EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH DARING DENGAN MODEL CIPP

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji terkait evaluasi program pembelajaran sejarah daring disekolah dengan model CIPP yang terdiri dari evaluasi konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Model CIPP dalam penelitian ini meliputi evaluasi konteks yang diterapkan pada media pembelajaran, evaluasi masukan yang diterapkan pada kinerja guru, evaluasi proses yang diterapkan pada sikap siswa, dan evaluasi produk yang diterapkan pada kecakapan akademik siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model CIPP  dinilai tepat dalam mengevaluasi program pembelajaran sejarah daring, karena semua komponen dalam model CIPP dapat mengevalusi masing-masing sasaran evaluasi secara lebih komprehensif

Penerapan Hak Cuti Haid pada Tenaga Kerja Perempuan di SMP Nusaibah Leadership Islamic Boarding School

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan permasalahan yang ada dalam penerapan hak cuti haid pada tenaga kerja perempuan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang mengacu pada data kualitatif berbentuk kata-kata lisan atau tulisan yang dicermati oleh peneliti dan item-item yang dilihat secara rinci untuk menangkap makna yang bisa disimpulkan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di SMP Nusaibah Leadership Islamic Boarding School, penerapan pemberian cuti haid bagi pekerja perempuan diatur dalam Pasal 81 ayat 1 dan 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Penerapannya, berupa pemberian izin untuk tidak bekerja karena sakit. Tetapi untuk mendapatkan izin tidak bekerja sangat sulit karena beberapa faktor yang menghambat penerapan hak cuti haid, antara lain minimnya pemahaman pekerja perempuan tentang hak cuti haid, timbulnya kecemburuan sosial antar pekerja khususnya pekerja laki-laki, kurangnya tenaga kerja juga menjadi faktor penghambat mendapat hak cuti haid

PAKAN RACIK ORGANIK DARI BUAH SERI

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang berjudul: ‘Pakan Racik Organik dari Buah Seri’ bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir dan keahlian yang mandiri secara ekonomi; membantu menciptakan lapangan usaha guna meningkatan pendapatan mitra. Mitra pada PKM ini adalah kelompok pencinta burung kicau yaitu : Nirwana Bird Club dan Oversize Bird Club. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kepada mitra tentang manfaat buah seri serta pentingnya menggunakan pakan organik untuk burung kicau dan proses pembuatan pakan racik organik. Program kemitraan masyarakat diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan oleh mitra secara mandiri guna mengurangi konsumsi pakan kimia, mengurangi pengeluaran pembelian pakan kimia, mampu memproduksi dan memasarkan pakan racik organik

The role of information quality processing in determining purchase intentions through social psychological distance

The expansion of e-commerce users in Indonesia parallels the growing internet penetration. However, this does not necessarily positively affect e-commerce service providers, as there are other obstacles, including a healthy environment. Because the quality of the information in e-commerce is maintained, a healthy ecosystem develops. Consequently, this study will delve deeper into the significance of information quality in e-commerce services. Data gathered from 143 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) reveal that the quality of information has a positive and statistically significant effect on purchase intention via social psychological distance and trust

MAPPING SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY ON SWEET POTATO COMMODITY IN MEDAN CITY

The concept of supply chain management (SCM) has been widely used but is limited to industrial products, while in agriculture, especially fresh products, it has received little attention. In fact, when viewed from the characteristics of the product, agri-fresh supply chain management (FSCM) is very necessary. This study was carried out in addition to identifying the supply chain of sweet potato which is an important food crop in North Sumatra as well as being an additional reference in research that focuses on sweet potato commodities.This research was conducted in the area of Sei Beras Sekata, Sunggal, Deli Serdang. Respondents are actors in the supply chain, starting from farmers to consumers. The sample is determined through the snowball sampling technique because there is no sample frame. There were 29 informants in this study consisting of farmers, collectors, agents, traders and consumers.The research showed that there are three sweet potato supply chain lines, involving four marketing agencies. The first channel is a supply chain channel without intermediaries, meaning that farmers sell directly to consumers. The second channel is a channel with one intermediary, where farmers first sell sweet potatoes to retailers and then retailers sell to consumers. The third channel is the channel that has the longest chain, which involves collectors, agents, and retailers

ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI JAGUNG

The experiment was conducted using the case study method. Aims to analyze how much influence the use of factors of production, namely land area (X1), seeds (X2), fertilizer (X3), the production of maize (Y). Value of coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was 0.99, meaning that the influence of the factors of production to production can be explained by the four independent variables (X) of 99%, the rest is explained by other factors outside of the study. F value - count 19.45> F-table at 2.78 level of 95% thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Simultaneously means there is a real influence among broad land, seed, fertilizer, and labor to the production of corn. Partially significantly affect seed production, while the area of land, fertilizer, and labor did not significantly affect corn production. From the calculation results obtained scale RTS value = 0.98, thus smaller than the RTS (εp <1) then this indicates a state of decreasing returns to scale, which means additional input of land, seed, fertilizer, and labor respectively - each additional 1% exceeded production by 0.98%.Keywords: factors of production, production, Return to Scal

Busana, Tubuh, dan Maskulinitas Hegemonik dalam Novel No Knives in the Kitchens of This City

This article discusses how the author describes Sawsan's body and clothing and whether Sawsan is controlled by a system of hegemonic masculinity and male gaze. This study uses descriptive-analytical method to get a detailed description or description of the main character in Khaled Khalifa’s novel No Knives in the Kitchens of this City as the object of the study. The data in this study are all corpuses related to the main character collected by marking, rewriting, and grouping according to the research questions raised. All data collected ware analyzed qualitatively with relevant concepts and approaches. The study indicates that the main character, Sawsan, was a woman who opposes and even destroys the rules and customs of her family and is dubbed as irrepressible. In addition, this study also shows that Sawsan looked an independent and uncontrolled woman; though her body and clothing remain under control of a system that occupied her perception of herself as a woman. Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that Sawsan is dominated by male perceptions including hegemonic masculinity and man's gaze towards her body that influenced her psychological conditions such as being proud, confident, and insulted. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pengarang mendeskripsikan tubuh dan busana Sawsan dan apakah Sawsan terkontrol dengan suatu sistem yang disebut maskulinitas hegemonik dan male gaze.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis untuk mendapatkan deskripsi atau uraian detail mengenai tokoh utama di dalam novel No Knives in the Kitchens of this City karya Khaled Khalifa sebagai objek kajiannya. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh korpus yang berhubungan dengan tokoh utama yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menandai, menuliskan kembali, dan mengelompokkan sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan. Seluruh data terkumpul dianalisis secra kualitatif dengan konsep dan pendekatan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tokoh Sawsan merupakan seorang perempuan yang menentang bahkan merusak tata aturan dan adat istiadat keluarganya sehingga dijuluki sang pemberontak. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan meskipun Sawsan terlihat sebagai seorang wanita yang mandiri, bebas, dan tidak bisa diatur; tubuh dan busananya tetap terkontrol oleh suatu sistem yang menguasai persepsi akan dirinya sendiri sebagai seorang wanita. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sawsan dikuasai oleh persepsi laki-laki termasuk maskulinitas hegemonik dan male gaze terhadap tubuhnya dan mempengaruhi keadaan jiwanya seperti membuat bangga, percaya diri, dan terhina. يكشف هذا المقال عن شخصية سوسان في رواية خالد خليفة بعنوان " لا سكاكين في مطابيخ هذه المدينة"، وهي امرأة متمردة تعارض قواعد عائلتها وتُلقب بـ "المتمردين". على الرغم من أن سوسن تبدو مستقلة ولا يمكن التحكم فيها، إلا أن جسمه وملابسه يسيطر عليهما نظام يتحكم في تصوره لنفسه. و تتناول هذه الدراسة كيف يصف المؤلف جسد سوسن وملابسه وما إذا كان سوسان يسيطر عليه نظام يسمى الذكورة المهيمنة ونظرة الذكور أو نظرة الذكور. و تستخدم هذه الدراسة طربقة وصفية تحليلية للحصول على بيانات وصفية من الوصف والتفاصيل في الرواية. بناءً على تحليل البيانات، استنتج الباحث أن سوسن تهيمن عليه تصورات الرجال بما في ذلك الذكورة المهيمنة ونظرة الذكور نحو جسمه وتؤثر على حالته العقلية مثل جعله فخورًا، واثقًا، ومهينًا

A Contrastive Analysis of Adjuncts Regarding their Manner of Expression in English and Persian

AbstractThe present study aims at investigating the manner of expression of adjuncts in English and Persian based on (Halliday, 2004). Halliday's categorization of adjuncts into “interpersonal, textual, and experiential” was adopted to classify the collected examples of adjuncts. Some English novels and their Persian translations were investigated and more than 220 adjuncts were identified in the two languages. Based on (Halliday, 2004), these adjuncts were categorized into “interpersonal, experiential and textual”. By employing descriptive and inferential statistics, the results were analyzed. The findings obtained by running statistical operations revealed that English and Persian use almost the similar tools (adverbial, prepositional phrase, and clause) to express experiential adjuncts. However, it was found that the two contrasted languages do not use the same linguistic tools to express interpersonal and textual adjuncts
