The behavior of parents in municipals sports schools of Sevilla

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es conocer el interés que muestran los padres en las Escuelas Deportivas Municipales donde participan sus hijos, analizando su implicación tanto en los entrenamientos como en las competiciones deportivas. Los participantes que formaron parte del estudio fueron 357 padres y madres, 448 niños/as y 36 técnicos deportivos de 45 Escuelas Deportivas Municipales de la ciudad de Sevilla. Las modalidades deportivas estudiadas fueron el fútbol sala, fútbol 7, baloncesto, voleibol, balonmano, bádminton y tenis. La metodología se llevó a cabo a través de tres cuestionarios diferentes, los cuales estaban conformados por diferentes bloques de dimensiones, entre las que se encuentran la relación del padre con el técnico de su hijo, el nivel de satisfacción con el trabajo del técnico y la actuación del padre en el partido, entre otras. Los análisis llevados a cabo relacionaban los datos de los diferentes cuestionarios respondidos por padres, técnicos y niños de las Escuelas Deportivas Municipales, a través de una triangulación estadística. Tras el análisis de los resultados se pudo observar que la implicación de dichos padres es baja aunque asimismo depende en gran medida del deporte en el que participen, tal como revelan las diferencias encontradas en cuanto a distritos y modalidades deportivas.The aim of this study was to determine the interest shown by parents in the Municipal Sports Schools where children are involved, analyzing their involvement both in training and in competitions. Participants who took part in the study were 357 parents, 448 children and 36 technicians from 45 sports Municipal Sports Schools Seville. Several types of sports were studied: indoor soccer, soccer 7, basketball, volleyball, handball, badminton and tennis. The methodology was carried out through three different questionnaires, which were composed of different blocks of dimensions, among which we can find the father's relationship with the coach of your child, the level of satisfaction with the technical work and actions of the father in the party. The analysis carried out related data from different questionnaires answered by parents and children at Municipal Sports Schools, through a statistical triangulation. The higher education graduates of teacher of physical education and their competences

En el artículo que presentamos a continuación preguntamos a los egresados de Magisterio de la Especialidad de Educación Física de la Universidad de Sevilla, su valoración sobre las competencias adquiridas tras finalizar su carrera y que utilización hacen de las mismas, insertos en el mercado laboral, y pasado tres años desde haber obtenido su título. La muestra que ha intervenido en nuestro estudio es de 292 sujetos, los datos se han recogido aplicando un cuestionario. El análisis realizado a los datos fue descriptivo, factorial y correlacional. Tras el análisis podemos concluir que los egresados de Magisterios especialistas en Educación Física de la Universidad de Sevilla, valoran más la adquisición de las competencias en la carrera que la utilización de las mismas en sus actuales trabajos.In the article that follows asked graduates of Teachers of Physical Education, University of Seville, its assessment of the skills acquired after completing his career and make use of them, embedded in the labor market, and three years after they had completed his studies. ERS International Congress 2020 Virtual: highlights from the Allied Respiratory Professionals Assembly

This article provides an overview of outstanding sessions that were (co)organised by the Allied Respiratory Professionals Assembly during the European Respiratory Society International Congress 2020, which this year assumed a virtual format. The content of the sessions was mainly targeted at allied respiratory professionals, including respiratory function technologists and scientists, physiotherapists, and nurses. Short take-home messages related to spirometry and exercise testing are provided, highlighting the importance of quality control. The need for quality improvement in sleep interventions is underlined as it may enhance patient outcomes and the working capacity of healthcare services. The promising role of digital health in chronic disease management is discussed, with emphasis on the value of end-user participation in the development of these technologies. Evidence on the effectiveness of airway clearance techniques in chronic respiratory conditions is provided along with the rationale for its use and challenges to be addressed in future research. The importance of assessing, preventing and reversing frailty in respiratory patients is discussed, with a clear focus on exercise-based interventions. Research on the impact of disease-specific fear and anxiety on patient outcomes draws attention to the need for early assessment and intervention. Finally, advances in nursing care related to treatment adherence, self-management and patients’ perspectives in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are provided, highlighting the need for patient engagement and shared decision making. El comportamiento de los padres en el deporte

El presente artículo surge del interés por conocer el comportamiento que tienen los padres en la práctica deportiva de su hijo en las Escuelas Deportivas Municipales de la ciudad de Sevilla. Se trata precisamente, de conocer hasta qué punto los padres son capaces de implicarse en el deporte que practican sus hijos, qué comportamientos adoptan y qué puntos de vista tienen los técnicos deportivos y los propios niños de dicha implicación, analizando si todo ello se realiza de manera educativa o no. El estudio está formado por una muestra de padres, niños y técnicos de las diferentes Escuelas Deportivas Municipales de Sevilla capital, a los cuales se les pasó un cuestionario de preguntas relacionadas con el comportamiento y actitudes de los padres en el deporte de sus hijos, tanto a nivel de entrenamientos como a nivel de competiciones en las que sus hijos participan. Los resultados muestran que la participación depende en gran medida del deporte practicado y de los distritos donde participen los niños, mostrándose así diferencias respecto al comportamiento de los padres tanto en los entrenamientos, competición, implicación� según donde pertenezcan.This article comes from the interest in learning about the behaviour of parents in the sport of her child in the Municipal Sports Academies in Sevilla. The aim of the study is to know how much parents are able to get involved in sport practiced by their children, which behaviours they adopt and which points of view have sport technicians and children themselves of that involvement, analyzing whether all this is done as educational or not. The study consists of a sample of parents, children and technicians from different Municipal Sports Academies in Sevilla, to which were passed out a questionnaire related to the behaviour and attitudes of parents in their children�s sports, both at the level of training and level of competitions in which their children are involved. The results show that participation is largely dependent on the practiced sport and on the districts where the children involved. Metodología de enseñanza en padel en niveles de iniciación

El objetivo principal del presente artículo es el aportar datos relacionados con las características que presenta la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del padel en niveles de iniciación. La situación laboral del egresado en Magisterio de Educación Física: garantía de calidad

.Abstract: The introduction of the European Higher Education Area in a new culture of quality in Higher Education, makes us ask about the aspects thatgive quality to it. Among the quality factors in Higher Education we can find: University guidance and analysis of the graduate ́s incorporation into thelabour world. In this article we present the research we did in conducted at the six classes of graduates of Teaching in Physical Education from theUniversity of Seville (N = 292). From the data we obteined, we can observe that 95% of the surveyed population does not ask for work or professionalguidance during their degree and 63% of the surveyed population find their first job connected with the world of sport and physical activity, while 37%of this population has a work connected with other topics. Thus, we can conclude that most graduates of Teaching in Physical Education do not receiveguidance for their incorporation into the labour world. Validación de un cuestionario para el análisis del comportamiento y actuación de los padres y madres en el deporte (ACAPMD)

Sport in schools is, often, a reflection of professional sport that currently takes place in our society, when it is assumed that most children choose sports as mostly or enjoy being with friends. Thus, we consider it important to know the opinion that parents have about sports in school age that their children practice. The objective of the present study was to design and validate a questionnaire for parents in order to know what their perceptions, behaviors and attitudes regarding the sport of their children, concretely in the Municipal Sports Academies in Sevilla. For this reason, this article shows the construction and validation of a questionnaire in different phases: the validation of the questionnaire through the experts, the draft of the definitive questionnaire and the pilot study and the record of the information for the process of reliability.El deporte en el ámbito escolar, en muchas ocasiones es un reflejo del deporte rendimiento o federado que se da actualmente en la sociedad, cuando se supone que la mayoría de los niños principalmente escoge el deporte como disfrute o por estar con los amigos. Influence of the performance evaluation analysis of the football team players

El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar la influencia de la evaluación del rendimiento que los jugadores de un equipo de fútbol realizan sobre sí mismos o sobre las evaluaciones realizadas por personas externas a ellos. Se estudia, si existe influencia sobre el rendimiento deportivo, y en este caso, se analiza cómo afecta, quienes son los agentes influyentes y cuáles son las evaluaciones que determinan afectación sobre el rendimiento del deportista. Mechanical Behaviour of Air-plasma Sprayed Functionally Graded YSZ-Mullite Environmental Barrier Coatings: A Study via Instrumented Indentation

Furthermore, YSZ-mullite multilayer architectures with compositional grading between the bond coat and YSZ top coat were envisioned as solutions to ease their coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) mismatch induced stress. Consequently, a proper understanding of the mechanical properties such as the elastic modulus, hardness or plastic/elastic recovery work serve for an efficient design of such refractory oxide multilayers. In this work, three different mullite powder morphologies (fused and crushed, spray-dried and freeze-granulated) were employed. Using depth-sensing indentation with loads in the range 100 – 500 mN, the role of the microstructure and morphology of the powder feedstock on the mechanical behaviour of air plasma sprayed mullite bond coats deposited on SiC Hexoloy substrates was investigated. Fully crystalline as-sprayed mullite coatings were engineered under controlled deposition conditions. Mechanical properties were measured for the as-sprayed coatings as well as for coatings heat-treated at 1300oC, in water vapour environment, for periods up to 500 h.
