    Islam is a comprehensive religion. Islam is not only discussing about the dimension of ukhrowi (hereafter) but also world. One of that dimension is practicing of entrepreneur. Practicing of entrepreneur is one of the way to get a performance's successful. In Islamic perspective, the success of muslimpreneur performance is associated in word of Al falah. Al falah is a success concept for muslimpreneur in the world and hereafter. There are many factors that affect the success of muslimpreneur performance. Human intelligent as the main factor surrounding of that. According to the phenomenon, this research aims to examine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual quotient toward the muslimpreneur performance. This research used descriptive analityc method. The population of this research is the Islamic small entreprise in Purwakarta regent with 86 number of samples. Double-linier-regression is used as analysis instrument. Library and field research as the dimension of research through questionnaire. The result of this research indicates first, partially, the muslimpreneur performance is insignificantly affected by intellectual and emotional quotient variable. Only the spiritual quotient that significantly affects toward the muslimpreneur perfomance. Second, simultanously, the muslimpreneur performance is significantly affected by the variable of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual quotient. This research is limited in independend variable. Exploring the most essential independen variable should be done in order to get better result.     Multi-spin dynamics of the solid-state NMR Free Induction Decay

    We present a new experimental investigation of the NMR free induction decay (FID) in a lattice of spin-1/2 nuclei in a strong Zeeman field. Following a pi/2 pulse, evolution under the secular dipolar Hamiltonian preserves coherence number in the Zeeman eigenbasis, but changes the number of correlated spins in the state. The observed signal is seen to decay as single-spin, single-quantum coherences evolve into multiple-spin coherences under the action of the dipolar Hamiltonian. In order to probe the multiple-spin dynamics during the FID, we measured the growth of coherence orders in a basis other than the usual Zeeman eigenbasis. This measurement provides the first direct experimental observation of the growth of coherent multiple-spin correlations during the FID. Experiments were performed with a cubic lattice of spins (19F in calcium fluoride) and a linear spin chain (19F in fluorapatite). It is seen that the geometrical arrangement of the spins plays a significant role in the development of higher order correlations. The results are discussed in light of existing theoretical models.Comment: 7 pages, 6 figure

    Analisis arus-voltan bagi pengubahsuaian proses fabrikasi sel suria silikon jenis-p ke atas wafer silikon jenis-n

    Sel suria adalah peranti semikonduktor yang menukar tenaga matahari kepada tenaga elektrik. Sel suria generasi pertama terdiri dari sel suria silikon (Si). Pada masa ini, hampir 90% daripada pasaran pengeluaran fotovolta (PV) adalah berdasarkan wafer Si. Ini disebabkan oleh kecekapan dan ketahanan yang tinggi serta jangka hayat yang lama iaitu selama 30 tahun. Proses pemfabrikasian piawai bagi sel suria Si dimulakan dengan proses pencucian dan penteksturan wafer Si, difusi Fosforus untuk pembentukan pemancar, pembentukan elektrod atas dan bawah melalui proses cetakan skrin dan proses pembakaran yang melengkapkan fabrikasi sel suria. Dalam industri, proses piawai ini dilakukan pada wafer Si jenis-p. Wafer jenis-n pula mempunyai potensi yang tinggi untuk menghasilkan sel suria Si yang berkecekapan tinggi. Namun, proses untuk menghasilkan sel suria silikon atas Si wafer jenis-n melalui proses yang lebih rumit dan lama seperti dua peringkat proses difusi menjadikan wafer jenis-p digunakan secara meluas kerana dapat merendahkan kos pemfabrikasian. Dalam penyelidikan ini, analisis bagi arus-voltan bagi sel suria Si jenis-n yang difabrikasi menggunakan adaptasi proses fabrikasi piawai bagi wafer Si jenis-p akan dibincangkan. Daripada kajian simulasi menggunakan perisian PC1D, didapati bahawa kecekapan bagi sel suria jenis-p dan jenis-n yang difabrikasi dengan kaedah yang sama adalah 19.63% dan 20.16%. Manakala keputusan eksperimen menunjukkan kecekapan sebanyak 9.44% dan 5.51% bagi sel suria jenis-p dan jenis-n

    Optimization of dye extraction from Cordyline fruticosa via response surface methodology to produce a natural sensitizer for dye-sensitized solar cells

    AbstractIn the present work, the application of response surface methodology (RSM) for the optimization of process parameters in the chlorophyll extraction from Cordyline fruticosa leaves was performed. The absorbance of the extract obtained from the extraction process under different conditions was estimated using the D-optimal design in RSM. Three different process parameters such as the nature of organic solvent based on their boiling point (ethanol, methanol, and acetonitrile), pH (4–8) and extraction temperature (50–90°C) were optimized for chlorophyll extraction. The effects of these parameters on the absorbance or concentration of the extract were evaluated using ANOVA results of quadratic polynomial regression. The results showed a high R2 and adjusted R2 correlation coefficients of 0.9963 and 0.9921 respectively. Moreover, the analysis of the final quadric model based on the design experiments indicated an optimal extraction condition of pH of 7.99, extraction temperature of 78.33°C, and a solvent boiling point, 78°C. The predicted absorbance was 1.006, which is in good agreement with the experimentally obtained result of 1.04 at 665nm wavelength. The application of pigment obtained under the optimal condition was further evaluated as a sensitizer for the dye sensitized solar cells. Maximum solar conversion efficiency (η) of 0.5% was achieved for the C. fruticosa leaf extract obtained under the optimum extraction conditions. Furthermore, the exposure of the leaf pigment to 100mW/cm2 simulated sunlight yielded a short circuit photocurrent density (Isc) of 1.3mA, open circuit voltage (Voc) of 616mV, and a fill factor (ff) of 60.16%

    Efficient Photoelectrochemical Performance of Gamma Irradiated gC3N4 and its g-C3N4@BiVO4 Heterojunction for Solar Water Splitting

The final version is available from the American Chemical Society via the DOI in this recordComprehensive experimental and density functional theory simulations have been performed for the enhanced photoelectrochemical performance of gamma irradiated g-C3N4 and its heterojunction with BiVO4. The structure and morphology of g-C3N4@BiVO4 as a heterojunction were analyzed and verified from the correlation of experimental and theoretical data. It is found that gamma radiations have changed the bonding structure of g-C3N4 which ultimately reduces the optical bandgap energy. Moreover, the performance of gamma-irradiated g-C3N4 is two-fold, compared to that of non-irradiated one; increases from 3.59 to 5.86 µAcm-2 at 1.23 V versus Ag/AgCl in 0.5 M Na2SO4 electrolyte solution (pH 7). Finally, it is observed that the performance of gamma irradiated g-C3N4 in g-C3N4@BiVO4 heterojunction increased from 0.53 mA cm-2 to 1.38 mA cm-2, compared to that of the non–irradiated one. In summary, it has been concluded that gamma-irradiated g-C3N4 and its heterojunction is potentially be applied in PEC solar water splitting.National University of Malaysi

    Utilization of natural dyes from Zingiber officinale leaves and Clitoria ternatea flowers to prepare new photosensitisers for dye-sensitised solar cells

    Chlorophyll and ternatin were extracted from Zingiber officinale leaves and Clitoria ternatea flowers respectively. These natural dyes were applied as sensitisers in TiO2-based dye-sensitised solar cells (DSSCs). Among 10 different solvents, the ethanol extracts revealed the highest absorption spectra of natural dyes extracted from Z. officinale and C. ternatea. A major effect of temperature increase was the increased extraction yield. High chlorophyll and ternatin yields were obtained under extraction temperatures of 80 °C and 70 °C, respectively. A notable decrease in C. ternatea dye concentration at temperatures >70 °C was also observed. High dye concentrations were obtained using acidic extraction solutions, particularly those with a pH value of 4. Experimental results showed that the DSSC fabricated with chlorophyll extracted from Z. officinale leaves exhibited a conversion efficiency of 0.30%, open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.56 V, short-circuit current (Isc) of 0.8 mA/cm−2 and fill factor (FF) of 57.93%. The DSSC sensitized with ternatin from C. ternatea flowers displayed a conversion efficiency of 0.13%, Voc of 0.54 V, Isc of 0.3 mA/cm−2 and FF of 81.82%

    Effects of deposition time on of cobalt sulfide thin film electrode formation

    Cobalt sulfide counter electrodes (CE) were prepared using the electrodeposition and ionic exchange deposition method on the fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO). Time deposition effect of thin film were analyzed by using a field emission scanning X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission electron microscope (FESEM), atomic force microscopic (AFM), and profilometry. The electrocatalytic activities of electrode were measured using cyclic voltammetry (CV) analysis. The growth of cobalt sulfide structure was confirmed by XRD. Therefore, the optimum deposition time of cobalt sulfide thin film electrode at 10 min was exhibiting the higher electrocatalytic activity with cathodic current and surface roughness of -3.36 mA.cm-2 and 34 nm, respectively

    Sel suria digunakan untuk menawan foton untuk menjana tenaga. Walau bagaimanapun, penambahbaikan sel diperlukan untuk meningkatkan jumlah penangkapan foton dan juga untuk meningkatkan kecekapan sel. Ini melibatkan keseluruhan proses pembuatan sel, dengan proses penyepuhlindapan adalah salah satu daripada langkah penting yang perlu dioptimumkan. Percetakan perlogaman menggunakan dwi pembakaran merupakan kaedah yang paling biasa digunakan dalam penghasilan sel suria kristal secara komersial. Aluminium (Al) digunakan pada bahagian belakang sel sebagai medan permukaan belakang dan penyambung belakang manakala perak (Ag) dicetak pada bahagian hadapan sebagai grid pemungut. Proses dwi pembakaran bagi komponen ini adalah penting dalam menentukan kecekapan sel. Oleh itu, dalam kajian ini, rawatan pembakaran telah dikaji dengan menggunakan relau tiub kuarza (QTF) dengan perubahan suhu pembakaran (700, 750, 800 and 850°C) sebagai satu percubaan untuk mendapatkan kecekapan yang tinggi serta meningkatkan kesan pemirauan persimpangan Ag. Apabila suhu meningkat, sifat elektrik sel suria dwi-muka juga turut meningkat. Kebergantungan suhu menunjukkan rintangan pirau yang tinggi disebabkan oleh proses penyejukan yang pantas selepas proses pembakaran dan seterusnya membawa kepada faktor isi dan kecekapan sel yang tinggi
