Education is a priority thing everyone today. Education is implemented in learning, by learning humans can develop all the potential there is in him. Learning is always related to the achievement of learning, because learning is a process while learning achievement is the result of the learning process. In the course of learning achievement levels measured by GPA (Grade Point Average). Factors that influence GPA among allowance, age, value of the UN Senior High School, many organizations, the internet long, long time to learn. Path analysis is the development of multiple regression which the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly but also indirectly affect. Based on the results of the discussion of the factors that affect the GPA is concluded that the allowance has indirect effect of -0,211, age has direct effect of age at 0,1901, the UN has direct effect of 0,258, many organizations have a direct effect of -0,3582 and has indirect effect of -0,132, the internet long direct effect of -0,2376 and has indirect effect of -0,038, long learning has a direct effect of 0,2344

Datation des carbonates impurs au Maroc à l’aide de la méthode de déséquilibre radioactif 230Th/234U

Au cours de ce travail, nous avons entrepris une série de mesures uranium, thorium sur des carbonates impurs en utilisant la méthode de dissolution totale (TSD). La correction des âges des dépôts, témoin d’une/des phase(s) humide(s) durant laquelle (lesquelles) la précipitation des carbonates a eu lieu, a été effectuée au moyen des techniques isochrones. Les résultats isotopiques obtenus montrent que: (1) le Plateau Central Marocain a connu au moins, deux phases humides, la première antérieure à 350 ka et la dernière récente au cours de l'épisode climatique Holocène, (2) la région d'Abda Doukalla a connu plusieurs épisodes de précipitations des carbonates qui datent respectivement de >350 ka, 229 ka, 140 ka, 98 ka, 42 ka et 20 ka.Mots-clés : dépôts quaternaires, déséquilibres radioactifs, spectrométrie alpha, carbonates impurs, travertin, plateau central marocain, Abda-Doukkala

The aims of this research is to investigate and explain The Effect of Career Development and Job Promotion Against the Spirit of The Work (Study on the Regional Water Company employees of Malang City). The research method was conducted by explanatory research. The participants of this research are employee of PDAM Kota Malang. The total sample is 80 respondents. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling and questionare was used for collecting data. Analysis of the data in this research was using descriptive qualitative method. Results showed that career development variables partially have significant effects against employee spirit of the work. The variable job promotion partially also has significant influence towards the employee spirit of the work. Variables for career development and job promotion has significant influence simultaneously against the employee Spirit of The Work

Pengaruh Status Pekerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Auto 2000 Sukun Malang)

This research aims to examine status of employment and working environment simultaneous and partial to employee performance . The result from multiple linear regression analysis indicates that the independent variable, status of employment and working environment , both simultaneously and partially have positive impact and significant relationship with employees' performance. Based on the results, it can be concluded that workers are satisfied and comfortable with status of employment and working environment provided by the company. Furthermore relationship between employees and leader are much better even though the employees are having different status of employment. The performance of permanent employees is better than the performance temporary employees so hopefully companies can increase their status of employment to increase employee performance

Fracture energy of wood and root burl wood of thuya (Tetraclinis articulata (Vahl) Masters)

International audienceThe fracture energy of wood and root burl wood of thuya, coming from the forest of Essaouira (Morocco), was measured using a single edge notched specimen bending (SENB) test method. The variations along the longitudinal and transverse directions were studied using specimens taken from one radial section of thuya wood and on radial section of thuya burl, originating from two different trees. Thuya burl was more resistant than thuya wood to crack propagation in RL system (in the tangential plane). This difference is explained by the presence of dark growths, composed of cells with thicker walls that make the burl wood usually denser than thuya wood. Thuya burl was more resistant to crack propagation in RL system (tangential plane) than in TL system (radial plane), which is consistent with the radial orientation of the dark growths. The observed decrease of fracture energy along the longitudinal direction was explained by the progressive reduction of dark growth concentration
