PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM MODEL TANDUR UNTUK MEMBANGUN KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN
Abstrak : Kualitas pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh efektif tidaknya komunikasi yang terjadi di dalamnya. Komunikasi efektif dalam pembelajaran merupakan proses transformasi pesan berupa ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dari pendidik kepada peserta didik, dimana peserta didik mampu memahami maksud pesan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditentukan, sehingga menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta menimbulkan perubahan tingkah laku menjadi lebih baik. Pengajar adalah pihak yang paling bertanggungjawab terhadap berlangsungnya komunikasi yang efektif dalam pembelajaran. Motode Pembelajaran Quantum Model Tandur merupakan salah satu media efektif dan bisa dipakai pengajar untuk membangun komunikasi efktif. Hal ini dilihat dari prinsip-prinsip Pembelajaran Quantum dan langkah-langkah pelaksanaannya Pembelajaran Quantum Model TANDUR.

JADIKAN DIRI GURU INSPIRATIF MELALUI LESSON STUDY
Abstrak: Sosok guru yang mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan paradigma pendidikan adalah guru inspiratif. Guru inspiratif merupakan guru yang melahirkan daya tarik dan spirit perubahan terhadap diri siswa serta mampu mendisain pembelajaran yang inspiratif. Kriteria guru inspiratif minimal mempunyai tiga kompetensi yaitu: kompetensi profesional, komptensi sosial dan kompetensi personal. Lesson study (LS) merupakan suatu pembinaan profesi pendidik melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan berdasarkan prinsip kolegalitas. Mengkaji pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dalam kegiatan LS dapat memberikan makna yang sangat berarti bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru sehingga terbentuk guru inspiratif yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta memberikan inspirasi bagi sesama guru dan siswa. Tulisan ini merupakan kajian terhadap implementasi lesson study sebagai salah satu cara membentuk guru inspiratif. Dengan harapan bahawa guru termotivasi untuk menjadikan diri mereka guru inspiratif melalui kegiatan lesson study. Kata kunci: Guru Inspiratif, Lesson Study  Abstract: A teacher who is able to survive in the face of challenge and change the paradigm of education is inspiring teacher. Inspiring teacher is a teacher who gave birth to the attraction and the spirit of the changes to the student and to be able to design an inspiring learning. Criteria inspiring teacher has a minimum of three competencies: professional competency, social competency and personal competence. Lesson study (LS) is a professional educator development through assessment and ongoing collaborative learning based on the principle of collegiality. Assessing collaborative learning in LS activity can provide a very significant meaning for the teachers to improve the competence of teachers to form the inspiring teacher to improve student learning outcomes and provide inspiration for fellow teachers and students. Analysis of Practicum Skills for Private High School Alumni in Bandung City in Higher Education
This study aims to analyze the practical skills possessed by high school alumni to carry out practicum in higher education. The population in this study were high school alumni at universities. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The subjects of this study were high school alumni who entered the faculties of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Engineering, totaling 46 people. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that as many as 69% of students found it difficult to carry out practical procedures, 43% of students found it difficult to follow biology practicum, and 59% of students found it difficult to use practicum tools. Based on these results, the benefits of the practicum that has been followed in high school on implementing practicum in lectures are a better understanding of the material, knowing how to use tools, and practicum in high school contributing when doing a practicum in lecture
Analisis Butir Soal Pada Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Guru Biologi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022
Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat dan persentase kesesuaian butir soal buatan guru dengan indikator pada RPP Guru Biologi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dan validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda, dan tingkat kesukaran, butir soal pada RPP Guru Biologi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah RPP Biologi kelas X pada 6 sekolah Negeri di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Data diperoleh melelalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari analisis didapatkan bahwa, kesesuaian butir soal buatan guru dengan indikator pada RPP Guru Biologi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yaitu, persentase kesesuaian butir soal (77,92%) Validitas soal (65%), tingkat kesukaran (76%), dan daya beda (61%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kesesuain butir soal buatan guru dengan indikator pada RPP guru biologi SMA di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah sangat sesuai
Level of scientific argumentation ability of students in biology learning
Scientific argumentation is one of the skills needed in the 21st century. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of scientific argumentation ability of students in class XI biology learning using plant tissue material at SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with research instruments in the form of scientific argumentation ability tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study amounted to 133 people. The sample was selected using the census technique so that it used a saturated sample or all members of the population, namely class XI MIPA 1, XI MIPA 2, XI MIPA 3, and XI MIPA 4. The results showed that the student's written and oral scientific argumentation skills were still low and needed to be empowered again. Students' written scientific argumentation ability is at level 2 with a percentage of 74.9%, and oral scientific argumentation is at level 2 with a percentage of 73%
Characterization and Chemical Composition Analysis of Tea Tree (Meleuca alternifolia) Leaf Hydrosols Growing on Lombok Island
Tea tree is an essential oil-producing plant from Australia which is also found growing in several parts of Indonesia, including the island of Lombok. So far, tea tree essential oil producers on the island of Lombok do not utilize by-products in the form of hydrosol (distilled water) produced in the process of making essential oils. In this study, the characterization and analysis of the chemical composition of the hydrosol of tea tree leaves growing on the island of Lombok was carried out. The characteristic aroma of hydrosol is similar to that of tea tree essential oil. The results of the GC-MS analysis also showed that the hydrosol of tea tree leaves also had similarities with the essential oil, composed of major compounds in the form of trans-caryophyllene (28.58%), limonene (13.98%) and terpinen-4-ol (16.27%). Other compounds detected were -pinene (4.14%), -pinene (6.50%), -myrcene (8.09%), -terpineol (10.10%) and -terpinene (5.77%)
Quality Status of Coastal Waters of Special Economic Zone of Mandalika Central Lombok Based on the Community of Microalgae as Bioindicator
Coastal waters well known to provided large number of natural resources, but it recives some negative effects due to numerous ectivities take place on it, so it’s quality status tend to decrease. The coastal waters of Mandalika SEZ Central Lombok is no in exception. Microalgae as maind primery producent, have been much reported as bioindicator for controlling the waters quality. Study for community of microalgae as bioindicator in the coastal waters of Mandalika SEZ Central Lombok never been done. This study was conducted to observed and analyze the potency of microalgae community in the coastal waters of the Mandalika SEZ for determining the quality status that waters. Five bottles of 150 ml volume sea waters samples were collected using a free fall nylon plankton net of 20 πm mesh sized. Samples were preserved using formalin in final consentration of 4%. Samples were observed in both laboratories of Biology Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education and Biology Science Faculty of Math and Science, University of Mataram. Data were analyzed for counting of density, percentage dominancy, and species diversity indexs. Total 72 species of microalgae were fully indentified and Chaetoceros didymum was a dominant species with percentage dominacy and density of 16.243% and 143.949 ind/L, respectively. The highest dencity was recorded in sample taken in the Seger Beach (1567.941 ind./L), then followed by the beaches of Gerupuk, Serinting, Mandalika, dan Kuta with density velue of 1469.214 ind./L, 1038.217 ind./L, 759.023 ind./L, and 622.081 ind./L, respectively. Based on the data of microalgae density, species diversity indexs, and number of taxa, the five sampling sites have high percentage similarity (83.336%). Species diversity index of microalgae in the coastal waters of the Mandalika SEZ was in intermediate category (H’=3.415). Based on the rerults of this study, mainly based on the velue of microalgae species diversity indexs, it can be concluded, that the quality status of coastal waters of Mandalika SEZ Central Lombok was in non polluted categor

“Nyale” is the Lombok people's term for the reproductive segment of the Nyale worm. The term "Nyale" is very popular among the public, but not many people know the biology of the Nyale worm (its anatomy, morphology and ecology). To introduce nyale to junior high school students, media was created in the form of comics. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Cacing Nyale science comic as a media to support biology learning in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. This type of research is quasi-experimental using a random sampling method at MTs Nurul Jannah Ampenan, Mataram City. The average result of the N-gain score of this research is 0.3 for students' cognitive learning outcomes and critical thinking skills with percentages of 58% and 57% respectively which are included in the quite effective category

The effect of the resources-based learning model in ecosystem learning to improve student learning outcomes
This study aims to determine the effect of the Resource Based Learning (RBL) model in Ecosystem learning and its effect on biology learning outcomes at SMAN 3 Mataram. This type of research is research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this research was the students of class IX of SMAN 3 Mataram, which amounted to 32 students of X MIPA 1 for the control class and 32 students of X iMIPA i2 for the experimental class. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire on implementing the lesson plan and a learning outcome (post-test score) on ecosystem materials. The data analysis results show that the questionnaire score interval level for implementing the Resource Based Learning (RBL) model is 100% (very high). The conventional model shows the score interval that is implemented is 87.5%, and that is not implemented is 12.5%, and the level of validity of the questions in the cognitive domain, including the very valid criteria and the level of reliability of the questions in the cognitive domain, the criteria for reliable. The results of the data analysis of learning outcomes showed differences in the average post-test scores between the experimental class through the application of learning using the resource-based learning (RBL) learning model and the control class through the application of the conventional learning model. The post-test mean in the experimental class was 91.36, while the post-test mean in the control class was 71.69. The significance value of the count sample obtained is 0.532, the significance value obtained is greater than 0.05 Ho is rejected, and H1 is accepted, which means that the use of the Resource-based Learning (RBL) learning model is effective on student biology learning outcomes at SMAN 3 Mataram
