    The contribution deals with design technology service model using the combined transport. It assesses the performance indicators in relation to price and quality of services provided and on this basis decides on the type of the transport. This is the decision-making processes, which should answer the question, whether used directly in road freight transport, direct rail freight transport or combined transport. In this contribution is the combined transport meant as a system between the conventional modes, which are transhipped goods from road vehicles to the rail cars or river boats

    The mol­ecular geometry of the title compound, C7H7N3O2S, does not differ much from that of the previously reported 4-toluene­sulfonyl analogue. Unlike the latter compound, however, mol­ecules of the title compound associate primarily via π–π stacking inter­actions of their benzene rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.5865 (8) Å], forming columnar stacks along the crystallographic 21 axes. These stacks are inter­connected via weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds

    Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou řešení svozně-rozvozního problému s obsluhou vrcholů definovaných na městské dopravní síti. Práce vychází ze zahraničních přístupů pro řešení obsluhy v citlivých městských zónách. Zaměřena je na zásobování prostřednictvím městského distribučního centra, dále jsou stanoveny omezující podmínky pro obsluhu a v rámci řešení je využito Clarke-Wrightovy metody pro sestavu okružní jízdy. Její výsledky jsou porovnány s výstupy z programu NetOpt.The thesis is focused on solving of the Vehicle Routing Problem, which is defined in the urban transport network. The work is based on international approaches to address service in urban zones. It focuses on urban supplies through the distribution centre, there are also restrictive conditions set for operator and for solution is used Clarke-Wright method.     Práce pojednává o bezpečnosti logistického řetězce. Zaměřuje se na proces výroby, přepravy a skladování. První část se zabývá analýzou současné situace z ekonomického, tržního a politického pohledu včetně souvisejících certifikací. Druhá část se věnuje jednotlivým procesům v logistickém řetězci. Řeší bezpečnostní opatření během výroby, optimalizaci času stráveného přepravou pomocí metod operačního výzkumu, rozmístění skladů a jejich zabezpečení dle certifikace TAPA. Poslední část se zabývá optimálním zabezpečením na obecné úrovni. Závěr shrnuje poznatky celé práce.This diploma thesis deals with a security of a logistic chain. It is focused on the processes of manufacturing, transport and storage. The first part is devoted to the analysis of a present situation from economic, market and political point of view, including the certifications interconnected. The second part is focused on particular processes in a logistic chain. It brings solutions to safety precautions during the manufacturing process, to optimization of the time needed for transport through the operational research methods, and to the allocation of storehouses and their security according to the TAPA certification.     Measurement of HGB beer colloidal ageing and tannoid content development using complex turbidimetric analysis.

    Measurements of HGB beers were carried out in concentrated and blended samples to analyse the chill haze and tannoid content development during the thermal forced ageing process. The measurements were performed by the method of complex turbidimetric analysis (CTA), based on a single instrumentation for beer chill haze determination in commercial bottles and polyvinylpyrrolidone/tannoid content titration of beer samples in usual reaction tubes. For illustration of the efficiency of the CTA method, the initial values of saturated ammonium sulphate precipitation limits (SASPL) and sensitive protein (SP) levels were determined, too. The CTA method confirmed enhanced colloidal stability of the blended HGB final product due to lower content of the high molecular weight haze active proteotannic complexes. An almost linear correlation between the chill haze and tannoid content development during beer ageing process, starting from some concentration threshold level after a certain lag time was revealed.The correlation between the tannoid content of HGB beer in blended and non blended state was found also linear. Při sestavě software byl kladen akcent především na využitelnost vznikajícího prostředí pro řešení reálných úloh, čemuž odpovídá výběr použitých algoritmů (snadná rekonfigurace pro různé varianty základní úlohy) i způsob zadávání vstupních dat (sestava modelu sítě z GIS mapových podkladů).The text outlines the process of design of software for building of delivery / pick-up vehicle routes. This software product accentuates the usability for real task solution – the algorithms (easily reconfigurable for different basic problem variants) and data entry (network model is constructed from GIS maps) serve this purpose
