    Measures of Organizational Effectiveness: Public Sector Performance

    -This study aims to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership, competence, OCB\ud behavior of an employee's performance against organizational effectiveness at 209 employees\ud working at the regional work units (SKPD) Provincial Government of South Sulawesi. The\ud hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Model (Analysis of Moment Structures, AMOS\ud version 18). The results of the study provide evidence that the leadership and competencies that\ud can improve OCB employee for the better. Good leadership and high competence and OCB\ud employee can increase employee performance management to a higher direction. Leadership and\ud competence cannot increase the effectiveness of the organization towards high, while the OCB\ud employee and management performance that can increase the organizational effectiveness

    The Influence of Leadership Commitment, Human Capital and Work Culture on Bureaucratic Performance Through Good Governance of Local Governments in South Sulawesi Province

    Purpose: This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership commitment, human capital, and work culture on bureaucratic performance through good governance in local governments in the province of South Sulawesi.   Theoretical framework:  Local governments face challenges in achieving effective performance and good governance. Factors such as leadership commitment, human capital, and work culture influence organizational effectiveness. Leadership commitment involves dedicated and accountable leaders, while human capital encompasses knowledge and skills. Work culture refers to shared values and behaviors. Good governance ensures transparency and accountability. Understanding these factors is crucial for improving local government performance and meeting public expectations.   Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is survey research, with questionnaires as the data collection instrument. Statistical analysis using the AMOS program is employed for data analysis.   Findings: The findings reveal the following: 1) Leadership commitment, human capital, and work culture have a positive and significant effect on good governance in local governments in South Sulawesi Province; 2) Leadership commitment, human capital, and work culture have a positive and significant influence on bureaucratic performance in local governments in South Sulawesi Province; 3) Good governance has a positive and significant influence on bureaucratic performance in local governments in South Sulawesi Province; 4) Leadership commitment, human capital, and work culture have a positive and significant effect on bureaucratic performance through good governance in local governments in South Sulawesi Province.   Research, Practical & Social implications: Implementing good governance principles can lead to more accountable and responsive local government organizations, enhancing public trust and satisfaction with government services. These insights have practical implications for policymakers and administrators seeking to enhance organizational effectiveness and serve their communities better.   Originality/value: The originality value of this study lies in its specific focus on the province of South Sulawesi and its examination of the influence of leadership commitment, human capital, and work culture on bureaucratic performance through good governance in the context of local governments

    Determinan Kinerja Petugas Imunisasi di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sigi Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

    This study aimed to analyze the effect of knowledge, attitudes, motivation, leadership, compensation to the performance of immunization workers and the factors that most influence the performance of immunization workers. This research is in the health center as much as 15 health centers Sigi. This type of research is analytic survey with cross sectional sample study.Pengambilan Sampling is done in total immunization clinic staff by 45 people. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis Chi-Square test and multiple logistic regression at α <5% Influence. The results of the analysis indicate that there is influence between knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.004), motivation (p = 0.000), leadership (p = 0.015), and compensation (p = 0:08) to the immunization clinic kenerja officer Sigi . Results of logistic regression analysis showed that knowledge (p = 0.004, Exp (B) = 14.038), is the most influential factor on the performance of immunization workers Sigi with the influence of 14.038. Conclusion: No effect of knowledge, attitudes, motivation, leadership, compensation on performance and enormous influence on the performance of knowledge of the magnitude of the effect is 14.038.Keywords: Determinant Factors, Performance Officer, Immunization Coverag

    Contractor Selection Criteria Affecting Project Performance

    Contractor selection is very important to ensure work can be done on time, on budget, and meet the quality. This study aims to analyze and understand in depth the factors of contractor selection criteria affecting project performance. The research was conducted at PT Vale Indonesia in Sorowako by taking samples of employees involved in the procurement of construction services. Data collection is done through documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis was done by factor analysis. The results show that there are three factors affecting project performance with a total cumulative variance of 61,708%. Factor I consist of conscientiousness, reputation, and cooperative relationship with eigenvalue of 3,693 and total variance of 39,930%. Factor II consists of job knowledge, job proficiency, initiative, and social skill with eigenvalue of 1,357 and total variance of 13,574%. Factor III consists of job experience, controllability, and commitment with eigenvalue of 1,120 and total variance of 11,204%. The findings of this study could be the reference of project owners in selecting contractors

    Perkembangan yang signifikan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Islam menjadi salah satu bukti bahwa negara Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki jumlah penduduk umat muslim terbesar di dunia. Adanya pertambahan jumlah penduduk semakin meningkat pula dalam sektor Ekonomi Islam di Indonesia. Salah satu aktivitas dalam peningkatan ekonomi yaitu membayar zakat. Saat ini sudah masuk era digital, sejak mewabahnya virus corona sehingga aktivitas masyarakat dibatasi. Namun aktivitas membayar zakat terus dapat di lakukan masyarakat melalui program Digital Fundrising yang dilakukan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membahas mengenai 1) formulasi manajemen strategik Digital Fundrising 2) implementasi manajemen strategik Digital Fundrising, 3) evaluasi manajemen strategik digital fundrising dalam meningkatkan minat muzakki. Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam strategik yang dilakukan BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam digital fundrising dana zakat. Berdasarkan tujuan diatas maka penulis mengambil teori David dan David (2013) menjelaskan bahwa manajemen strategik merupakan seni dan pengetahuan dalam menformulasi, mengimplementasikan, serta mengevaluasi keputusan lintas fungsional yang memampukan sebuah organisasi mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik mengumpulkan data melalui proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis, menjabarkan, meringkas berbagai kondisi dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dan disesuaikan dari pola umum ke khusus agar hasil penelitian mudah dipahami. Adapun dalam hasil penelitian ini pada proses formulasi digital fundrising zakat diawali dengan menetukan tujuan, membuat tim, serta menentukan target sasaran.Dalam implementasi digital fundrising dilakukan dengan pelatihan, pembaharuan IT Support serta mengembangkan sistem. Serta dalam evaluasi digital fundrising dapat menarik perhatian donatur untuk ikut serta dalam membayar zakat, lebih terorganisir sistem keamanan data, serta dapat meminimalisir pengeluara biaya operasional. Hasil data dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategik digital fundrising sangat membantu dalam peningkatan minat muzakki dan berhasil mengambil perhatian dalam penambahan muzakki baru dalam proses digital fundrising zakat di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Jawa Barat

    This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix toward Customer Satisfaction And Customer Loyalty Novotel Novotel Grand Shayla City Center. This research uses descriptive approach and verifikatif research. Descriptive research is a study that aims to obtain a description of the characteristics of variables (marketing mix strategy, loyalty and satisfaction). Verifikatif research is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship between variables through a hypothesis testing using path analysis method with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 applications.The results showed that partially marketing mix have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, marketing mix have positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, and satisfaction have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty.     Human resources are very important factor in an organization or government in providing services to the public. This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Selection and Placement Against Job Satisfaction and Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Keerom Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Therefore, before doing the research the researcher must find the problems and hypotheses to be tested based on the specified criteria and path analysis tool using SPSS 24.0 for windows software. The result of this research shows that partial selection and job placement have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction, job selection and placement have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction, job selection and placement have positive and significant influence on performance, job satisfaction has positive influence and significant to performance. The job satisfaction in this research can mediate the influence of selection and job placement on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Keerom Regency
