Abstract

The research purposeyis supposed to: describellfinancially compensation and compensation given non financially on worknperformance of truck driveryemployee\u27s in PT Dwi Raksa Supplier and Transporter, explain the given affect by the financially compensation andia non financiallyycompensation simultaneously on performance of work truck driveryemployee\u27s of PT Dwi Raksa Supplier and Transporter,explain partially effect giventfrom the financially compensation andi a compensation given non financially on truck driver employee\u27s of PT Dwi RaksaaSupplier and Transporter on theirdwork performance. Descriptive analytical method used on this research along with multipleylinear regression analysis, also using hypothesis testisuch as SimultantlTest (F Test) and Partial Test (t Test). The result of from this research showed there\u27s significan affect given by direct compensation and indirect compensation on work performance. The direct compensation give a significantlyeffect to Work performance, therefor the increase on direct compensation will affecting work performance increasing
