    Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Class Management at Islamic Kindergarten (RA) Al-Islamiyah

    Teachers play an essential role in managing the class. Actions that need to be taken by the teacher in creating classroom conditions are communication and interpersonal relationships between students and teachers reciprocally and effectively, arranging classroom equipment and children's seats, and planning or preparing for teaching. This research aims to find out and describe planning in-class management, organizing in-class management, implementing in-class management, and supervising PAUD class management at RA Al-Islamiyah Bandarsakti. The research method used is descriptive analysis, namely data analysis, by emphasizing meaning, reasoning, the definition of certain situations, and describing the behavior of the studied object. Data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and documentation. As for concluding using inductive thinking data, namely thoughts that depart from facts or special events, then conclusions are drawn that have a general nature from these particular facts. The results showed that: class management at RA Al-Islamiyah Bandarsakti. First, classroom management planning has been prepared since the beginning of the learning year, such as making daily lesson plans, weekly lesson plans, semester programs, and making class rules of conduct; Second, in organizing classes, the teacher uses resources according to needs, such as organizing or grouping seats for students and selecting one of the students to dare to lead activities; Third, in the implementation of class management, it is still not optimal in leading, directing, motivating, guiding, being a role model for students in the class both in speech, attitude and way of dressing, as well as the arrangement of infrastructure which is still not optimal; Fourth, in supervising class management the teacher always evaluates learning outcomes every day and then makes comparisons of previous learning outcomes

    Analisis Instrumen Asesmen Unjuk Kerja pada Pembelajaran PJOK di Sekolah Dasar Kota Cirebon

    This study aims to analyze the validity and reliability and practicality of the performance assessment instruments in PJOK learning in Cirebon City Elementary Schools. This research uses an R&D development model using Borg and Gall analysis which the researcher modifies into three stages of define design and develop. The results of the content validity test were analyzed using the T Score from all aspects assessed by experts which included aspects of the conformity of aspects with indicators, writing, language, and physical appearance, the ideal percentage value of 91% was included in the criteria Very good and worthy of use. The results of the reliability of performance instruments on a small scale use GENOVA analysis, for passing indicators (0.91), dribbling indicators (0.92). The practicality of the instrument analyzed using the T score obtained an average score of 52.33 and from the T score of each rater I (49), rater II (54), and from rater III a T score (54) was obtained and based on the instrument teacher's assessment performance assessment is classified as practical. In conclusion, the performance assessment instrument in PJOK learning that was developed has met the requirements of validity, reliability and practicality, as an evaluation tool that can be used further by teachers of PJOK SD in Cirebon City.     Reproductivity And Validity Analysis Of Badminton Player Cognitive Performance Using Badminton Reaction Inhibition Test (BRIT)

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the reproducibility and validity of the Badminton Reaction Inhibition Test (BRIT) or the Badminton Reaction Barrier Test. BRIT measures four components: general-domain reaction time, badminton-specific reaction time, general-domain inhibition control, and badminton-specific inhibition control. Fifteen male national badminton athletes and nine non-national badminton players in Region 3 Cirebon participated in this study. Five participants were retested within three weeks on a specific badminton component. Reproducibility was acceptable for badminton specific reaction times (ICC = 0.626, CV = 6%) and for badminton specific inhibition controls (ICC = 0.317, CV = 13%). The validity of a good construct was shown in the specific poor reaction time that differentiated between national level athletes and non-national athletes (F = 6.650, p 0.05). Concurrent validity for general-domain reaction times was good, as it was associated with the national rankings for national level athletes (? pro = 0.70, p 0.05). In conclusion, the reproducibility and validity of the control inhibition assessment are not confirmed, however, BRIT appears to be a valid and reproducible measure of reaction time in badminton players. Reaction times as measured by BRIT can provide input for training programs aimed at improving badminton player performance

    ABSTRAK Manajemen adalah proses penataan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan melalui fungsi-fungsi manajemen sebagai tolak ukur untuk menentukan keberhasilan sebagai bentuk dari pencapaian tujuan bersama yang telah disepakati. Manajemen kelas merupakan serangkaian tindakan yang dilakukan guru dalam upaya menciptakan kondisi kelas yang baik. Tindakan yang perlu dilakukan guru dalam menciptakan kondisi kelas diantaranya melakukan komunikasi dan hubungan interpersonal antara guru anak secara timbal balik dan efektif, mengatur perlengkapan kelas dan tempat duduk anak serta melakukan perencanaan atau persiapan mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di RA Al�Islamiyah Bandarsakti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yaitu analisis data dengan menekankan pada makna, penalaran, definisi situasi tertentu serta menggambarkan apa adanya mengenai perilaku obyek yang sedang di teliti. Alat pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun pengambilan kesimpulan menggunakan data berfikir induktif yaitu pemikiran yang berangkat dari fakta-fakta atau pristiwa-pristiwa khusus kemudian dari fakta-fakta khusus tersebut ditarik kesimpulan yang mempunyai sifat umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: manajemen kelas di RA Al�Islamiyah Bandarsakti 1) Perencanaan pengelolaan kelas telah mempersiapkannya sejak awal tahun pembelajaran, seperti membuat RPPH, RPPM, PROMES, SOP pembelajaran, dan membuat iperaturan tata tertib kelas; 2) Dalam pengorganisasian kelas guru menggunakan sumber daya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, seperti mengorganisasikan atau mengelompokkan tempat duduk iuntuk peserta didik dan memilih salah satu peserta didik untuk berani memimpin kegiatan; 3) Dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas masih kurang maksimal dalam memimpin, mengarahkan, memberi motivasi, membimbing, menjadi suri tauladan perserta didik di dalam kelas baik dalam tutur kata, sikap dan cara berpakaian, serta penataan sarana prasarana yang masih belum maksimal; 4) Dalam pengawasan manajemen kelas guru selalu melakukan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran di setiap harinya kemudian melakukan perbandingan dari hasil pembelajaran sebelumnya. The data collection tools used ware observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusions using inductive thinking data are thought, namely thoughts that depart from special facts or principles and then from these special facts conclusions ware drawn that have a general nature. The results showed that: class management at RA Al-Islamiyah Bandarsakti 1) Classroom management planning has been preparing for it since the beginning of the learning year, such as making RPPH, RPPM, PROMES, learning SOP, and making class order arrangements; 2) In organizing classes the teacher uses resources that suit the needs, such as organizing or grouping seats for learners and choosing one of the learners to dare to lead the activity; 3) In the implementation of class management, it is still not optimal in leading, directing, motivating, guiding, becoming a suri tauladan student in the classroom both in speech, attitude and way of dressing, as well as the arrangement of infrastructure that was still not optimal; 4) In the supervision of class management, the teacher always evaluates the learning outcomes every day and then compares the results of previous learning. Di dalam ranah seni pertunjukan, para Etnomusikolog di masa ini berjuang mengangkat citra local ke ranah global dengan segala bentuk perkembangannya. Hal ini sangat berkaitan dengan topik seminar, yaitu keindahan musik kita yang terbalut oleh nilai estetika tinggi mampu bersaing dalam dunia global. Dan kenyataannya musik kita sudah mulai mengglobal. Di ranah visual art atau seni rupa dan desain dewasa ini terhembus wacana mengenai Global Art yang kembali mengambil dan meminjam ikon atau unsur lokal yang kemudian di visualkan secara kreatif dengan ide-ide ―gila‖, sehingga disetiap karya- karya yang diciptakan bernuansa lokal dengan penggayaan baru yang mampu eksis di dalam ranah seni rupa dunia.
