Abstract

The aims of this research is to investigate and explain The Effect of Career Development and Job Promotion Against the Spirit of The Work (Study on the Regional Water Company employees of Malang City). The research method was conducted by explanatory research. The participants of this research are employee of PDAM Kota Malang. The total sample is 80 respondents. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling and questionare was used for collecting data. Analysis of the data in this research was using descriptive qualitative method. Results showed that career development variables partially have significant effects against employee spirit of the work. The variable job promotion partially also has significant influence towards the employee spirit of the work. Variables for career development and job promotion has significant influence simultaneously against the employee Spirit of The Work
