is one of the serious problems in the implementation of road construction project. The research objective is to calculate the average percentage of waste material in road construction projects and obtain waste material influencing profit and make a regression model of % material waste to % profit contractors. The data obtained are 158 projects in East and North Kalimantan divided into 51 road building projects and 107 road improvement projects. The percentage of waste material on road building project is B aggregate as the largest (26%) and ready mix concrete (5.3%) as the smallest. The percentage of waste material on road improvement project is B aggregate as the largest (24.2%) and ready mix concrete (6.14%) as the smallest. The influencing waste material on the road construction project is B aggregate, lean concrete and ready mix concrete with regression equation to determine the estimated % profit contractor as a function of % material waste is Y = 7.363 -0.032 X3 - 0.078 X4 - 0.066 X6. The influenced waste material on road improvement projects are cement, B aggregate, and Land Fill with the regression equation to determine the estimated % profit of contractor as a function of % material waste is Y = 8,702- 0,037 X4- 0,054 X5- 0,044 X7.N.

    This paper reviews factors affecting greenhouse microclimate and its regulating techniques towards upgrading the greenhouse applications in the area of southeast China which have little or very basic technology integration. The microclimate of greenhouse is apparently influenced by the shape and its orientation, the wind direction, the property of covering material, and the use of insect-proof screen as they eventually affect the total solar radiation, the thermal characterises, and the flow pattern inside. The natural ventilation and sun block are the most common method to cool the greenhouse, but more efficient evaporative cooling such as pad-fan system, misting/fogging system and roof sprinkler are required with extreme temperatures. The earth to air heat exchanger and the heat storage using phase change material may be used for heating or cooling throughout the year which are more economic and energy-saving than other traditional thermal technologies. The reviewed knowledge provides insights into upgrading greenhouse applications in Ningbo area towards more sustainable and efficient greenhouse farming
