Optimization of Liquid Oxygen Distribution Routes in Demand Conditions at Risk of Change After the Fleet Departs for the Agents
This study addresses vehicle routing to distribute liquid oxygen products from the factory to the agent by considering the risk of changes in liquid oxygen demand when the vehicle leaves the factory. Handling liquid oxygen inventory requires strict service, large storage areas and high storage costs. The uncertainty of liquid oxygen demand at the consumer level and inventory handling make agents change demand suddenly. This condition causes the quantity transferred to the agent not to match the amount of liquid oxygen transported by the fleet from the factory. If the change in demand decreases, the fleet must return the remaining liquid oxygen to the factory. Still, if the change increases, it will affect the vehicle's ability to meet the liquid quantity requested by the next agent. Furthermore, a vehicle routing model is developed that considers the possibility of changes in demand after the vehicle departs from the factory. The search for the optimal route solution for this model uses a guided local search algorithm. The study results showed an increase in vehicle transfer quantity of 4.23% from the previous route
Analysis of the Causes of Defect and Proposed Improvements with Fault Tree Analysis Method in the Drawing Process at PT. XYZ
PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces various types of metal-based products with a make toorder system. One of them is the Back Top Plate 450/456 (BTP 450/456) part which is a component ofrefrigerators. In the period of February-November 2020, PT. XYZ produces 15,395 units of BTP 450/456.However, BTP 450/456 products have the highest percentage of defective products. The average percentageof defective products is 3.06%, while the tolerance for the number of defects determined by the company is1%. This indicates a problem in the production process. The most types of defects in the production processof 450/456 are broken with a percentage of 41.88%. Based on Critical to Quality, the process stages that donot meet the requirements in the drawing process can cause various types of defects, such as wrinkles, breaks,miss-sizing, process failures, scratch and dents. The Fault Tree Analysis method is used to identify the rootcause of the type of broken defect. The root of these problems includes the absence of a guide for settingdies, the machine being operated for a long time, operator negligence, and the incorrect position of theplastic. The proposed improvement given are determining the optimal engine pressure, designing dies settingguides for operators, evaluating and improving the maintenance process, analyzing new machinerequirements, supervisors giving good directions to operators, periodic work evaluations to assess operatorperformance, designing visual displays as reminders for operators, and designing aids for positioning plasticson materials

Analysis and Evaluation of File Storage and Back Up of Disaster Risk in Diskominfo Data Center
Disaster is a very damaging and unpredictable event when it happens, threatening the facilities of computersystems and the environment, such as telecommunications systems and data storage. According to theNational Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Indonesia is very vulnerable to disasters because of thegeographical characteristics. Indonesia current position is between three active plates and a ring of fire.Indonesia's reputation as a disaster-prone country is also noted in the report of The Atlas of the HumanPlanet 2017. The data shows that the threat of natural disasters has doubled in the last 40 years, in line withthe population growth. Diskominfo West Java is an agency that is tasked with carrying out regionalgovernment affairs in West Java in the field of communication and information technology based on theprinciples of autonomy, deconcentrating and co-administration. Diskomifo has a data center that is usefulfor the benefit of the information itself and the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the West Java provincialgovernment. A data center must be designed as best as possible to avoid disruption due to disasters, disturbances or errors that can cause damage to the data center itself, therefore it must be avoided orminimized from the impact of the risks that occur and guarantee the availability of the organization'sbusiness continuity if interference or disaster is occurred. In this study, an analysis was carried out relatedto the assessment of risk occurrence, to determine the level of the threats. In addition, in this document abusiness impact analysis is also carried out to determine the priorities of the information system owned bythe organization, so that the organization can prioritize which information system is in the top prioritywhen disruptions occurred
Designing SOP for Quality Document Control in Rumah BUMN Bandung using Business Process Management Method
The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very important for a region, especially asone of the drivers of economic growth in the region. In order to create efficiency, wider market reach, attract more customers and better business opportunities, MSMEs must enter the digital businessecosystem. Rumah BUMN (RB) is an initiative program of BUMN and the Ministry of BUMN tostrengthen Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Rumah BUMN Bandung is one of the activeRumah BUMN and there are many activities under the auspices of Bank BRI. As the digital businessecosystem develops, more and more MSMEs are joining Rumah BUMN Bandung. Implementation ofdocumentation at Rumah BUMN Bandung only reached 12.5%, mainly focused on training programs outof a total of 8 existing programs. The reason is that there is no comprehensive implementation of qualitydocument control standards at Rumah BUMN Bandung. As a result, Rumah BUMN Bandung employeesoften have difficulty finding documents, sometimes documents that have expired are still being used, andthey make mistakes in providing documents to fellow employees. This research aims to describedocuments that need to be controlled, design SOPs for quality document control, and create use casediagrams. The method used in this research is Business Process Management (BPM). In an effort to dealwith existing problems, SOPs and use case diagrams of the quality document control process will bedesigned
Recommendations to Reduce Cybersickness in Virtual Reality Based on User’s Personality and Eye Health
The use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology is closely related to Cybersickness (CS), namely a feeling ofdizziness that arises due to differences in perception between what is felt and seen. Other research showthat personality and eye health can affect a person's perception thus affecting the level of CS felt. The studyaims to identify the relationship between personality and eye health on CS and make recommendations toreduce for gaming industries. The research was conducted with within-subject experimental design with twovariables, personality and eye health. The initial study made an experimental design which was followed bya pilot study to determine the minimum sample size for the study and improvements to the experiment.Furthermore, participant data was collected in the form of personality, eye health, completion time, andVirtual Reality Sickness Questionnaire (VRSQ) score. Data was collected from 36 participants and thenprocessed statistically. The data were tested for classical assumptions and searched for their relationship withthe two-way ANOVA. After knowing the existence of a relationship, a Post-hoc Test (Tukey's Test) wasconducted to find the most significant group. The results shows that there was a significant relationshipbetween personality and eye health on CS (P-Value < 0.05), where participants with introvert personalityand abnormal eye conditions are more vulnerable. From the results of the study, it is recommended thatsettings be made to reduce screen shakes, limit playing time, choose the right game, and do oculomotorexercises before playing
