Linguistic Creativity in LiveJournal (by the example of E Kaspersky’s blog)

The article is devoted to the study of the linguistic features of the online Eugene Kaspersky’s blog, where he reports the problems of IT security software and narrates his travels in different corners of the Earth. The affiliation of the linguistic personality of E. Kaspersky to the elitist type is postulated. Some author's heuristic strategies associated with the methods of the language game are characterized: playing the homonymy of the gala-element in the headings of the posts on the flora and fauna of the Galapagos Islands; puns; reflection on the suffix ways of making joking nominations; the formation of occasionalisms according to models of compound words with the interfix “о” and compound words. The frame theory is used to analyze occasional compound words. It is concluded that the greater the distance between the frames in the cognitive component of the nomination, the more pronounced the result of the language game.Статья посвящена изучению лингвистических особенностей онлайн-дневника Евгения Касперского, повествующего о проблемах программного обеспечения IT-безопасности и путешествиях в различных уголках Земли. Постулируется принадлежность языковой личности Е. Касперского к элитарному типу. Характеризируются некоторые авторские эвристические стратегии, сопряжённые с приёмами языковой игры: обыгрывание омонимии элемента гала- в заголовках постов о флоре и фауне Галапагосских островов; каламбурные образования; рефлексия над суффиксальными способами образования шутливых номинаций; образование окказионализмов по моделям сложных слов с интерфиксом -о- и сложносоставных слов. Для анализа окказиональных сложносоставных слов применяется теория фреймов. Делается вывод о том, что чем больше расстояние между фреймами в когнитивной составляющей номинации, тем сильнее выражен результат языковой игры

‘Gate’ Derivatives and Theory of Variable Interpretation of Reality4

The article is devoted to the study of the intentional construction of new words by the addressee in order to manipulate the consciousness of the addressee of mass communication. The material of the research was the discursive implementations of derivatives with the -gate component in the meaning of ‛scandal’ from the Russian print and electronic media for the period from 1977 to 2020, collected by the author, as well as text fragments extracted from the National Corpus of the Russian. It is shown that in the metonymic conceptualization of the denotative situation of a scandal with the help of derivatives from the gate basis, the addressees of mass communication choose 5 areas-sources: “the object of the scandal”; “participant in the scandal”; “geographic localization of the scandal”; “occupation of the participants in the event”; “Participant in the scandal + occupation of the participants in the scandal”. The author makes a conclusion about the participation of derivatives with the -gate component in the organization of annihilating, fingering and modal transformations of statements, as well as in the implementation of the method of redesignating an object and imposing a presupposition. A correlation has been established between the areas-sources of metonymic conceptualization of the denotative situation of the scandal and the functions of derivatives with the -gate component. It was revealed that among the derivatives from the gate base participating in the implementation of the VIR (variable interpretation of reality) techniques, derivatives with the source region “participant in the scandal” prevail

Laboratory of Linguistic Meanings Within Communication Trends of the Post-Literacy Era

The article investigates the problem of forming polyliteracy within the framework of the University Laboratory of Linguistic Meanings. The choice of activities is justified: ontolinguistics; Russian as a foreign language; linguoecol ogy; creative linguistics. The paper describes the following forms of work: virtual Museum “Samara linguistic school”; linguistic club “Language and the world”; international recitation competition; online conferences with leading linguists; interactive classes; regional interuniversity linguistic competition. Supply Chain Management in the Financial Markets

Abstract- The article studies the phenomenon of supply chain management, which is most evident in financial markets along with other areas. Supply chain management has been attracting attention of researchers in relation to the explanation of the investment decision-making process in the financial markets. The article examines approaches to management from perspectives of different theories. Currently, the functioning of the financial markets has seen to become more complicated that hinders the technical analysis of the markets. Agents making decisions in the financial markets are more prone now to demonstrate massive behavior due to restricted information availability. It was revealed that supply chain management is most likely the underlying cause for bank crises and financial bubbles. It was found that management also leads to excess market volatility and mispriced stocks

ДИСТАНЦИОННАЯ РАБОТА КАК ПЕРСПЕКТИВНАЯ ФОРМА ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ТРУДА ДЛЯ РОССИЙСКИХ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСКИХ СТРУКТУР

Remote work (telecommuting) is one of the modern technologies of the organization of the labor process, which is not yet widely used in domestic practice. However, in times of crisis, when entrepreneurial structures seek for the maximum reduction of expenses, it can be a tool to address many of the pressing issues related to the most effective use of production and labor resources.The article discusses the features of the remote work on a world level and in our country, detected its strengths and weaknesses for the participants of labour relations, as well as revealed the potential of this form of labor organization for achievement of optimum balance between expenses and efficiency of entrepreneurial structures.Дистанционная (удаленная) работа – одна из современных технологий организации трудового процесса, которая пока не получила широкого распространения в отечественной практике. Однако в период кризиса, когда предпринимательские структуры стремятся к максимальному сокращению издержек, она может стать инструментом для решения многих насущных вопросов, связанных с максимально эффективным использованием производственных и трудовых ресурсов.В статье рассматриваются особенности развития дистанционной работы на мировом уровне и в нашей стране, выявляются ее сильные и слабые стороны для участников трудовых отношений, а также раскрывается потенциал этой формы организации труда для достижения оптимального баланса между затратами и продуктивностью предпринимательских структур

Малое и среднее предпринимательство в отечественном трансакционном секторе

Purpose: to study the significance of small and medium enterprises for the functioning of the modern Russian transaction sector.Methods: the paper used General scientific research methods: analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization. The study used a comparative method and elements of economic analysis. The article also uses a graphical method of presenting information. The study was carried out on the basis of official statistical data provided by the Federal State Statistics Service of Russia.Results: to achieve this goal, the article solves the following tasks: 1) A review analysis of the current state of the domestic transaction sector based on the study of statistical data on the activities of Russian enterprises and organizations. This formed the basis for further research. 2) Analyzed indicators of small and medium enterprises in the transaction types of economic activity. This made it possible to identify their role in the functioning of the transaction sector. 3) Studied the statistical indicators of the financial condition of small and medium organizations of the transaction sector, which showed the problems of their activities.Conclusions and Relevance: currently, the transaction sector is a significant part of the domestic economy. This is evidenced by a General analysis of the statistical characteristics of the activities of Russian enterprises and organizations. At the same time, the majority of enterprises engaged in transactional activities have a private form of ownership. The study of the activities of small and medium enterprises showed that today more than half of them work in the transaction areas. In this regard, small and medium businesses can be considered an integral and very important part of the modern transaction sector. The flagship of the transactional activity in the business environment is small businesses. Their indicators significantly exceed the corresponding values of medium organizations. In addition, the main role of small enterprises is due to the immanent properties of small-scale companies. Nevertheless, the analysis of indicators of the financial condition of small and medium enterprises of transaction activities revealed their weak business and commercial efficiency, the presence of problems of solvency and financial stability. This threatens not only the viability of enterprises, but also the efficient functioning of the transactional sector. In this regard, there is a need to develop and conduct systemic activities aimed at supporting the development of Russian small and medium enterprises, as well as stimulating the development of the entire domestic transaction sector, consistent with the general strategy of economic development of Russia.Цель: Целью статьи является определение значимости малого и среднего предпринимательства для функционирования современного отечественного трансакционного сектора.Методология проведения работы: В работе использовались общенаучные методы исследования: анализ и синтез, абстрагирование, обобщение; применены сравнительный метод и элементы экономического анализа, а также графический метод представления информации. Исследование выполнено на основе официальных статистических данных, предоставляемых федеральной службой государственной статистики России.Результаты работы: Для достижения поставленной цели в статье последовательно решены следующие исследовательские задачи: 1) выполнен обзорный анализ текущего состояния отечественного трансакционного сектора на основе изучения статистических данных о деятельности российских предприятий и организаций, что составило базу для дальнейшего исследования; 2) проанализированы показатели субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в трансакционных видах экономической деятельности, что позволило выявить их роль в функционировании трансакционного сектора; 3) изучены статистические показатели финансового состояния малых и средних организаций трансакционного сектора, которые показали проблематику их деятельности.Выводы: В настоящее время трансакционный сектор является значительной частью отечественной экономики, о чем свидетельствует общий анализ статистических характеристик деятельности российских предприятий и организаций; при этом большинство предприятий, осуществляющих трансакционную деятельность, имеет частную форму собственности. Изучение деятельности субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства показало, что на сегодняшний день более половины из них работает в трансакционных областях, в связи с чем малый и средний бизнес можно с уверенностью считать неотъемлемой и весьма важной частью современного трансакционного сектора. Флагманом трансакционной деятельности в предпринимательской среде являются малые предприятия, показатели которых заметно превосходят соответствующие значения средних организаций, а кроме того, их основная роль обусловлена имманентными свойствами компаний небольшого масштаба. Тем не менее, анализ показателей финансового состояния малого и среднего предпринимательства трансакционных видов деятельности выявил их слабую деловую и коммерческую эффективность, присутствие проблем платежеспособности и финансовой устойчивости, что угрожает не только жизнеспособности предприятий, но и эффективному функционированию трансакционного сектора. В связи с этим обозначена необходимость разработки и проведения системных мероприятий, направленных как на поддержку развития российского малого и среднего бизнеса, так и на стимулирование развития всего отечественного трансакционного сектора, согласованного с общей стратегией экономического развития страны

The results of the interuniversity scientific-practical conference in Povolzhsky Orthodox Institute (Tolyatti) are presented. It is reported that the forum discussed questions related to the comprehension of the historical experience of revolutions and the fall of the monarchy in the Russian society. Also the subject of discussion at the conference was the influence of Christianity and antiquity on the formation of religious-philosophical, moral, aesthetic and artistic principles of Russian and European cultures

Дистанционная работа как тренд времени: результаты массового опыта

Purpose: is to study the experience of mass implementation of remote work (telecommuting) in Russian companies during the isolation regime caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, to assess the opportunities for further development of this type of labor relations and emerging trends in the labor market.Methods: to accomplish the research tasks, universal general scientific methods are used: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, analogy, comparison, forecasting. The paper uses secondary analysis and interpretation of applied research data related to remote work issues. Also in the study the elements of statistical and structural-functional analysis are used. Results: we have studied the research conducted during the pandemic in relation to the opinions of employers and staff of Russian organizations about the experience of remote work. This made it possible to identify groups of its negative and positive factors. The main problem for everyone was the shortcomings of the organization of the remote work process, which affected the efficiency of labor. The main advantage was the economic benefits of the remote format. According to experts, today Russians have an interest and sufficient readiness for remote work. This is confirmed by the identified characteristics of the domestic labor force and data on the level of their digital literacy. However, on the part of employers, the continuation of this practice raises a considerable number of questions. Their problems are caused by a whole list of organizational factors that can neutralize the positive effect of the introduction of a new type of labor relations. At the same time, experts expect to increase the use of remote work in Russia, as well as expanding the scope of its application. The reviewed foreign experience shows a number of very successful examples of remote activities of English-speaking companies. International research reports predict a further increase in the spread of remote work. This will affect even those countries of the world where remote work was not widespread before the crisis.Conclusions and Relevance: despite the advantages and disadvantages, the practice obtained during the isolation regime revealed the potential of remote work and played a role of a catalyst in the development of this format of labor relations in Russia. Among the main trends emerging in the labor market are: improving the legal framework of remote labor relations, developing forms of remote work and labor management, applying it in new areas of activity and increasing the staff of companies working remotely.Цель представленной работы – изучение опыта массового внедрения дистанционного формата работы в российских компаниях в период режима изоляции, вызванного пандемией COVID-19, оценка возможностей дальнейшего развития данного вида занятости и складывающихся тенденций на рынке труда.Методология проведения работы: Для выполнения задач исследования применены универсальные общенаучные методы: анализ, синтез, абстрагирование, обобщение, аналогия, сопоставление, сравнение, прогнозирование. В работе использованы вторичный анализ и интерпретация данных прикладных исследований, касающихся вопросов дистанционной работы, а также элементы статистического и структурно-функционального анализа.Результаты работы: Изучение исследований, проведенных в период пандемии в отношении мнений работодателей и персонала отечественных организаций о полученном опыте дистанционной работы, позволило выявить группы ее негативных и позитивных факторов. Основную проблему для всех составили недостатки организации удаленного рабочего процесса, что отразилось на эффективности труда; главным плюсом явились экономические преимущества формата. По экспертным оценкам, на сегодняшний день россияне имеют как интерес, так и достаточную готовность к дистанционному труду, что подтверждают выявленные характеристики отечественных трудовых ресурсов и данные об уровне их цифровой грамотности. Однако со стороны работодателей продолжение подобной практики вызывает немалое количество вопросов, обусловленных, прежде всего, целым перечнем организационных факторов, способных нивелировать положительный эффект от внедрения нового типа трудовых отношений. В то же время, эксперты ожидают не только активизации использования дистанционной работы в нашей стране, но и расширение сфер ее применения. Рассмотренный зарубежный опыт показывает ряд весьма успешных примеров удаленной деятельности компаний (преимущественно англоязычных). Отчеты международных исследований прогнозируют дальнейший рост распространения удаленной занятости, даже в тех странах мира, где до кризиса данный формат был востребован в ограниченной степени.Выводы: Несмотря на имеющиеся плюсы и минусы, полученная во время режима изоляции практика раскрыла потенциал удаленного труда и сыграла роль катализатора в развитии дистанционного формата в России. В числе основных тенденций рынка труда, складывающихся как в нашей стране, так и на мировом уровне, можно назвать: совершенствование правовой базы дистанционных трудовых отношений, развитие форм и способов организации удаленного труда, применение его в новых сферах деятельности и увеличение количества дистанционно занятых

Особенности разработки стратегии управления клиентскими отношениями

Purpose: in the current economic situation one of the main conditions of competitiveness of the company is its customer focus. In this regard, the most promising strategy for strengthening the stability of the organization is the management of customer relationships.The presented article explores the process of developing a customer relationship management strategy. This is a crucial, fundamental stage, from the very outcome of which the very possibility of achieving the organization's global goal depends to a large extent. Therefore, the development of a strategy requires deep reflection and qualitative elaboration. The aim of this work is to identify specific features of development of strategy of customer relationship management through the systematization of theoretical and methodological framework and a detailed consideration of the algorithm of this process. Methods: the methodology of the study is based on the application of universal scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, analogy and modeling. In the process of collecting and collating data used content analysis, comparative analysis, methods of induction and deduction, system approach. Functional, strategic and economic analysis, methods of formalization, forecasting and expert assessments are used to generalize information and solve assigned tasks. Results: in the process of the study, a common algorithm for creating a customer relationship management strategy was developed. In particular, its main stages have been identified; the processes of solving the most important problems have been singled out and studied in detail. In addition, the article substantiates the basic theoretical and methodological guidelines, as well as the practical aspects of development of this type of strategy. Conclusions and Relevance: the main feature of development of the strategy of customer relationship management is the focus on the value characteristics of the analyzed elements. This is due to the nature of its foundations, that is, a special kind of human relationships in the process of economic interaction. Key specific task in the process of developing the strategy is to differentiate customers. This forms the value of the customer base of the organization, which is the basis of the theses and decisions, which are formulated in the future. The presented algorithm of the work is based on the application of modern and classical management tools at each stage of the work. This is aimed at improving the effectiveness of strategy development. Applied value of the article lies in the possibility of using its recommendations for domestic entrepreneur structures, in the framework of the practical work on the development of the strategy of customer relationship management. Цель: В современной экономической ситуации, когда одним из главных условий конкурентоспособности компании является ее клиентоориентированность, наиболее перспективной стратегией для укрепления устойчивости организации становится управление взаимоотношениями с клиентами. Представленная статья исследует процесс разработки стратегии управления клиентскими отношениями как основополагающий этап, от результатов которого в немалой степени зависит возможность достижения цели организации, а потому требующий глубокого осмысления и качественной проработки. Целью настоящей работы является выявление специфических особенностей разработки стратегии управления клиентскими отношениями посредством систематизации теоретико-методологической базы и подробного рассмотрения алгоритма данного процесса. Методология проведения работы: основана на применении универсальных общенаучных методов, включая анализ и синтез, аналогию и моделирование. В процессе сбора и систематизации данных на экспериментально-теоретическом уровне использованы контент-анализ, сравнительный анализ, методы индукции и дедукции, системный подход; для обобщения информации и решения поставленных задач – функциональный, стратегический и экономический анализ, а также методы формализации, прогнозирования и экспертных оценок. Результаты работы: В рамках исследования сформирован общий алгоритм создания стратегии управления клиентскими отношениями, в том числе, обозначены его основные этапы, выделены и детально изучены процессы решения наиболее важных задач. Кроме того, в работе обоснованы базовые теоретико-методологические установки и принципы, а также отмечены прикладные аспекты разработки данного типа стратегии. Выводы: Главной особенностью создания стратегии управления клиентскими отношениями является фокусировка на ценностных характеристиках анализируемых элементов, что обусловлено сущностью ее основы – особого рода человеческих взаимоотношений, связанных с экономическим взаимодействием. Ключевая специфическая задача разработки – дифференциация клиентов, посредством которой формируется ценность клиентской базы организации, положенная в основу формулируемых в дальнейшем тезисов и принимаемых решений. Представленный алгоритм работ опирается на применение современного и классического управленческого инструментария на каждом этапе работ, что нацелено на повышение эффективности разработки. Прикладное значение статьи заключается в возможности использования предложенных в ней рекомендаций отечественными предпринимательскими структурами, в рамках практической работы по созданию стратегии управления клиентскими отношениями.
