Perfil sociodemográfico e interesse de ingresso no ensino superior entre alunos do 9°ano e ensino médio do oeste do Paraná / Sociodemographic profile and interest in entering higher education among 9th grade and high school students in western Paraná

No dia 19 de setembro de 2019, realizou-se a I Feira de Profissões da UNIOESTE, e nela, a Liga Médico-Acadêmica de Pediatria (LIPED) aplicou um questionário a 99 alunos do 9º ano do ensino fundamental e ensino médio, visando conhecer o perfil sociodemográfico dos participantes, bem como seu interesse no ingresso ao ensino superior. Assim, a pesquisa mostrou um predomínio de indivíduos do sexo feminino, de cor branca, com renda familiar entre 1 e 5 salários-mínimos, interessados em cursar medicina e em uma universidade pública

Efeitos do microcrédito rural sobre a produção agropecuária: evidências do programa agroamigo

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of rural microcredit on the value of agricultural production in the municipalities of Northeastern Brazil assisted by Agroamigo from 2005 to 2015, considering the volume of resources and the time of exposure of municipalities to the Program . For that, was used the Differences in Differences (Dd) method with control for fixed effect. Based on the analysis, it was possible to identify that rural microcredit had a positive, although very small, of 0.10 % for six years of exposure and effect only on the value of livestock production. In agriculture and in the total set of agricultural production, no positive relationship was identified between the time of exposure to the Program and the increase in the production value of the municipalities covered by Agroamigo. The study also presented evidence that, although there is a considerable amount of resources directed to the production of family farmers, the value of the investment that returns to society is still very low. The results showed no evidence that the rural microcredit program Agroamigo is capable of generating a significant change in the economic dimension with regard to family agriculture. Thus, many challenges and advances are being faced to consolidate rural microcredit as a tool that contributes effectively to increasing agricultural production in a sustainable way, specifically in the Northeast of Brazil.NenhumaO presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar o efeito do microcrédito rural sobre o valordaproduçãoagropecuáriadosmunicípiosnordestinosatendidospeloAgroamigo, no período de 2005 a 2015, levando-se em consideração o volume de recursos e o tempo de exposição dos municípios ao Programa. Para tanto, foi utilizado o método Diferenças em Diferenças (DD) com controle para efeito fixo. A partir das análises realizadas foi possível identificar que o microcrédito rural produziu um efeito positivo, embora muito pequeno, de 0,10% para seis anos de exposição e apenas no valor da produção pecuária. Na agricultura e no conjunto total da produção agropecuária não foram identificadas relações positivas entre o tempo de exposição ao Programa e o aumento do valor da produção dos municípios cobertos pelo Agroamigo. O estudo também apresentou evidências de que, apesar de existir um volume considerável de recursos voltados para a produção dos agricultores familiares, o valor do investimento que retorna para sociedade ainda é muito baixo. Os resultados encontrados não apresentaram indícios de que o Programa de microcrédito rural Agroamigo seja capaz de gerar uma mudança expressiva na dimensão econômica. Desse modo, muitos são os desafios e avanços a serem enfrentados para consolidar o microcrédito rural como uma ferramenta que contribua efetivamente com o aumento da produção agropecuária de forma sustentável, especificamente no Nordeste do Brasil

Neste novo cenário, a informação passa a ser considerada como recurso estratégico para otimização das ações nas áreas funcionais e no processo de tomada de decisões. Deste modo, este trabalho pretende mostrar como uma ferramenta de Tecnologia da Informação pode contribuir para a viabilização da prática da Inteligência Competitiva e da Gestão do Conhecimento no setor público. Para esse fim é utilizada uma ferramenta específica, o Personal BrainTM, no âmbito do Núcleo Estadual do Ministério da Saúde no Estado da Paraíba. O desenvolvimento da metodologia é feito através da utilização das técnicas de pesquisa: visitas in loco, observação não participante, aplicação de questionários e realização de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com os diversos agentes envolvidos nas atividades e setores da organização. Esta abordagem viabilizará a criação do mapa do conhecimento, no qual serão explicitados os diversos tipos de vinculações e relações de dependência entre os vários setores, atividades e pessoas da organização

The main results of the research show that Agroamigo's loan volume had a positive effect on livestock production, and this effect was potentiated for those municipalities with more than seven years of exposure to the Program. However, no statistically significant effects were found on agricultural activity. Finally, compared to the total amounts of microcredit and the benefits generated, measured only in terms of livestock production, it was identified that the program presented a return rate of 52% the aggregate from 2005 to 2015

Uma narrativa sobre “Explorando as Aprendizagens das Ciências Humanas e suas Tecnologias no ENEM”

O fundamento do CURSO DE EXTENSÃO UNIVERSITÁRIA é a formação continuada de docentes da rede básica de ensino, considerando o debate qualificado das proposições curriculares da área de Ciências Humanas e suas Tecnologias (CHT) no Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM). Trata-se de um curso ocupado com as análises da legislação específica e dos itens da prova, considerando todas as edições a partir da sua reformulação em 2009 (Portaria INEP No. 109/2009) até o edital vigente. O objetivo central desta proposta é permitir a reflexão sobre os conteúdos eleitos pelo exame, considerando seus aspectos epistemológicos, ideológicos e pedagógicos. O referencial teórico privilegiado aborda as temáticas do currículo, da avaliação e da história das disciplinas escolares, destacando principalmente a reflexão das questões contemporâneas da educação brasileira (GABRIEL, 2013, JANELA AFONSO, 2008; FREITAS, 2012). A formulação do curso contou com cinco reuniões em que se discutiu a metodologia operacional do exame em questão. Vale destacar que nesses encontros o grupo de licenciandos envolvidos no projeto desenvolviam e deliberavam coletivamente sobre os processos pedagógicos do evento. A execução do evento foi realizada no Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - CAp-UFRJ, no dia 30 de maio de 2015. O curso, com duração de 8 horas, teve 51 inscritos, porém no dia contamos com 33 presentes de fato. Ainda atendeu à perspectiva em relação ao público-alvo, tendo a participação majoritária de professores da Educação Básica, das redes pública e privada do Rio de Janeiro e da região metropolitana. Na primeira parte do evento, que ocorreu na parte da manhã de 8 às 12 horas, houve a exposição teórica do histórico de criação e da atual legislação do ENEM. Na segunda parte,  houve o painel de discussão dos itens CHT, sendo precedido por grupos de trabalhos, mediados pelos licenciandos que estiveram envolvidos na etapa de organização do curso. Os resultados desse evento podem ser atestados pela avaliação que foi feita pelos licenciandos e preenchida pelos professores participantes do curso no dia do evento. Em linhas gerais, essa avaliação revelou a representação social em torno do ENEM (CHT), com o foco da seleção curricular e avaliativa do Ensino Médio. Logo, ficou claro o perfil do público-alvo e com isso, o atendimento satisfatório dos objetivos voltados para a formação continuada de professores, destacando a necessidade de sequência desta atividade
