Enhancing Employee Performance: Rewards, Training, and Work Ethics at the Education Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province
This research was motivated by the existing condition where employees have not been able to work optimally in a government institution. The study aims to analyze and examine the influence of rewards, training, and work ethic on Employee Performance in the Education Authority of Bangka Belitung Island Province. This research is descriptive in nature. The quantitative research method was employed because the data obtained are numerical and derived from questionnaires, with a total sample size of 64 respondents, determined through a saturated sample method. The analytical model used was multiple linear regression, with t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination. The research results indicate that rewards, training, and work ethic, individually, have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the Education Authority of Bangka Belitung Island Province. Through this research, institutions can review the factors leading to low employee performance in the variables of rewards, training, and work ethic.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh penghargaan, pelatihan, dan etos kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan karena data yang diperoleh berupa angka yang berasal dari kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 64 responden yang dihasilkan melalui metode sampel jenuh. Model analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda, dengan uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penghargaan, pelatihan, dan etos kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Dengan penelitian ini, institusi dapat meninjau faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja rendah pada karyawan dalam variabel penghargaan, pelatihan, dan etos kerja.

Analisis hukum pidana Islam terhadap pasal 483 rancangan konsep KUHP tahun 2012 tentang zina
Penelitian ini berjudul ‘Analisis Hukum Pidana Islam Terhadap Pasal 483 Rancangan Konsep KUHP Tahun 2012 Tentang Zina.1. Bagaimana Konsep Rancangan Undang-Undang KUHP Pasal 483 Tahun 2012 tentang tindak pidana zina? 2. Bagaimana Analisis Hukum Pidana Islam tentang Konsep RUU KUHP pasal 483 tahun 2012 mengenai tindak pidana zina. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif, yaitu penelitianyang menggunakan data sekunder (dalam hal ini buku-buku). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research): Sumber Primer, yaitu pasal483 Konsep KUHP Tahun 2012, penjelasannya, serta pendapat para pakar hukum pidana. Sumber Sekunder, yaitu literatur lainnya yang relevan dengan judul di atas, di antaranya: Abdul Qadir Audah, Al-Tasyri' al-Jinai; Barda Nawawi, Beberapa Aspek Kebijakan Penegakan dan Pengembangan Hukum Pidana; Bunga Rampai Kebijakan Hukum Pidana; Sholehuddin, M., Sistem Sanksi dalam Hukum Pidana: Ide Dasar Double Track System dan Implementasinya; Soedarto, "Suatu Dilema dalain Pembaharuan Sistem Pidana Indonesia," Pidato Pengukuhan Jabatan Guru Besar Hukum Pidana pada Fakultas-Hukum Diponegoro; Hukum dan Hukum Pidana; Hukum Pidana 1.Pidana zina dalam Pasal 483 ayat (I) sub a, b, c, d, e Rancangan Konsep KUHP tahun 2012, penuntutan terhadap pelaku zina hanya dilakukan atas pengaduan dari salah satu pasangan yang terlibat dalam kasus ini, atau mereka yang merasa tercemar akibat perbuatan tersebut. Dalam hukum Islam perzinaan dianggap sebagai suatu perbuatan yang sangat terkutuk dan dianggap sebagai jarimah. Pendapat ini disepakati oleh ulama, kecuali perbedaan hukumannya. Menurut sebagian ulama tanpa memandang pelakunya, baik dilakukan oleh orang yang belum menikah atau orang yang telah menikah, selama persetubuhan tersebut berada di luar kerangka pernikahan, hal itu disebut sebagai zina dan dianggap sebagai perbuatan melawan hukum. Dalam mewujudkan keadilan, kepastian hukum, ketertiban, dan efektivitas penegakan hukum maka perlu reformulasi Pasal 483 RUU KUHP versi 2012 dengan mengadopsi sanksi pidana versi hukum pidana Islam
Manajemen kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas pendidik di Gugus 5 Kota Palangka Raya
Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi seorang pendidik yaitu dengan mengikuti kegiatan yang diselenggarakan suatu organisasi. Salah satu organisasinya yaitu Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG). Kenyataannya di lapangan, tingkat keaktifan pendidik yang masih kurang dalam mengikuti kegiatan yang diselenggarakan. Hal ini akan menghambat peningkatan kemampuan dan kompetensi dari para pendidik tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti memutuskan untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 Kota Palangka Raya.
Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 dan informannya Ketua, Sekretaris, beberapa anggota Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 dan Pengawas dari Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 Kota Palangka Raya. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara: kepercayaan (credibility), keteralihan (transferability), kebergantungan (dependability), dan kepastian (confirmability). Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data atau data display, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau data diverifikasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. Perencanaan Kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 Kota Palangka Raya yaitu dalam menentukan dan penyusunan Progam Umum, Program Pokok dan Program Penunjang untuk meningkatkan Profesionalitas pendidik. Sedangkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Kegiatan sudah disusun dengan baik. 2. Pengorganisasian Kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 Kota Palangka Raya sudah dilaksanakan dengan pendelegasian/pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab oleh semua anggota dari Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 tersebut. 3. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 Kota Palangka Raya yaitu dilaksanakan sebulan sekali dengan pembahasan dan diskusi tentang metode dan perangkat pembelajaran yang baik dan efisien yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran disekolah, kurikulum yang diterapkan disekolah yaitu K-13 dan pembuatan soal-soal USBN maupun penilaian akhir semester. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan terdapat faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam peningkatan profesionalitas pendidik, kemudian solusi yang di gunakan dalam pemecahan permasalahan yang dihadapi. 4. Pengendalian kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh ketua sudah sangat baik dengan berbagai strategi yang dilakukan maupun upaya-upaya dalam pengendalian mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian maupun pelaksanaan dari Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) gugus 5 tersebut. Ini terbukti dengan antusias dan semangat dari semua anggota lebih meningkat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.
Abstract
One of ways to improve ability and competence of an educator is to follow activity held by an organization. One of the organizations is Teacher Working Group (TWG). The fact in the field, lack of activeness of educators to follow activity often happens. This case is going to obstruct the ability and competence improvement of educators. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the Teachers Working Group activity at cluster 5 Palangka Raya City.
This qualitative descriptive research uses observation, interview, and documentation data techniques. The subjects in this study are Teacher Working Group (TWG) Cluster 5 and the informants such as chairman, secretary, and some of members of Teacher Working Group (TWG) Cluster 5, and supervisors who are on that area. The data validity examination techniques are carried out by means of: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Meanwhile the data analysis uses several stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation or display data, then draw conclusion or data verification.
The results of research showed : 1. Planning for Teacher Working Group (TWG) activity at Cluster 5 Palangka Raya City was to determine and arrange the General Program, Principal Program and Supporting Program to improve educators personality. Meanwhile, the Activity Implementation Plan has been prepared well. 2. Organizing Teacher Working Group Activity at Cluster 5 Palangka Raya City had been carried out by delegating duties and responsibilities by all members of Teacher Working Group (TWG) Cluster 5. 3. Implementing of Teacher Working Group (TWG) Activity Cluster 5 Palangka Raya City was held for once a month by discussing about the good and efficient method and device for learning activity at school, the curriculum that was applied at school, in this case K-13, and the making of the exam questions (USBN) then also about the End of Semester Evaluation. While in activity implementation, there were barrier factor and suplementary factor in educators professionality improvement, then the solution was used to solve the problem faced. 4. Controlling toward Teacher Working Group (TWG) Activity Cluster 5 was done very well by the chairman, with various strategies and controlling efforts, start from planning, organizing and implementing of this Teacher Working Group (TWG) Cluster 5. This is proven by the enthusiastis and spirit of all members is more increase to improve the competency and capability of the educators in learning activity implementation at school. BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA DI PROPINSI KEPULAUAN BANGKA BELITUNG
As an area which has long been known as a tin, almost all economic activity depends on the tin industry. It is natural resources are not renewable, therefore, it should be thought for economy sector in support of the Bangka Belitung. Tourism is one of the sectors which have the potential for regional Bangka Belitung, bearing numerous tourist objects can be developed and packed; expected to contribute through tourist visits.
The study is to analyze the development of tourism in the blue ocean strategy, is expected to provide inputs and become priority for stabilizing regional economy in the future. Things to be carried out, i.e. by the way subtract, create and enhance within the framework of a step in developing tourism in Bangka Belitung.
The analysis method is applicable in the strategy is the ocean or the blue ocean namely creating the market without competitive and to let the no longer relevant

EXPLORING THE ROLE OF INVESTMENT IN DRIVING ECONOMIC GROWTH: A CASE STUDY OF THE BANGKA BELITUNG ISLANDS
The economic growth of a region is significantly influenced by various factors, among which investment and consumption are considered pivotal. Despite the considerable focus on these aspects in existing literature, there is a noticeable gap in understanding their impact, particularly in the context of Indonesia\u27s Bangka Belitung Islands. This research aims to fill this gap by empirically investigating the multiplier effect of investment on economic growth in this region. By employing the Random Effect Model (REM) on logarithmically transformed data, the study attempts to offer nuanced insights into the relationship between consumption, investment, labor, and economic growth. The findings and their implications are expected to guide policy decisions and stimulate balanced and inclusive economic growth across Indonesia. The findings diverge from certain previous studies that found no significant relationship between investment and economic growth, particularly in regions outside Java. These discrepancies could be attributed to variations in data sources, temporal spans, and methodologies employed across these studies. Additionally, the research underscores the critical role of infrastructure in regional economic growth, echoing the emphasis found in the extant literature. In conclusion, the study reinforces the importance of Consumption and Investment in driving economic growth in the Bangka Belitung Islands. It further urges policymakers to prioritize balanced investment and infrastructure development, especially in regions beyond Java, to encourage more equitable economic growth across Indonesia.Penelitian ini mengkaji multilplier Effect Kosumsi dan Investasi terhadap PDRB di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Data Yang digunakan Dalam penelitian ini adlaah data panel dari 2011-2021 pada 6 Kabupaten dan 1 kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dengan alat analisis regresi linier dan Rondoom Effect Model (REM). Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan. 1. Kosumsi berpengaruh positfe dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, 2. Investasi berpengaruh positive dan signifikan terhadap PDRB.
