Pengaruh Insentif Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Kota Batu, Jawa Timur)
This study was conducted to observe of the impact of incentives and motivation on employee performance, which is an important issue in a number of organizations. This research is explanatory research, where researchers conducted observations in research data collection and record data such as presence, analyze and explaining the data. The study took place in CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Batu by taking all employees as the population. It is based on the total number of employees who only reached 104 people. So that the sampling in this study randomized and the amount of samples taken for 83 respondents. The purpose of this research is to understand the significant effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance in CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Batu partially. And to investigate the incentives and motivation have a significant influences on employee performances. Overall this study it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant impact on employee performance do simultaneously and partially. From here it can be seen that both the independent variables were the most dominant influence on employee performance is incentives because it has highest beta coefficient and t quantification
Strategi Pengolahan Sampah Plastik di Tempat Wisata
Kehadiran sampah plastik di tempat wisata menjadi salah
satu masalah serius di berbagai tempat wisata di dunia termasuk di
Indonesia. Sampah plastik dapat menyebabkan pencemaran serta
kerusakan lingkungan membahayakan kesehatan penduduk di
sekitarnya. Meskipun sering dianggap enteng, mengolah sampah
plastik dari tempat wisata memerlukan ketelitian, ketalatenan dan
usaha sungguh-sungguh. Namun cara yang paling sederhana untuk
mencegah pencemaran plastik di tempat wisata dengan
meningkatkan kepedulian pengunjung terhadap kebersihan tempat
wisata melalui metode 3R (reduce, reuse dan recycle)

Regiospecific Reduction of 4,6-Dinitrobenzimidazoles : Synthesis, Characterization, and Biological Evaluation
International audienceThe regiospecific reduction of 4,6-dinitrobenzimidazole derivatives leading to the corresponding 4-amino-6-nitrobenzimidazoles was studied. The identification of the formed product structures was accomplished by spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction data. The anticancer and antiparasitic activities of the synthesized compounds were examined, and promising activities against Toxoplasma gondii and Leishmania major parasites were discovered for certain 4,6-dinitrobenzimidazoles in addition to moderate anticancer activities of the 4-amino-6-nitrobenzimidazole derivatives against T. gondii cells. However, the tumor cell experiments revealed a promising sensitivity of p53-negative colon cancer cells to these compounds. © 2023 The Authors. DESTILASI AIR LAUT DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN PANAS MATAHARI MENGGUNAKAN REFLEKTOR CERMIN CEKUNG UNTUK MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN AIR DI DESA RANGAI TRITUNGGAL LAMPUNG SELATAN
Provinsi Lampung memiliki garis pantai yang cukup panjang yaitu sekitar 81.000 km. Namun,pasokan air bersih di wilayah pesisir pantai sangatlah terbatas terutama pada daerah-daerah yang padat penduduk.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan air bersih di daerah pesisir masyarakat Desa Rangai Tri Tunggal, Lampung Selatan.Metode penentuan perumusan masalah dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara warga di Desa Rangai Tri Tunggal, Lampung Selatan.Pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, kami membuat alat destilasi air laut untuk memperoleh air tawar berupa alat reflektor cermin cekungyang memanfaatkanpanas energi matahari.Reflektor cermin cekung memiliki diameter 1,8 meter, tinggi cermin 0,4m dan titik fokusnya 0,45m. Reflektor cermin cekung diletakkan di atas tanah dan disinari langsung matahari. Kolektor yang berisi sampel air laut diletakkan diatas reflektor tepat pada posisi titik fokus untuk melakukan proses destilasi. Waktu pengamatan penggunaan reflektor cermin dilakukan selama 7 hari pada cuaca cerah dan dimulai pukul 8 pagi hingga 4 sore. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan dihasilkan temperatur maksimum suhu destilasi air laut yang didapat menggunakan reflektor cermin cekung adalah 79,4˚C dengan hasil destilasi air tawar diperoleh rata - rata sebesar 508 ml dari volume awal air laut sebesar 2 liter.Provinsi Lampung memiliki garis pantai yang cukup panjang yaitu sekitar 81.000 km. Impact of Plasmodium falciparum infection on the frequency of moderate to severe anaemia in children below 10 years of age in Gabon
BACKGROUND: Improving the understanding of childhood malarial anaemia may help in the design of appropriate management strategies.
METHODS: A prospective observational study over a two-year period to assess the burden of anaemia and its relationship to Plasmodium falciparum infection and age was conducted in 8,195 febrile Gabonese children.
RESULTS: The proportion of children with anaemia was 83.6% (n = 6830), higher in children between the ages of six and 23 months. Those under three years old were more likely to develop moderate to severe anaemia (68%). The prevalence of malaria was 42.7% and P. falciparum infection was more frequent in children aged 36-47 months (54.5%). The proportion of anaemic children increased with parasite density (p 60%), but was unrelated to P. falciparum parasitaemia.
CONCLUSION: Malaria is one of the main risk factors for childhood anaemia which represents a public health problem in Gabon. The risk of severe malarial anaemia increases up the age of three years. Efforts to improve strategies for controlling anaemia and malaria are needed
