Tingkat Energi Atom Helium Dengan Pendekatan Model Partikel Bebas (Independent Particle Model)

Atom berelektron banyak merupakan atom yang memiliki elektron lebih dari satu. Atom yang demikian akan menghasilkan spin elektron yang akan memengaruhi energi atom tersebut. Selain itu, elektron dalam atom berelektron banyak akan saling tolak menolak dan interaksi tersebut akan mengubah energi atomnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan energi atom Helium dengan menggunakan metodepartikel bebas yang dikoreksi oleh interaksi antar elektron, teori relativitas dan interaksi antara medan magnet intrinsik dan momen magnet spin elektron. Interaksi antar elektron menghasilkan dua jenis energi yakni energi untuk parahelium dan orthohelium sedangkan koreksi akibat teori relativitas dan interaksi momen magnet intrinsik dengan momen magnet spin yang disebut dengan spin-orbit terkopel mengakibatkan energi atom Helium sedikit berubah sesuai dengan nomer quantum elektronnya. Semakin besar bilangan kuantum utama, semakin kecil koreksi relativistik dan koreksi spin-orbit terkopelnya. Sedangkan dalam bilangan kuantum yang sama, semakin besar bilangan kuantum orbitalnya maka akan semakin kecil koreksi spin-orbit terkopelnya

Produksi Lima Klon Ubikayu yang Diaplikasi Pupuk Mikroba dan Dipanen pada Umur yang Berbeda

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh klon, konsentrasi pupuk mikroba, umur tanaman saat dipanen terhadap produksi tanaman ubikayu. Dilaksanakan di desa Moncongloe Kecamatan Moncongloe Kabupaten Maros, berlangsung dari Juni 2013 sampai April 2014. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk percobaan faktorial tiga faktor yang disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak kelompok. Faktor pertama adalah klon ubikayu, yaitu: Lokal, Malang 6, UJ-3, MLG10311, dan Adira 4. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi pupuk mikroba Organox, yaitu: Kontrol,  40, dan 60 ml L-1 air. Faktor ketiga adalah umur ubikayu saat dipanen, yaitu: 9, 8, dan 7 bulan .  Terdapat 45 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara klon MLG10311 dengan pupuk mikroba Organox 40 ml L-1 air dan umur 9 bulan ubikayu saat dipanen memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap bobot umbi per pohon (4.87 kg), bobot umbi kupas per pohon (4.22 kg), dan bobot kulit per pohon (650.00 g). Interaksi antara klon Adira-4 dengan  pupuk mikroba Organox 40 ml L-1 air  dan umur 9 bulan ubikayu saat dipanen memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap bobot umbi per petak (47.34 kg), dan produksi ubikayu ha-1 (52.60 t)

Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan: Peran Komite Sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pendidikan dan menelaah peran, fungsi, dan tugas komite sekolah terhadap komponen input, proses, dan output pada SMK di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan populasi SMK di Jakarta dan sampel diambil secara purposive stratified. Pengumpulan data dilakukan lewat studi dokumen dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara dekriptif dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan peran komite sekolah masih cukup tinggi, kecuali peran pengawasan (controlling) dan mediasi antara sekolah dengan dunia kerja dan industri (mediating) yang relatif rendah. Padahal, peran mediating justru sangat dibutuhkan oleh SMK sebagai institusi pendidikan yang memiliki karakteristik khusus, yakni menyiapkan peserta didik terjun ke lapangan kerja.Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan upaya mendorong agar komite sekolah SMK memiliki kapasitas untuk menjadi mediator yang baik antara sekolah dengan dunia kerja dan industri agar SMK dapat menyiapkan lulusan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan tuntutan lapangan kerja yang senantiasa berubah dinamis

E-Learning Readiness Measurement in SMK Negeri DKI Jakarta

The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of e-learning (e-learning readiness) that is effective and would make graduates of DKI Jakarta Vocational High School (SMK) have employability skills so that SMK graduates are ready to work. This research can also be used as a reference by researchers to conduct further research. The study uses descriptive statistical analysis. Data collection was done by leading observations and interviews using a Likert scale. Data processing was done by measuring the e-learning readiness with Aydin & tasci (2005) index model. The results of e-learning readiness research at SMK Negeri DKI Jakarta has a value index of 3.42, which indicates that e-learning readiness at SMK Negeri DKI Jakarta is ready for a little improvement to implement e-learning. There are several indicators of e-learning readiness that fall into the category of not ready but require preparation including signs of motivation, initiative, content, and interaction. Therefore, it is necessary to do better preparation for the implementation of e-learning so that e-learning is more effective and students can have employability skills in preparing graduates of SMK Negeri DKI Jakarta who are ready to work and have expertise in technology and information by using e-learning.     Keywords: e-learning, e-learning readiness, Vocational High Schoo

Nurse Interpersonal Communication Skills Influence the Increasing of Patient Satisfaction

In nursing practice, communication is a means of developing relationships nurses and patients, and may affect the level of satisfaction of patients to health care that is given. The purpose this research was to study the effects of nurse interpersonal communication toward patient at Baptist Hospital Kediri. The design of this study was cross-sectional with the independent variable was nurse interpersonal communication and the dependent variable was level of patient satisfaction. Population of this study was patients IRNA Class 3 RS. Baptist Kediri, it was obtained 96 patients, using proposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis using Spearman's rho test with α ≤ 0.05. The results obtained were good nurses interpersonal communication, while the level of patient satisfaction with the services of nursing is very satisfied, statistical tests obtained p = 0.000 means that there is an influence on the level of interpersonal communication in patient satisfaction IRNA Class 3 RS. Pengaruh Kecepatan Aliran Terhadap Gerusan pada Sekat Kanal dengan Saluran 5 Meter

Canal blocking is a water-retaining structure built with the aim of reducing flow velocity and retaining air inthe canal and the surrounding area. The canal blocking to be constructed must meet stability requirementswhich are one of the important requirements to guarantee the life and main function of the canal blockingbuilding. However, so far data and information regarding effective canal blocking (having a stable structureand long service life) is still very limited. This study aims to determine the effect of airflow velocity on scourin the physical model of canal blocking. The research method used is the observation method. The researchlocation was carried out in Palangka Raya City with a research time of one month from March 25 2022 toApril 23 2022. Data analysis was carried out using graphs to determine the effect of flow velocity on scourvalues. The results showed the flow velocity used v1= 0.019 m/s and v2= 0.028 m/s greatly affected the scourvalue that occurred. The greater the velocity of the water flow used with the upstream water level of 23 cm(fixed) and the downstream water level of 6.6 cm and 23 cm along with the longer testing time, the greater thevalue of the scour depth

Akuntabilitas Politik Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah pada Pelaksanaan Pilkada 2010 Kabupaten Situbondo

Akuntabilitas politik KPU, pada dasarnya dapat dimaknai sebagai akuntabilitas yang dilakukan KPU sebagai lembaga penyelenggara pemilihan umum kepada rakyat pemilih dan sekaligus pemegang kedaulatan tertinggi. Penelitian terhadap persoalan akuntabilitas politik KPU, terutama akuntabilitas politik KPU dalam pelaksanaan Pilkada sangat urgen dan relevan dilakukan seiring dengan terjadinya sejumlah masalah yang dialami saat pelaksanaan Pilkada Kabupaten Situbondo 2010. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, hal ini disesuaikan dengan permasalahan yang muncul dari tujuan penelitian serta fokus penelitian tentang Akuntabilitas Politik KPU Kabupaten Situbondo pada Pelaksanaan Pilkada 2010. Metode kualitatif ini lebih mendasarkan pada filsafat fenomenologis yang mengutamakan penghayatan dengan berusaha menghayati dan menafsirkan makna suatu peristiwa interaksi tingkah laku manusia dalam situasi tertentu menurut perspektif peneliti sendiri. Pengukuran akuntabilitas politik KPU Kabupaten Situbondo pada Pelaksanaan Pilkada 2010 bahwa KPU sebagai lembaga yang bersifat Independen tentunya dalam melaksanakan kinerjanya harus tetap berpegang teguh pada aturan Perundang-undangan yang ada.
