Peran Literasi Digital dan E- Commerce Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online

This study aims to analyze the role of digital literacy and e-commerce on online purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with research samples using online platforms and using a scale of digital literacy, e-commerce, and online purchasing decisions as well as a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research based on the results of statistical analysis of the coefficient of determination or (R square) have a value of 0.487 or 48.7%, this number means that the influence between digital literacy and e-commerce on online purchasing decisions is moderate. So by increasing high digital literacy it will enable individuals to more easily find, evaluate, and buy products or services through e-commerce

Pelatihan Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) Terhadap Perkembangan Teknologi Pada Pembelajaran Siswa Sma 10 Sukarami Kota Bengkulu

Artificial Intelligence refers to the ability of computer systems to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as natural language processing, decision making, experiential learning, and other cognitive tasks. In many cases, the use of AI technology in learning requires good access to hardware and internet networks. However, not all students have equal access to the necessary devices and connections. This could deepen the educational gap between students who are able to access technology and those who are not. There are also Supervised Machine Learning Research methods, Deep Learning, NLP, and many more. With training in the use of AI for students, it has opened a new leaf for students where the existence of AI has helped students find information quickly and more easily, and with this AI has had a big impact on students and students. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has opened the door to a technological era that is changing the way we interact with the world. The development of AI has affected many aspects of life including industry, education, health, and others. With the ability to process big data, identify complex patterns, and make decisions automatically, AI has helped address challenges and provide new opportunities. However, these developments also present new challenges, such as ethics, data privacy and impact on employment. Seeing the potential for AI to change the job landscape, it is important for individuals to keep their skills up to date. Ongoing training in technology, data analysis, and programming can help prepare people for the more automated jobs of the future

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN OBJEK WISATA CEMORO SEWU DI KABUPATEN SELUMA

ABSTRAK Pengembangan pariwisata bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan daya tarik objek wisata yang berbentuk kekayaan alam, keragaman flora fauna, dan seni budaya. Provinsi Bengkulu adalah salah satu daerah wisata yang cukup berpotensi untuk dijadikan sektor unggulan dalam pembangunan perekonomian yang diikuti dengan pembangunan sektor lain. Desa Kungkai baru merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di kabupaten seluma  memiliki pesona alam dan budaya yang indah. Penduduk desa Kungkai Baru lebih kurang berjumlah 1.890 jiwa yang tersebar dalam 5 (lima) wilayah dusun, terletak di Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma dengan luas wilayah sebesar 10.040 ha dan berada pada ketinggian ± 1,5 m di atas permukaan laut yang berbatasan langsung dengan daerah konservasi cagar alam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka secara keseluruhan dari hasil analisis SWOT didapat kesimpulan bahwa Objek Wisata Cemara Sewu memiliki peluang besar untuk dikembangkan  walaupun masih ada kelemahan-kelemahan. Salah satu kekurangan yang sangat menonjol bahwa Objek Wisata Cemara Sewu belum memiliki kekuatan sarana dan prasarana penunjang seperti transportasi dan fasilitas umum serta masih kurangnya sosialisasi dan promosi sehingga objek wisata cemoro sewu belum dikenal secara luas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Objek Wisata Cemara Sewu sebenarnya memiliki kekuatan (potensi alam, seni budaya dan keramah tamahan masyarakat), kelemahanya adalah belum memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, sarana prasana penunjang yang belum memadai, dan lain-lain)sehingga harus segera diperbaiki. Kata kunci: objek wisata, Cemoro Sewu, Kunkai Baru, Strategi pengembangan pariwsat

Bumdes Business Development Strategy Tunas Harapan Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District Lebong District

The aim of the study was to determine the business development strategy for BUMDes Tunas Harapan, Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 56 people, namely 6 BUMDes business managers and 50 residents of Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency. ).The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 22.350 while the weaknesses are 11.60, then the internal factor quadrant is 22.350 – 11.60 = 10.75 meaning the ability of BUMDes Tunas Harapan Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency in utilizing the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses that exist internally. The opportunities that this strategy has are 20.05 and the threats are 11.59. Then the external factor quadrant is 20.05 – 11.59 = 8.46, meaning the high ability of BUMDes Tunas Harapan Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency in taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming threats faced by BUMDes in business development . The BUMDes Tunas Harapan strategy for Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency supports an aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in the SWOT matrix, namely optimizing performance by developing technology and utilizing village potential by establishing new business fields

Efektifitas Rom Aktif Asistif Spherical Grip Terhadap Peningkatan Kekuatan Otot Ekstremitas Atas Pasien Stroke Di Ruangan Neurologi Rumah Sakit Stroke Nasional Bukittinggi Tahun 2015

Stroke is the third leading cause of death in developed countries, after heart disease and cancer. Approximately 2.5 % died and the remainder mild or severe disability. Stroke caused many problem. One of the effect that occur in stroke patients was exsperiencing weakness on one side of the body. Therefore, stroke patients require a rehabilitation by exercises range of motion / ROM. Exercises to stimulate the movement of the hand which one form of the training is an practice in functional grasping hand. ROM spherical grip exsercises performed in actively and assistively. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of active-assistive ROM: spherical grip of an increase in upper extremity muscle strength in stroke patients in hospitals Stroke Bukittinggi. The design study is a quasy exsperiment for 7 day with treatment 2 times a day. Sample taken were 18 respondents by measuring muscle stregth before and after intervension. The results of statistical  paired sample T- Test obtained average of p values 0.000. Therefore can be concluded that there is an incease in muscle stregth between before and after active-assistive ROM exercise: spherical grip. The results could be an input for nurses to make physical exercises range of motion moment as one of the independent nursing intervention in hospitals Stroke Nasional Bukittinggi and intervention in the treatment of stroke

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemuda Dan Olahraga Bengkulu Selatan

The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Youth and Sports Department of South Bengkulu. This research includes quantitative research. This research is categorized as a survey, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all employees at Youth and Sports Department of South Bengkulu, namely 40 people. The instrument test in this study was carried out using validity and reliability. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees performance at Youth and Sports Department of South Bengkulu (β = 0.343 with a significance level of 0.001); (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance at Youth and Sports Department of South Bengkulu (β = 0.471 with a significance level of 0.000); (3) Work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employees performance at Youth and Sports Department of South Bengkulu, which is shown from the results of the regression test that the independent variable greatly influences the dependent variable with a value of 10.058 and work discipline = 0.208 with a significance level of 0.001 and work environment =401 with a significance level of 0.000)

Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Lebong

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the General Election Supervisory Board in Lebong Regency.The sample in this study was all employees at the Election Supervisory Board for Lebong Regency as many as 32 people consisting of 10 civil servants and 22 honorary people. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 18.535 - 0.037X1 + 0.583 X2, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (workload) and X2 (work environment) on performance (Y). Means that if the workload and work environment variables increase, performance will increase. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.297. This means that X1 (workload) and X2 (work environment) have an effect on performance (Y) of 29.7% while the remaining 70.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the workload and work environment variables had a significant influence on the performance variables of the Election Supervisory Board for Lebong Regency. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the workload and work environment variables have a simultaneous (together) influence on performance at the General Election Supervisory Board of Lebong Regency

Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Bumdes Di Desa Padang Beriang Kecamatan Pino Raya Periode 2017-2022

This study aims to find out BUMDes business development strategy in Padang Beriang Village  of Pino Raya Sub-District in period of 2017-2022. The sample in this study consisted of 30 people consisting of 8 village officials, 5 BUMDes managers in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District, for the period of 2017-2022 for internal factors and 17 people for external factors, namely the local community in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis which consists of an Internal Strategic Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategic Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results of the study show that the BUMDes Business Development Strategy in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District for the period  of 2017-2022 supports the Aggressive strategy, or the SO strategy in the SWOT Matrix. The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 18.9 while the weaknesses are 14.46, therefore, the internal factor quadrant is 18.9 – 14.46 = 4.44 which means the ability of the BUMDes business in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District in utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses in the company's internal The opportunities that this strategy has are 21.15 and the threats are 17.52. Therefore, the external factor quadrant is 21.15 – 17.52 = 3.63 meaning the ability of BUMDes businesses in Padang Beriang Village of Pino Raya Sub-District, to take advantage of opportunities and overcome threats faced by companies in BUMDes business development

Strategi Pengembangan Objek Wisata Kolam Renang Tirta Plamboyan Desa Talang Kering Kecamatan Air Napal Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara

The Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction which is located in Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is very likely to be developed with adequate resources, but this tourist attraction is not widely known to the outside community and is still lacking in terms of existing facilities. Therefore, the author takes the title "Strategy for the Development of the Tirta Plamboyan Swimming Pool Tourism Object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency" the aim is to be able to find out what kind of development strategy is suitable for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing a tourism object for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency with SWOT analysis. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analytical method used is SWOT, namely Strengths , Weaknesses , Opportunities and Threats . The results of this study indicate that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourism object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is in quadrant II position. This shows that the strategy used is a diversification strategy . In addition, the results of the SWOT diagram using the ST strategy explain that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction is can maintain a cheap swimming pool ticket price from others, keep the swimming pool clean and create comfort in the swimming pool area, and approach the public not to think badly about the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool

The Influence Of Internal Supervision, Work Discipline And Work Motivation On Employees’ Performance At Satpol Pp And Fire Department,Seluma Regency

Human resources are one of the resources that most determine the success or failure of an organization. In the era of globalization, human resource issues are in the spotlight and the focus for agencies to survive. Where the success of the organization depends on the performance of the organizational actors concerned. An employee is not only required to have knowledge, abilities, and skills but also must have experience, motivation, self-discipline, work enthusiasm, and good work ethic. This research aims to determine the influence of internal supervision, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees of Seluma Regency Satpol PP and Fire Department. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, namely research that uses mathematical models, theories, and/or hypotheses related to natural phenomena. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, where the population sampled at Satpol PP and Fire Department, Seluma Regency were 37 civil servant employees. Based on the results of research conducted it was found that internal supervision, work discipline and work motivation together had a significant effect on employees’ performance at Satpol PP and Fire Department, Seluma Regency with regression multiple linear Y = 8.106 + 0.352 X1+ 0.393 X2 + 0.50
